Super vriendelijk personeel! Hele mooie kamer met bad op het balkon. Echt genieten! De kamer is voorzien van alle luxe. Shampoos, wasgel, scheersetje, pantoffels het ligt allemaal klaar. Ontbijt voortreffelijk! Veel te veel eigenlijk, ze bleven maar eten brengen. Super mooi uitzicht en we voelden ons ook veilig in de buurt. In de omgeving liggen genoeg goede restaurants.

Nous étions logés dans l’annexe. Les chambres sont vraiment tout aussi belles que celles sur booking. Très grande, spacieuse avec un lit qui est d’un confort, rien à dire ! Le pdj se prend au sein du resto de l’hôtel ! Un délice, large choix et avec une vue mer à couper le souffle.

Petit hôtel mais très très très beau. Personnel à l’écoute et disponible à tout moment. Une vue extraordinaire, un quartier posé.

Dommage que nous n’avons pas été informé que les boissons dans le frigo de la chambre n’étaient pas comprises.

J’ai aimé le lieu, la beauté de l’hôtel, le petit déjeuner était incroyable ! Ça change par rapport à tous ceux que j’ai fait en Albanie, on sentait qu’il y avait beaucoup de fait maison. Déçu que l’hôtel m’ait prévenue quelques jours avant mon départ et donc après que je ne puisse plus annuler gratuitement que j’allais loger dans un immeuble en face de l’hôtel. Il fallait traverser tous les jours pour pouvoir aller prendre le petit déjeuner.

L’insonorisation des chambres d’hôtel c’est 0. Durant les 3/4 jours de mon séjour j’ai entendu les ébats sexuels de mes voisins comme si on partageait la même chambre malgré la télé allumée.

Chambre très spacieuse. Avec une vue magnifique et un couché de soleil splendide.

Le bruit constant du restaurant juste au dessus de la chambre ainsi qu’un bruit permanent 24/24 d’une machine en contre bas de l’hôtel pour la modique somme de 330€ la nuit (système d’épuration d’eau, apparement) pour contrer cela nous avons mis de la music et on nous a interdit de mettre l’enceinte JBL car une voisine était soit disant malade et enceinte. Nous avons trouvé cette réflection ironique, sachant que le restaurant à la music à fond. Personnel nonchalant, comme tout le sud de l’Albanie.

Gorgeous hotel, the road that it’s on does get a bit congested going into the town but otherwise really enjoyed my stay here.

Anna et tout le reste du personnel ont été très accueillants malgré mon niveau d'anglais compliqué. Les serveurs ont répondu à toutes nos demandes et c'était très appréciable. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel surtout si vous êtes en couples. La vue est également magnifique depuis les chambres.

Hôtel incroyable. Nous avions pris une chambre avec vue sur la mer. C'était à couper le souffle. La situation géographique est magique. Vous mangez et prenez le petit déjeuner face à la mer. C'est calme et respectueux. Les chambres sont très propre et la literie très confortable.

L’emplacement et l’architecture moderne sont appréciables. L’hôtel est bien équipé et le restaurant était à la fois bon et agréable.

Le personnel du restaurant n’était pas du tout aimable, et la femme de chambre est entrée sans frapper, ce qui est inacceptable. L’absence d’ascenseur rend également le transport de gros bagages compliqué.

Perfect Hotel to visit and drink coffee with a view but over priced for what it is.

The view from the Hotel restaurant and outdoor dining area was exceptional and one of the main selling points of the hotel. The breakfast was also very nice, plenty of options and held between a good time frame. The staff were all very friendly, particular shout out to Jonny and Anisa who were informative, helped us book taxis and advised us on places to eat and drink. The Hotel owner and his family were all very lovely as well.

We had what felt like 'drawn the short straw' we knew we did not have a Sea view room, the room was advertised as 'back-view' but what it failed to mention was that this was a view of the car park and walkway into the hotel. For the majority of our holiday we were unable to be in our room without the curtains shut which meant we were in darkness a lot of the time as the lights were dim and if we wanted to get changed or get ready we had to keep them shut to avoid being exposed. The car park was also where all staff went to smoke, so we could see everyone smoking under our room and they could see us. Our room also lacked a decent amount of plug sockets, our European adapters wouldn't work, yet when we moved hotel they were perfectly fine elsewhere. Also, as a matter of Health & Safety, there was some loose metal covering a drain (not sure how to describe it) and when someone stood on one side of it, it lifted the other side and smacked me in the foot as it was not secure. I told the hotel as it nearly cut my foot open but it was not fixed even when i left and could have hurt someone. The food menu could have been more diverse, only Seafood and not much else and when we did ask for something they didnt have it so we ended up eating elsewhere every day.

La chambre vendue comme un appartement n’est en fait pas du tout équipée, nous avons signalés que nous n’avions pas la machine à café dans la chambre, bien qu’il y avait les capsules de café, nous avions demandé à plusieurs reprises un lit pour bébé. Étant donné que l’appartement est en face de l’hôtel et qu’il faut traverser la route, ils n’ont pas prit la peine de nous l’apporter malgré nos relances. Le ménage était approximatif, aucun drap n’a été mit à disposition pour le « lit d’appoint » qui est en fait une simple banquette.

Vi är så nöjda! Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse – allt var toppen! Hotellets läge var perfekt, utsikten magisk, maten supergod och personalen otroligt trevlig. Rummet var fräscht och välstädat varje dag. Vi kände oss verkligen väl omhändertagna och kommer gärna tillbaka! Anissa i receptionen var mycket behjälplig och underbar

Friendly atmosphere but as a guest felt it was operating more as a venue than a hotel.

Very clean rooms with amazing view in the bar/restaurant especially at sunset. The breakfast was okay and dinner was overall tasty and very generous portions. This hotel doesn’t have beach access but it’s a short 5 min drive to a lovely beach club called Vega that the receptionist suggested much cheaper than the closest option (hotel next door)

Staff were friendly but overall unhelpful. We booked an extra night and alerted them to this on arrival so there would be no issues with getting locked out of our room on the original check out date. This was not communicated and we were locked out anyway. Biggest issue was the loud private parties they hosted two nights in a row. There was no warning that the inside resturant would not be accessible for guests for dinner and no heads up or appreciation that guests were kept awake 2 nights in a row. When going downstairs to complain and ask how long the noise would be going no one was on reception.

Très bel hotel idéalement situé, belle chambre / chambre appart hotel dingue, de grands espaces et même une machine à laver. Les chambres sont propres et identiques aux photos postées sur Booking, le petit déjeuné est incroyable avec une variété de choix. Le personnel est surtout très charmant et accueillant. Nous n’avons pas testé le bar mais il semblait bien. Je recommande !

Notre réservation n’avait apparement pas été prise en compte. Nous avons été « surclassé » dans une chambre double standard se trouvant dans l’hotel mais nous avions réservé un appartement. Pour notre seconde nuit nous avons fait la demande d’aller dans l’appartement réservé (faites attention aux photos et aux m2 lors de la réservation car peut-être pas conforme à la description). Aussi, il faut savoir que les appartements ne se trouvent pas dans l’hotel même, ils sont de l’autre côté de la rue (2minutes à pied). Pour finir, les logements manquent extrêmement de luminosité s’il fallait améliorer quelque chose et une piscine à disposition des voyageurs serait un gros plus.
