It’s a lovely house for a wee break away with family and friends and back garden is a wee relaxing sun trap
Bathrooms could have been cleaner (really the taps mainly) and more seating in the living room would’ve been better. We asked for later check out and weren’t answered until the checkout day and was only given an extra hour

It was superb from a space perspective absolutely perfect for my wife, 2 kids and I. They all loved it. It is situated in a beautiful village and was a perfect base for visiting the rest of the family in Durham, Bishop Auckland and Crimdon.
Literally the only thing and I recognise it’s a time thing that happens to all sealing around baths, sinks and showers. But there was a fair bit of mould in it that should really gotten rid of and resealed. But everything else was perfect.
