I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

nothing really nothing for the price I paid

There is no asphalt road leading to the hotel – only a rough dirt road (macadam). The receptionist’s welcome was extremely unprofessional; we were even threatened that we couldn’t bring a bottle of water into our room, which, by the way, was completely empty – not a single amenity provided. Breakfast was terrible – absolutely nothing was satisfactory. The swimming pool was so dirty that it was impossible to swim. There was no hot water during the night, and sometimes even no water at all during the day. I asked to cancel my reservation, but that was not allowed.

Good—

The hotel was good but it did not have an elevator. The staff were very helpful and ready to carry the bags but for people with disability the hotel was not so good.

Like I said, the elevator was missing.

My Expectations was not met

The room and mattress was very comfortable and conducive.

I book an accommodation in the hotel because of I intend to have a spa treatment, unfortunately getting to the hotel we were told that the spa isn’t working at the moment, honestly I felt I was scammed, it was disappointing.

Nothing, in this "hotel" everything is wrong.

We ordered room for 20 nights but we left the hotel after first day because of the diffrence beteween what we ordered and what we received.The swimmingpool view was covered.Water in the pool was cloudy.Room was smaller then in the pictures and very dirty,night stand was ripped out of the wall,lamps without bulbs,the safe was unattached,water from toilet pours down your legs,the paint is peeling from the ceiling, breakfast very poor for "4stars"hotel and coffee you must pay self, unfriendly service and aggresive boss. Scammers.

Great value for money

The breakfast was very nice, it even had fruits, which is a great plus (in Albania very few hotels have fruits for breakfast). The pool was very nice, with seawater. The room was beautiful, the bathroom and the shower were excellent. The toilet had a separate door, which is excellent, so you can use the sink and shower even though another person is using the toilet. The staff of the reception and restaurant were very courteous and professional.

There could be more hangers to hang towels and clothes in the room and bathroom. The shower didn't have a separation from the sink, so every time you shower the sink part gets all wet and the things under the sink too. But those are small details. The prices in the restaurant were quite high, even for the region. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the spa, as it was not functioning. The spa only works outside of the summer season (September to May), and the outside pool only works during the summer season (June to August). So you can never enjoy both facilities on the same visit, which is a pity.

Property is very new, so everything is comfortable and modern, you can choose from rooms with seaview or mountain or even both. They provide beachbeds for guests, breakfast spread was amazing and had lots of options. Staff were incredibly nice! Wifi worked well, clean overall.

The worst holiday ever. First time in Albania and that will be the last after this expirience.

Me and my husband were in the hotel for nine days, nine days the breakfast was the same. The breakfast included some fruits, eggs, sausage, bread, pancakes, milk, juice. And that we have was not tasty. The breakfast time was suppossed to be from 8 do 10 o clock, but if you get on 9 00 you will dont have a lot of products.

Nobody from the staff dont know enligsh, they dont have menu on english, you must translate on google to know what to order for lunch. We were waiting for 45 minutes for two soups even that we were the only goast in the restorant, to not talking about other eating. We were paying big amount but you are not allowed to use the spa or the indoor pool you must pay extra from person. The staff is bad, uneducated, unkind, they dont know how to work with strange turists.

The location was ok

Really bad breakfast and no hot coffee , all the hot stuff like eggs and sausagges vere cold - bad spa treatment(not educated staff) - slow waiters - bad communication with the staff(they speak very bad english They are not ready to live up to the requirements that tourists from western and northern european countries demands - but I hope they will improve There was a lot of noise and the doors is very thin and therefore you can hear everything from the hallways

In General was okay,childrens were having fun in swimming pool and the food was good.

Breakfast and staff were nice. All the guys were very kind.

The water in the toilet because the drain wasn’t working and smells bad and didn’t clean the room daily because they were short in staffed.

Location is very good, hotel is on the beach. Pool is with sea wather, very clean. Food in restaurant is great and prices are ok. We enjoyed our stay.

They need to expand the offer for breakfast, every morning is the same food, and it's a few things on the table. Only a few employees know English.

Very good

Generally, the hotel and private beach was nice. Also the pool. Hotel looks like new, stylish. We found there everything what we needed. Also, after the check-in, we had some troubles in room and the hotel changed our room. Also, the meal was perfect. The room was clean and also there is a nice parking area.

The staff should improve english skills. And also one more thing - all the things we drank and ate we kindly asked to write on one list with paying all the things during check-out. Also my husband had one massage. And that is the thing - at 23:15 p.m. the lady from reception called to phone to our room to asked my husband come down to reception and pay for massage. I was already sleeping, so the phone call woke me up. I dont know if it was really necessary to call us at that time, but if I know, after 22:00 p.m. is the “night rest”. I was a bit angry, because finally we paid everything (includes a massage) during our check-out next morning without any troubles. So maybe next time, ask the customer to pay service either after massage, or during check-out, but no calling to customer at 23:15 p.m. because it doesn’t make any sense…

Great little gem!

The hotel was very nicely decorated, new, clean. The staff were great, friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded to a sea view room for no extra charge. We went at the end of the season so the breakfast was a little limited, however it had the essential items for a breakfast. The pool was great and so was the view of the sea from the hotel.

The location was very tricky to find, there was only one signpost on the main road and the rest we had to find by asking locals. The side road leading to the hotel was impossible in a small car-however that is not their fault as this should have been sorted by the local council. The beach area was small and rocky, did not feel safe for small kids. Also, a little far from town, so make sure you have transportation but this is more of a heads up. The toilet flush was so powerful, the water would splash out and get you on the feet-watch out for that!

Pleasant

The beach was nice, as well as the beachfront location of the hotel. The staff in the bar and the reception was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice as well.

The wifi was awful, it kept connecting and disconnecting all the time, and one of our rooms had only netflix and no other TV channels. The road to the hotel is not marked and that is why it took us time to find its exact location. Another bad thing is that you need to pass through the beach with your car in order to reach the parking. One remark that we would like to give is that the cleaning staff should have spare keys to the rooms so that they clean when there are no guests in the accommodation. When we had our keys and were outside, we were met with the excuse that they didn't clean the room because they didn't have a key.

Good place with some improvements needed

The place was brand new, just opened in June 2021 as we were told. The stay was mostly pleasant. The hotel needs some improvements. One particular thing that I have never seen anywhere else I have traveled is the lack of beach towels. The hotel offers beach umbrella and beach chairs but doesn’t offer towels for the beach which was very strange. I have never seen that before, so if you plan to use the beach you should buy your own beach towels prior. The staff was nice and the waiters were very friendly. Overall good experience.
