There is no drinking water in the room and we went to resepsion. They said bar is closed. For water we went to another hotel and we bought the water.

Parking is terrible — just behind the building, with no marked spaces, so everyone parks however they want. At reception they spent about 20 minutes looking for our reservation, demanding that we show the confirmation on our phone and even turn on a translator for them. Neither at check-in nor in the room were we offered even a glass of water as a welcome drink. The hallways were dark, with the lights turned off (probably to save on electricity), and the same goes for the air conditioning. When we entered the room, it was 30 degrees inside. The room itself was awful: old furniture, uncomfortable beds, bed linen with holes and stains. The towels were not white but gray and almost see-through. Breakfast was terrible as well — not even regular butter, only some kind of margarine substitute. This hotel is at best a 2-star, definitely not 4.

It's a very basic budget hotel so wasn't expecting a lot. Has parking but is limited but easiest one to park on street outside if needed, we've seen. No offer of pool towels at check in or in room, happened to see guy opening pool bar and asked. Note he disappears for 2 hours or more In afternoon. Pool was nice but windy corner so couldn't use umbrellas. Rooms basic but did the job. Very small. They need to remove the large unusable wardrobes and desks and modernise. Breakfast is buffet and was ok.

Kind receptionists, reasonable price in relation to the general quality of the service, room was cleaned accurately every day, nice and relaxing sea view from the room. The hotel is located 5km away from the downtown, so it is an optimal solution if you are looking for a relaxing hotel, far from the downtown noise. Breakfast variety might be enhanced.

Nice sea side hotel with well turned out rooms with sea facing balconies. Hotel has parking and a long restaurant terrace facing the sea. There is a road between the hotel and the sea front, but still nice.

We chose this hotel because they had an outdoor swimming pool because kids love swimming pools. . When we got there they told us that the pool is not ready yet. And it’s up to 27 That’s was the only things we weren’t happy with. Other than that I don’t have any complaint.

One of the best hotels I’ve been so far in Albania. Very clean. Friendly staff. So close to the beach. I felt I was staying on the beach. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Firstable hotel's receptionist has given by phone a higher price from the price of Hotels.com/Expedia, not a 4 Star hotel room condition, good breakfast included but poor service, poor service also in the terrace - bridge , waiter instead to take the order was eating crostata in the bar , in front of all costumer! Service may be enhanced!!! Nice pool and a small but nice beach too! Really need to improve hospitality managment and service!

The hotel is brand new. The rooms are well and newly furnished. Good view from the rooms. Only minus were: breakfast was too poor for such a big hotel. They need to do better. Also the swimming pool was not cleaned at all when we came. The water was full of dirt. So we couldnt use the pool at all.

This would not be a 4 star hotel in the US or western europe. There were several electrical problems in the room, 2 lights didn't work, electricity cut out, hair dryer didn't work properly. When called the receptionist they sent they would send somebody but 40 hours later when we checked out nobody had come. Breakfast is very basic. The sea nearby is very nice and clean. Swimming pool is good and decent size. Staff was friendly except for the fact that they didn't care about sending somebody even after a 2nd call.

A convenient base away from the main town (which is a very good thing) and all very clean. Service of breakfast finishes before the end time, so get in earlier.There is an excellent restaurant 300m down the road towards town and good English spoken.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean, and there was a good parking area. It is easy to find. However, breakfast was extremely poor for a four star hotel. Also, even though there is a modern TV built into the mirror in the room, it didnt work. Staff were unable to fix it, and spent ages in our room pressing random buttons and not willing to admit they did not have a clue. The English level of the staff members was also extremely poor, additionally the receptionist assured us that in town there were many many post offices which were open on a Sunday, and of course there were none.
