A perfect stay with great comfort, rooftop breakfast, excellent service, and a stunning sea view.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very attentive and caring. Parking was available, breakfast on the rooftop lived up to a 4-star standard, and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was stunning, especially at sunset. The private sun loungers facing the sea were a real highlight.

It was the first time in Belvedere Hotel and was a very beautiful experience. The family room was very spaced with all accommodation necessary for a family with 4 persons. The breakfast very health and service & staff very polite and fabulous.

Lovely hotel very stylish

The breakfast was good but lacked freshly cooked food. Sometimes it ran out of food. The hotel is stylish and opposite a pebble beach.

I felt the hotel had no personality and not great service at breakfast. The staff didn’t interact with us and not at all helpful. The hotel is situated outside of the main town and it’s a walk up hill of 25 minutes.

Beautiful view across the bay. Very new property, room equipped to high standard of finish. Great balcony both from the bedroom and superb views from the terrace for breakfast.

Breakfast was Ok but could have been a better selection of hot food. We went mid April, no sun beds available on the beach front. A couple of minor repairs not completed like the glazing between balconies so not as private as intended. Not a criticism but design choice - the shower and toilet in the room have a glass screen - limited privacy from other room guests when going to the toilet!

Great value for money - family deluxe room

The hotel is beautiful, loved the aesthetics, fine touches, comfortable bed and gorgeous views. The staff members were warm, welcoming and so friendly, very lovely ladies. The customer service and communication was outstanding. Great healthy foods

I wish we had an access to a pool, and the jacuzzi didn't work when we attempted. But this didn't ruin our experience.

All around the best hotel i stayed at in Albania. Great value for money. I was doing work in the room for two days, with stunning views of the sea.

Almost nothing. The beach is not the nicest in Albania but the views were stunning from my room.

Love it and would recommend it! Sun still at 30s Celsius beginning of September

The hotel is noticble new the room was great. The breakfast was also great and with variety. At night the breakfast area serves as a bar, with delicious drinks.

Customer service needs improvement although it is understandable given the evolution of the tourist market I Albania. That said I was always well treated.

Great Hotel and Staff

Staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. Also, a good TV in the room for watching BBC and online channels. Also, really good shower/bathroom, comfortable bed and lots of different lighting options. The view from the top floor was fantastic.

The storage space was a little bit limited but okay for one person. Also, I would have liked some complimentary moisturising cream as my skin got a bit dry and I didn't think I would need to bring any.

The hotel is brand new and offers a lot of facilities. Staff is very friendly. Rooms spacious and clean. Beautiful view. Good breakfast and access to the beach with complimentary beach towels. Parking is included although is in the street and without cover.

A great seaside retreat for a couple

Really friendly staff, great place. Brand new hotel, with great seaside rooftop bar. Big family rooms (but only on ground floor). Beach beds & umbrellas included - a great addition to the stay, the beach is really 50m from the hotel & is upscale place with fewer people than nearby areas

Because it's new, there were some technical matters like non working fridge or bath water drainage - I'm sure, they will soon correct it

Very nice.

Hotel is new and very beautiful. The view from the balcony is very beutiful. We really liked the bar on the roof. The staff is also very welcoming and nice. There are also a few really good restaurants next to the hotel.

The breakfast is good but its the same every day. One of the rooms also had a problem with the door (102), so every time we opened or closed the door we had to slam it. Exept that everything else was fine.

Brand new hotel with amazing view and sunsets

Brand new hotel with amazing view and comfortable bed. Staff was very attentive and ready to help. I was particularly impressed by their hospitality. We got food poisoning on our last night and couldn’t get out of bed and got a small breakfast delivered to us in the room. Moreover the staff offered to take us to the hospital (there was no need in the end). This was the best hotel we stayed at in Albania.

We could have benefit more if we got some extra time for a later check as we were very sick and the hotel wasn’t fully booked as advised (we were also contemplating staying an extra night), but overall everyone was very nice and we received warm hospitality. We would defo come back!

Absolutely incredible the hotel, breakfast on the rooftop the view from the balcony & rooftop, the staff were so friendly & helpful. The room was beautiful in fact I think it is more 5star then 4. I would very rarely want to stay in the same hotel twice but I am already booking again for October!
