We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very attentive and caring. Parking was available, breakfast on the rooftop lived up to a 4-star standard, and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was stunning, especially at sunset. The private sun loungers facing the sea were a real highlight.

Lage war perfekt. Das Familienzimmer war gross und schön eingerichtet.

Frühstück war kein Buffet, da zu wenig Leute da waren und es gab keine Grosse auswahl. Spa war nicht in Funktion, konnten es leider nicht benutzen da sie noch anscheinend Reinigen mussten und das ein paar Stunden braucht und erst am späten Nachmittag zu gebrauchen ist. Das Personal ging nicht auf die Bedürnisse ein.

L’hôtel est très propre et propose de grandes chambres. Les chambres, équipées de lits de qualité, offrent une bonne insonorisation, ce qui est idéal pour bien dormir

Il y des transats pour la plage ce qui en soit est top mais il appelle ça plage privée alors qu’il n’y a pas vraiment de plage il y a directement la mer et une dalle de béton, la piscine que l’on peut apercevoir sur les images sont celle du restaurant 10 euros par jour par personne du coup pour un hôtel sans piscine je trouve que le prix reste élevé !

It was the first time in Belvedere Hotel and was a very beautiful experience. The family room was very spaced with all accommodation necessary for a family with 4 persons. The breakfast very health and service & staff very polite and fabulous.

Camera (familiare) molto spaziosa dotata di 2 bagni e balcone vista mare. La posizione è buona. Con 10 minuti di camminata si può raggiungere la zona più vivibile con ristoranti e locali. Lo staff è cordiale e ti viene incontro se devi chiedere informazioni.

La pulizia della camera non è ottimale. A volte dà l'idea che diano una messa a posto e via. Forse la colazione dolce potrebbe essere un pò più varia.

Hôtel correct mais compagnie de bateau horrible

L hôtel est moderne très propre confortable. La réceptionniste était adorable et souriante. Transat en face de l hôtel confortable sur une plage en béton avec accès à la mer. Très bon petit déjeuner

Nous avons réservé un tour en bateau avec la belvédère boat tour. Nous avons rencontré le responsable devant le port qui nous a demandé d’attendre à une table puis il a disparu avec un autre groupe sans nous avertir. Au bout de 15 minutes d attente sans le voir je l appel par téléphone et il me dit qu il arrive dans 5 minutes. Finalement au bout d une heure et quart d attente nous avons été embarqué par une autre compagnie. Le tour était horrible, on a été largué sur une plage de 20 mètres de long pleine de sunbeds sales, la nourriture était répugnante. À l arrivé à l hôtel j ai demandé des explications que je n ai jamais eu de la part de la manager. C est indigne d un hôtel de qualité d être mal traité comme cela sans même un mot d excuse

Lovely hotel very stylish

The breakfast was good but lacked freshly cooked food. Sometimes it ran out of food. The hotel is stylish and opposite a pebble beach.

I felt the hotel had no personality and not great service at breakfast. The staff didn’t interact with us and not at all helpful. The hotel is situated outside of the main town and it’s a walk up hill of 25 minutes.

Lors de notre séjour, une course de vélo était organisée dans la ville et nous ne savions pas qu’il ne serait pas possible de rouler ou de se garer près de l’hôtel ce jour là. On aurait préféré être tenu au courant pour mieux nous organiser.

Mooie moderne kamer en schoon. Prachtig uitzicht. 10 a 15 min rijden met de auto van old town Vlore.

In het laagseizoen is er geen 24/7 Receptie. Dus in de avond/ nacht is er niemand aanwezig. Wel loopt er een bewaker rond.

Hôtel neuf avec matériaux de haute qualité. Literie et lit hyper confortable. Accueil avec plateau de fruits et coupe de champagne. Le petit-déjeuner sur le rooftop. Le SPA est tip-top, spacieux… vraiment un hôtel de grand confort et qualité, je recommande vivement.

Beautiful view across the bay. Very new property, room equipped to high standard of finish. Great balcony both from the bedroom and superb views from the terrace for breakfast.

Breakfast was Ok but could have been a better selection of hot food. We went mid April, no sun beds available on the beach front. A couple of minor repairs not completed like the glazing between balconies so not as private as intended. Not a criticism but design choice - the shower and toilet in the room have a glass screen - limited privacy from other room guests when going to the toilet!

Great value for money - family deluxe room

The hotel is beautiful, loved the aesthetics, fine touches, comfortable bed and gorgeous views. The staff members were warm, welcoming and so friendly, very lovely ladies. The customer service and communication was outstanding. Great healthy foods

I wish we had an access to a pool, and the jacuzzi didn't work when we attempted. But this didn't ruin our experience.
