Music was very loud in the middle of night in hallways, the family room didn’t have a window and another bathroom. The staff in restaurant could do with more knowledge of vegan food and could have more vegan options

ארוחת הבוקר לא כוללת קפה איכותי, דרשו תוספת מחיר לקפה. השולחן לא ערוך ולא מפנים במהלך הארוחה. המחיר יקר בתמורה למה שמקבלים.

Stöner Strand

Der Strand war super schön aber ebenfalls die Poolanlage.

Personal war segr träge, Zimmerausstattung war zum Teil nicht mehr intakt. Am Strand wurde einfach keine Bedienung mehr angeboten obwohl mindestens 15Leute am Strand lagen. Ebenfalls wurden Bestellungen vom Pool oben einfach ignoriert und nicht runter an den Strand gebracht. Bei so einem hohen Preis sollte der Service 1A sein.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה והצוות היה אדיב מאוד.הבריכות במלון מאוד יפות אבל המים קצת קרים .

במלון מפואר כזה לא יכול להיות שאף אחד לא מפנה את האוכל והשתיה שאנשים מזמינים בבריכה וזה עומד שעות בשמש ומביא המון דבורים.בנוסף כשהזמנו את החדר במלון היה רשום נוף צידי אבל לא אמרו שהחדר נמצא על החניה וכל מי שעובר רואה מה נעשה בחדר מנהלת השרות שלכם ניסתה לעזור והייתה זמינה לנו.אבל הפיתרון היה שהעבירו אותנו לא היה ראוי להיות בו בקומה אחת שמול המרפסת חומה וכל המזגנים של המלון נמאים מתחתנו ועשו רעש .ובגלל שהחדר ממש למטה היה ממש חשוך בחדר.ובסוף העבירו אותנו לחדר יותר קטן עם מרפסת לכיוון הבריכה .הכיסאות במרפסת ממש פשוטים ולא נוח לשבת בהם.

Ne vaut pas son prix

Le cadre est top, la vue (mer) est dingue. Le fait de tout avoir sur place (plusieurs piscines/plage/restaurant et spa est très bien.

Les prestations ne sont pas dignes du standing proposé : télévision avec uniquement les chaînes locales, le minibar HS, lumière qui ne s’éteint pas dans la chambre, téléphone pour joindre la réception HS etc. Autant de points qui devraient être vérifiés en amont de la prise de possession de la chambre. Le personnel n’est pas particulièrement souriant et serviable : ils ne semblent pas heureux de travailler la (autant l’accueil que le service). Nous avons également eu un gros problème de sécurité : coincées dans l’ascenseur qui ne s’arrête pas au niveau du sol. Une blessure engendrée par un problème qui n’aurait pas dû survenir. Le massage n’était pas non plus digne du service annoncé : nous avons eu un massage douloureux et non relaxant. Piscine et plage : l’enlèvement des serviettes n’était pas fait, les places ne semblent pas etre dispos alors qu’elles le sont. De plus, les piscines ne sont pas censées être accessibles aux enfants : aucune surveillance de ce côté non plus.

Fantastic experience - would recommend!

Had a great stay at Marina Bay - the hotel is very lively, with events taking place every day/evening in each of the 3 venues within the premises. The guest relations, Sonila, was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

L’hôtel est superbe, en particulier ses espaces extérieurs : les piscines et la plage privée sont de grande qualité et très agréables. Le petit déjeuner, servi sous forme de buffet, est varié et savoureux. Mention spéciale au restaurant Mandarine, qui propose des plats excellents, préparés avec des produits frais et de qualité – tout était délicieux, à l’exception des desserts que je ne recommande pas. Notre chambre, élégante et spacieuse, offrait une magnifique vue sur la mer et sur le coucher du soleil. En revanche, le rapport qualité/prix pourrait être amélioré.

L’établissement s’avère assez bruyant, tout comme une partie de la clientèle, parfois un peu sans gêne. Le personnel de l’accueil, du parking et du restaurant est souriant, serviable et agréable, en revanche celui de la plage et de la piscine l’est un peu moins. Pour un hôtel affichant cinq étoiles, davantage de politesse et de courtoisie seraient attendues. Un autre point négatif important concerne la sécurité : depuis la réservation, nous avons été très régulièrement sollicités par des tentatives de fraude (parfois plusieurs fois par jour), semblant provenir de l’hôtel, visiblement piraté. Cela a soulevé de réelles inquiétudes quant à une éventuelle fuite de nos données personnelles et bancaires. Nous avons signalé ce problème à notre arrivée, mais aucune solution, ni geste n’a été proposés.

