PLEASE SEND ME MY ID CARD!!!!

Amazing hotel, but......

Unfortunately they held onto my ID card, and did not give it back to me, I forgot about it and checked out. leaving the country without my ID card. They promised to send it to me , i even asked to pay for the shipping, but they have stopped comunicating with me... ANd i still have not recieved my ID card.. Its very difficult to aquire this card in Italy, and i have to go to the police to report it stolen to recieve another...

The view is breathtaking. The pool is in an amazing location and perfect size, though could be cleaner. The receptionists were kind and helpful, especially Angela who was very caring and dedicated.

There is a major difference between the hotel rooms and the apartments rooms, that wasn’t at all clear when we booked the vacation. The apartments are poor and shabby. The third bed was actually an opening sofa which was hard and uncomfortable. Some of the kitchenware weren’t clean. There was no socket for a reading lamp in the bedroom. The balcony wasn’t clean and most of all, two of its glasses were shattered! Air conditioner was only in the bedroom which was not enough to cool down the entire apartment. The apartments are not cleaned regularly, and they don’t even take out your garbage, you have to take it yourself to the outside neighborhood beans that are in a 7 minutes walking distance. We tried the breakfast a few times but it just wasn’t good. The pastries were dry and the vegetables roughly cut. The building is shared with two other hotels which gives the whole experience a sloppy vibe.

A wonderful relaxing holiday with amazing views.

The staff were lovely and helped in every possible way, booking massages and taxis, printing boarding passes etc. The view from our room was incredible with panoramic ocean views and the sunsets were amazing. Good restaurants, shops and beach nearby. The sea swims were refreshing and fun.

Not having a restaurant meant going out or ordering take away for all meals except breakfast. We had to pay 20 euros for beach sun loungers, even if we arrived later in the afternoon. Traffic is bad in the evenings, so if you're driving expect to take 1/2 hour to get to the main town (Vlorë) for a meal.

Comfortable, large, clean room & great location

This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to amazing beach clubs and restaurants. We had a room with plenty of space, a very comfortable bed, super clean bathroom and amazing view. The free parking is great as we recommend travelling by car or taxi to get here and there is a nice breakfast buffet with many options.

The pool was very cloudy at the end of July perhaps from the heat and overuse so we swam at the stunning cliff beach instead. The gym is in a half renovated room with no aircon, towels or water. The equipment is either broken or not able to be plugged in. There is one small lift with no aircon to service the whole building so you're often waiting for it. With a few small changes this will be a great hotel!

A fair place for views and a good swim. Nothing more.

The location was very prime, close to other major hotels and very good views. The pool was clean and decent size allowing one a proper swim. Sun beds by the pool were useful for relaxation and soaking in the sun. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Layout of the studio was not conducive. The bedroom layout was strange as was the living room. The bathroom was most disappointing - small in comparison to the apartment and with a washing machine cramped in between the shower and the loo, it was almost impossible to get in or out without stepping into the shower first. A kitchen was in the studio but the living room wasted a lot of space with a giant dining table. The TV was a tiny one and should have been a decent size smart TV.

Amazing stay

Loved the service providers, all staff were very helpful, they were very nice especially one of the domestic staff was very kind to me, she's called Linda I think but pronounced in Albania. The receptionist very kind and helpful. Everyone was amazing. The room was spacious, loved the high ceilings and the pool side was a plus.

It was a lovely establishment, enjoyed my stay there, no downside whatsoever except the breakfast options was repetitive, no variety.

From the start to the end we loved everything of the hotel there was kind reception boy I forgot his name he was really helpful..and the girl in the morning shift as well our view was the best view we had .. the room was very clean and our towels ,dustbins were clean everyday .. we had 2 sofa beds n one double bed .. sofa bed didn't seems like a sofa it was like a comfy bed .. we had necessary duvets and bedding was clean.. we had breakfast included 😋 there were verity of options in breakfast and juices and coffees .. ☕️ we used the amazing pool and sun beds.. overall the stay was amazing..

Hoped we could have 2 toilets just because we were 6 people ..

Wonderful hotel.

Great hotel. Wonderful view. Brilliant breakfast. Lovely staff. Impressive pool. Perfect hotel if you are on a road trip along the coast.

Not a problem for us because we had a car, but it is some way out of town. The local beach is under "construction" so beach lovers may wish to take that into account. But if on a road trip, like we were, this is a perfect hotel.

Great swimming pool

We stayed for two nights Swimming pool was great, very big. Supermarket around the corner Breakfast, 12 euro per person, was nice After the steep hill they have a private parking available Airco in the rooms

For us the number of restaurants within walking distance was a bit too few.

Extremely gorgeous

Beautiful hotel with a great ambiance. Loved the room, it was clean and spacious. Enjoyed the morning breakfast and great staff who were always there to help. Definitely coming back for a longer stay this time around.

Disappointing many things missing and loads of ants.

The views were good.

Listing is misleading. It said sofa bed but it was just a sofa and we weren't provided with all the bedding we needed. And there were loads of ants everywhere in the apartment. Our balcony also had no balcony furniture and when we raised this with the staff they just said it had all been broken. This was a shame because as one of the facilities it said we would have balcony furniture and a sofa bed. The apartment was also missing a bath mat. And the bathroom felt as though it was unfinished.

We had a lovely stay! The hotel is very new and the facilities are in very good condition. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The view from the room was stunning. Their is no restaurant in the hotel and not a good selection around at all so you will probably have to drive to somewhere reasonable. Pool area is split between a number of hotels with assigned seating which confused us a little

Brand new hotel, amazing service, staff very friendly. Stunning views, near by beach (walking distance)with crystal clear water. Breakfast was rich in fresh fruits, beverages and snacks. Rooms are large with top of the line air conditioning units. Highly recommend it. Thank You Toto

Comfortable hotel, with splendid view and amazing staff

We checked in at 01:30 AM and we had no problem, even though it was really late at night. The rooms are modern and well decorated, very spacious, including a nice bathroom. There is a minibar, and although it is empty, you can pick whatever drink you want at the reception, even at night, and charge to your room on the next day. The staff/ owners are really nice and try to make everything to make your stay enjoyable - they even put together a huge breakfast tray for us when we were late, after breakfast hours. Pool is great and there is plenty of space (beach chairs/ umbrellas). The view is fantastic - including the nice balcony facing the beach. There is a stunning small beach in front of the hotel (you can get 2 chairs + umbrella for EUR 10). The hotel is about 3,5 km from the busy center, so you are in a peaceful area. There is a market less than 100m from the hotel, as well as some restaurants at walking distance. Parking is available for free 24/7.

The hotel is pretty new, so there are things that could be better. For example, the housekeeping service was a bit erratic, some days we had it, others didn't, even though we left the sign at the door. The hotel does not offer lunch/ dinner - sometimes I wish to have at least some snacks during the day, as you do not want to leave the pool/ beach to go look for a place to eat nearby. You have to walk with caution on the road, as most of the time there are no sidewalks.

The room could have done with being a little bit bigger. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been welcomed in the room as we only got 1 free coffee per day with breakfast, then we had to purchase any additional. We had our own tea/coffee but no facilities in our room. The bathroom was stylishly decorated and well equipped but was a little bit smelly.
