Beautiful location with meadow, dogs, ducks and cats! My daughter is in love with Bailey the dog. I think it’s like a little piece of heaven, esp the swing at the end of the meadow where I escaped a few times to lie reading my book!
The beds! The main bedroom bed creaked loudly with every small movement and the mattress was so hard for 2 out of 3 nights I did not sleep well! Come home tired. Please look at the beds!

Nicely situated, parking good, great area for walking the dog.
Needs a redec, looks tired. Bathroom needs sorting. Uncomfortable settee window side, fridge not cold enough. Tripped up on mats a few times.
