Best hotel in Vlorë

Favourite hotel in all of Albania that we stayed! Amazing location and the perfect view of sea and mountains. What’s not to love?! Definitely will be back here. Room was great, comfy bed, very clean, massive TV. Good shower. Breakfast was awesome and so much to choose from. Sweet and savoury too!

No coffee or tea in the room. The waiter took a long time at the evening meal to bring water to the table but the food was delicious. Overpriced wine and cocktails though but the view is probably factored into the price.

Het bed was doorgezakt, niet mogelijk om wat te drinken op de bedjes buiten, hiervoor moest je helemaal naar de receptie lopen ( 2 verdiepingen omhoog) . Zwembad was leeg net op de dag dat wij er waren. En ik vond het personeel niet vriendelijk of gastvrij

L'hôtel était juste magnifique. Rien à dire concernant sa situation et ce qu'il offrait. Le petit déjeuner était majestueux et copieux autant avec des produits locaux que des produits un peu plus européen.

Alors il y a eu un gros bémol au niveau du personnel (Check-in, femmes aux petit déjeuner, personnel au bar) et cela il faut qu'il change, car le client pour eux n'est pas roi. Il y a des façons de parler, des façons de faire et elles avaient clairement pas envie de travailler. On les dérangeait en permanence. Toujours sur leur téléphone. A regarder les réseaux sociaux avec le volume à fond de leur téléphone. A nous demander de déjeuner dehors car il y avait la mise en place du restaurant de la veille. De pas débarrasser les tables. Les femmes de ménage n'ont jamais aspiré notre chambre sur une semaine. Les draps n'ont pas été changé non plus. A notre arrivée on s'est fait expédié par la personne car on est arrivé pendant qu'il mangeait. Il a été désagréable. Pareil le serveur du bar. On a dû demander à plusieurs reprises du papier toilette. Pas du tout serviable. Le premier soir nous avons mangé au restaurant le service était impéccable avec que des Messieurs, mais c'était cher et peu dans l'assiette. Toutes ces petites choses ont fait que le séjour aurait pu mieux se passer. Nous avons des photos à l'appui concernant ce que j'ai noté Dommage car l'hotel était juste magnifique.

Vale pela vista, mas o quarto não é de um hotel 4 estrelas.

A área externa do hotel é excelente. Vista incrível, piscina, bar, café da manhã muito bom.

Quarto antigo, banheiro tinha cabelo na pia e estava entupida, ralo do chuveiro também entupido. Embaixo da cama estava cheio de poeira. Mofo dento do box do chuveiro.

A área comum com acesso à piscina é simplesmente espetacular. Vista do quarto, maravilhosa. Café da manhã muito bom e com visual exuberante. Funcionários amigáveis. Super recomendo.

O único problema que tivemos foi numa sexta feira, que o bar do hotel ficou com música alta até 1 da manhã, e estávamos no quarto logo abaixo. Minha esposa não conseguiu dormir direito, e também não responderam às nossas mensagens.

If you only care about the view and nothing else, go for it

The location is amazing, you can see beautiful sunset, the balcony are comfortable and you have access to the pool and the water. Breakfast is good But that's it.

The room ac doesn't really work well. The smell to the bathroom was something out of the world. It was nauseous and really dirty, with mold everywhere in the shower. Overall not clean at all. Found past pubes in the bed

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind schlecht ausgestattet, und das Badezimmer wirkt alt und riecht unangenehm. Teilweise funktioniert der Lift nicht, sodass man beim Check-out die Koffer mehrere Etagen tragen muss. Auch die Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig. Leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Very disappointing! Dont stay here and just get a day pass instead

The pool area is pretty and the view is nice during sunset. The breakfast buffet had a good selection for vegetarian. Very cute cats on the property.

When we arrived the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Our room was very dirty, used coffee pods left, rubbish in the shower and curtains falling off. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable we took turns sleeping on the sofa. We requested extra pillows (only one each provided) and were told they had no extras. They play very loud music in the bar until late at night, our room was shaking from the speakers so impossible to sleep. Only one toilet roll provided for the entire stay. Pool area, though pretty, was extremely overcrowded and the pool itself was tiny.

