Private secure parking. The shower and hot water availability. The space.
Extractor fan in shower room wasn't working. Living room seating could have been a lot more comfortable. The layout of the 2 single beds wasn't great meant there was no space for the bedside cabinet and Ono easy access to power. Thankfully beds moved easily so reposition to make it work better.

Sofa really was hard fortunately no one was sleeping on it. I would have liked the shower hotter but that's just a personal preference.