The most fabulous stay in Albania

This place is exceptional and feels private. We had a fabulous stay there and did not want to leave. The breakfast was the best we had in our stay in Albania, and the breakfast ladies were especially cheerful and sweet. We loved the turtles living on site and the entire vibe. We hope to come back. P.s. the parking offered there is great (don't believe the hateful reviews).

The glass wall bathroom, although sexy, but not totally comfortable. The shower also leaks on the toilet area. The balconies are not private, giving one no chance but to be in the company of the neighbours. Although it was a nice opportunity to socialise with the next door couple, the option for privacy is lost.

Kan ikke anbefales

Udsigten.

Der var ikke rent på værelset, vi fandt gammel bluse og underbukser under en sofaen, der var hår i brusekabinen. Der var bare ikke spor rent på hele værelset. Vores elkedel virket ikke, og vi spurgte efter en 3 gange, de sagde at vi ville få en ny, men det skete aldrig. Toiletpapir var også noget man skulle bede om. Så er der musikken, fra 16-19 er det helt umuligt at være ved poolen(husk ørepropper) musikken er så højt og det ligner at det kun er personalet som nyder det. Fredag og Lørdag er der fest på hotellet, hvor musikken er høj og man ikke kan sove. Om morgenen begynder musikken på restauranten kl8 med den samme playliste, hver morgen. På ingen tidspunkt kan du sidde på din altan, nyde udsigten og høre havets bølger. Jeg vil ikke anbefale det her Hotel, hvis du ønsker at se udsigten, kan du tag en dagstur ( som mange andre).

Absolutely beautiful hotel with gorgeous pool

Absolutely beautiful - the views are stunning, the staff (especially at the pool bar) were really friendly and breakfast was great.

The reception wasn’t very professional - we told them we needed to check out at 7am and no one was available. When we tried to find someone to help us they shut the door to the restaurant and were no help. Food at the restaurant in the evening wasn’t the best. Too many people on day passes at the pool

Scam

Pool, restaurant food, some of the staff

Room was different from what shown in the pictures. It was mouldy and dirty. It smelled damp and a sewage smell came out of the toilet every morning. It was also noisy especially around 7 am. Also there were no mosquito nets which made our nights even more uncomfortable. We complained but some of the staff were very unhelpful.

Un hôtel absolument incroyable niché entre deux falaises

La beauté des lieux, la propreté de la piscine, les cocktails étaient vraiment très bons. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable, une vraie qualité de cuisine. Le diner était excellent. Je recommande le boeufs grillé qui était absolument incroyable !! Attention il faut penser à réserver pour le restaurant. Le restaurant est cher pour l'Albanie mais a raison car la qualité du repas le justifie. L'accès à la plage avec la douche extérieure La vue incroyable que l on a depuis tous les endroits de l'hôtel.

Beautiful place, poor cleanliness and insufficient service.

Great views from all rooms

Poor cleanliness. After complaints the manager sorted the problems out. But also sunbeds are insufficient available for hotel guests. Additionally being rented out to day guests. Elevator out of order, no assistance offered from reception, loud base all day since located above the pool bar. Last day we were charged with bills from previous guests of the room, which should not have been even brought up since they dated prior to our check in.

Hotel magnifico ma.....

Il mare. Qui è ovunque lo senti e lo vedi dappertutto. E la cucina, ottima davvero. La colazione è molto varia e ricca, tutto buonissimo non hanno sbagliato nulla. E infine la posizione dell' hotel, originale particolare e unica, con la piscina a sfioro sul mare veramente stupenda

Purtroppo sono innumerevoli i disservizi. L'hotel è gestito malissimo. Il condizionatore funzionava solo come deumidificatore, in camera si moriva di caldo. Poi il bagno,: nel box doccia praticamente c'era anche il lavandino e non ci sarebbe stato nulla di male ma il problema è che per terra l'acqua stagnava e il pavimento impiegava ore per asciugarsi del tutto. E l'ascensore: ha funzionato solo 2 gg su 7, io ho difficoltà di deambulazione e ho avuto un notevole disagio.Naturalmente tutti questi problemi sono stati ripetutamente segnalati ma la risposta era sempre la stessa, cioè vedremo di risolverli al più presto possibile ma nessuno si è mai scomodato. Quindi gestione pessima

Beautiful hotel despite service below its potential.

Our stay was overall pleasant. The hotel boasts a magnificent view and a beautiful setting. The room itself was also lovely.

However, we were a bit surprised to find that cleaning was only carried out every 2 day, which is unusual for a 4-star hotel in our experience. In addition, the sheet provided was quite small for two people, and we also had to request additional toilet paper as there was none left in the bathroom. At our arrival we had been informed that there would be two evening events until midnight, but on the final night there was an additional, unplanned event that continued past midnight with lots of inconvenience noise.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The view of the sea was absolutely stunning, and the breakfast offered a great variety of choices. The staff were very friendly, and overall, the service was good. By the pool, the service was also excellent.

The only downside was the room cleaning service. On the first day, it was done well, but on the second day, there was no cleaning at all, despite us hanging the “Please clean the room” sign. On the third day, we had to request cleaning because we had run out of toilet paper and coffee capsules for the coffee machine, which are usually supplied daily. Even when we requested, we were told they had run out of toilet paper and were given napkins instead, and no coffee capsules were provided.

Décevant

L’emplacement est super, magnifique endroit rien à dire là dessus.

Très déçu de plusieurs choses, premièrement lors de notre arrivée nous avons dû trouver notre chambre seul… Emplacement de la chambre très mauvais (101) tous le monde a accès à notre balcon et certaines personnes restaient devant… La propriété n’étais pas au rendez-vous, traces sur le sol, dans les toilettes… même après le passages des personnes qui s’occupaient de nettoyer.. il y avait que le lit qui était fait. De plus nous avons dû demander des couvertures à la réception car il n’en fournissait pas. Au niveau du personnel je pense que l’accueil n’est pas leurs point fort, l’impression de déranger, personne ne dit bonjour et le faites qu’on vienne à chaque fois nous demander si on vient de l’hôtel de façon très brusque… La musique le vendredi, samedi je n’en parle même pas la chambre vibrait littéralement au rythme des basses, ce qui rendait le sommeil quasi impossible. Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, le ménage était fait à… 4 heures du matin ou n’étais pas fais (sortie de la chambre avec le sol collant)… Adulte only mais il y avait à plusieurs reprises des enfants ???? Nous sommes repartis il n’y avait même pas quelqu’un à la réception le matin (pourtant pas tôt).. Malgré la vue et l’emplacement incroyable, cela ne vaut pas le prix et encore moins si vous souhaitez du calme ..

Poolside paradise on the sea

We came here after staying at the Inn Hotel and the difference is drastic. The pool area is amazing, they don’t have the beach seating that some places have but the cliffside cabanas are amazing and you can jump into the sea if the water is calm enough. The rooms were nice, the food and drinks were great and the girls working there are non stop. Definitely choose this over the Inn Hotel if you’re debating.

There are a lot of stairs so if you have a lot of luggage be ready for that but it’s beautiful.

Wonderful experience

The view!!! A Unique pool bar area with an infinity pool built suspended over the sea, friendly helpful staff, generous breakfast with Gluten Free toast, comfortable rooms.

Value for cost wasn’t good when comparing to other similar accomodation. eg Plush towels instead of thinner ones, water and fruit in the room, complimentary toiletry items for the bathroom and bath robes were missing.

Partyhotel statt Adults-Only! - Wer Ruhe möchte, ist hier Fehl am Platz!

Der Ausblick und die Lage waren exzellent. Der private Strandzugang ein Traum! Das Frühstück war lecker. Die Klimaanlage war auch toll. :-)

Die tägliche abgespielte Playlist am Pool war EXTREM laut und wiederholte sich den ganzen Tag! Außerdem waren viele externe Partyfreunde der viel zu vielen Mitarbeitern am Pool täglich anwesend und man fühlte sich nicht wirklich wohl. Wir wurden fast jeden Tag gefragt, ob wir wohl zum Hotel gehören bzw. welche Zimmernummer wir haben (und dies extrem unfreundlich). Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und wurde nicht täglich gereingt (wurde zuvor aber nicht kommuniziert). Der Fön, die rechte Nachttischlampe und auch das Display zur Zimmerstatusstellung waren kaputt. Einen Tag lang roch es abartig nach Kanal. Außerdem gab es nur eine Zimmerkarte für zwei Personen. Das Personal war nicht freundlich (außer der junge Mann bei der Bar und ein junger Mann an der Poolbar) bzw. es sprechen sehr wenige des Personals Englisch! Die Rezeptionistin hat am Ankunftstag nichts erklärt (weder Frühstück, noch Pool, noch Parkplatz etc.) und saß selbst gern am Pool. Der Lift funktionierte am Abend nicht immer und wir mussten 4 Stockwerke gehen! Freitag, Samstag und Sonntag finden Partys statt die bis Mitternacht anhalten. An Schlaf ist zuvor nicht zu denken, es ist abartig laut!!! Sehr schade, denn auch der Schmutz ist bis zum Morgen liegen geblieben, dies gilt auch nach den Poolpartys.

Beliggenheten, utsikten, bassenget og sjøen var fint

Peronalet var uhøffelige og scervicen var ekstremt dårlig. I løpet av oppholdet ble vi spurt daglig, enkelte dager så mye som 3 ganger i løpet av en dag om vi bodde på hotellet. Der personalet fremsto frekke og overlegne. Og enkelte ganger tydelig kritiske til om vi faktisk bodde der. Lang tid på å få mat og drikke vi bestilte, av og til kom dette ikke i det heletatt. Resturantene har absolutt ikke de åpningstidene som er oppgitt. En gang ble vi innenfor restauranten avvist i å bestille mat, fordi de skulle arrangere et arrangement. Ved å ligge på solsengområdet, var det ikke tillatt å ta med hotellets håndklær, som tilhørte hotellrommet. Meningen var at vi skulle få utlevert håndklær nede i baren. Det var aldri nok håndklær, det tok alltid langt tid før det ble mulig å få utlevert. Håndklærne var alltid våte også. Jeg hadde lest på forhånd at en annen gjest var misfornøyd med høyt lydnivå på musikken, men jeg antok at jeg tok feil. Det viste seg at lydnivået var ekstremt mye høyere enn en kan forvente seg, og vi slet både med å snakke med hverandre og bestille i baren, selv om man sto å ropte.

Puoi sintetizzare Siamo stati ospiti presso Hotel Liro per 7 notti e purtroppo abbiamo avuto un'esperienza deludente. Fin dal nostro arrivo, abbiamo notato che la comunicazione con il personale della reception era difficile a causa della barriera linguistica. La ragazza alla reception non parlava italiano e aveva difficoltà a comunicare in inglese, il che ha reso difficile per noi ricevere informazioni importanti sulla nostra stanza e sui servizi dell'hotel. Il giorno successivo, abbiamo scoperto che la nostra stanza non era stata pulita come ci aspettavamo. Ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto richiedere la pulizia tramite un tasto in camera, ma non ci era stato comunicato nulla al riguardo durante il check-in. La stanza era effettivamente sporca, con evidenti segni di sporco sulle piastrelle e sul vetro che divide la camera dal bagno. Anche il balcone era pieno di formiche. La colazione era disponibile dalle 8:30 alle 10:30, ma abbiamo notato che il cappuccino non era compreso nel prezzo. Inoltre, la musica forte proveniente dalle aree comuni ha disturbato il nostro riposo fino a mezzanotte. Infine, abbiamo notato che l'ascensore era molto sporco e pieno di mozziconi e vetri sporchi Lo sconsiglio vivamente

En dejlig beliggenhed med flot udsigt fra både værelse, restaurant og poolområdet. Venligt personale og en rigtig god morgenmad og restaurant på hotellet.

Vores værelse var lidt slidt (toilettet var itu og løb og døren i brusekabine var defekt) men vi har prøvet det der var værre og det betød ikke noget for opholdet. Der er høj musik ved poolområdet men det var muligt at finde pladser lidt væk fra musikken. Fredag og lørdag er der diskotek med høj musik og dans men det slutter kl 24.00 hvor der er ro.