Pretty on the outside, but not worth the price

Pretty on the outside. Nice waterside location. Big pool with lots of deck chairs.

Soulless on the inside. Was like a nightclub with accommodation. We arrived very late and our room did not have a blanket on the bed and there were no towels in our room. When requested for a blanket they said check the wardrobe. Not good for a 5 star hotel. Music was VERY LOUD around the pool. I felt like I was 25 again in Ibiza. Slow service in the restaurant. Breakfast was average. Maybe avoid on a weekend.

We liked the location a lot, it’s beautiful and the sea is very clean and wild. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, the beds were very high quality. The breakfast was great, all of the food in the restaurants and bars was amazing. We liked the beach area, it was stylish and comfy.

The service needs to get better in general, the cleaning service was unpredictable despite the fact that we asked for them to come at certain times, sometimes they didn’t show up at all. Nobody smiles, staff pretends you do not exist, which makes you feel unwelcome and weird. During the breakfast time they would never help you to find the table, it’s always a mess on the tables, you have to find the cutlery yourself. They have jambon iberico (whole leg), but you have to cut it yourself (I can do it, but many people are trying and doing it the wrong way, so it’s hard to cut it anyways). Even in mandarin restaurant, which is supposed to be fine dining nobody would clean your table after the first course, I couldn’t get why, so it’s always a mess, they give you the hot dishes trying to clean your table at the same time, you would never have the cutlery you need on time. We ordered the taxi to go to the airport several days in advance, it was supposed to be non electric car with card payment, but we got an electric car, which was 20 minutes late and in the airport the driver said “cash only”.

Luxury expectations, modest reality

The facilities are great, the swimming pool and the beach area are awesome, very picturesque.

When we arrived at our 4-people bedroom, there was zero towels in the room. Also, the bathroom lock was broken, so was the toilet paper holder. Also, had to change the towel at the pool area due to black paint stains. Seems like there is no quality control in place from the management. IMO, for the money you pay, these things are unacceptable.

Viel Angebot an Abkühlung - Meer - Outdoor Pools (mit Poolbar oder im Kinderbereich) - Minipools mit Meerblick - Indoor Pool Große Auswahl an Hygiene Produkten Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen Pancakes waren beim Frühstück sehr beliebt, die wurden zeitnahe nachgebracht Mitarbeiter bei dem Golfmobil am Eingangsbereich sehr höflich Nette Plätzchen zum Entspannen/Fotos machen

- Fast jeder der ca. 100 Mitarbeiter/Innen grüßt erst dann, wenn wir zuvor grüßten - einige Bereiche/Leistungen sind mit Kosten verbunden. Beim Check in wurde nicht erklärt, was wir bei der Buchung inkludiert haben. Z.B.: 3 Mitarbeiter gefragt, ob wir die Minipools kostenlos benutzen dürfen - leider ohne Antwort - beim Frühstück gibt es auch einiges an Personal, nachgebracht werden leere Sachen eher spät. Man wird gefragt, ob Hilfe bei der Platz Auswahl gebraucht wird. Abservieren geschieht eher selten, oder erst, wenn man mit dem Frühstück schon fertig ist. -- es gibt 2 Café Automaten, ich habe bei beiden probiert, eine heiße Schokolade herunter zu drucken, leider ohne Erfolg. Es kam heißes Wasser mit etwas etwas Kakaopulver. Ich habe eine Angestellte gefragt, ob die Maschine nicht funktioniert, sie meinte, dass eine heiße Schokolade fast niemand trinkt und ich öfters drücken soll. Sie hat dann 2x gedrückt, aber war noch immer nicht trinkbar. Einige Tage später wollte ich mir bei der heißen Schokolade bei der Café Bar bestellen - mit Aufpreis und war gar nicht verfügbar. Obwohl im Restaurant einen Stock darüber Frühstück gekauft werden kann und in der Karte auch eine heiße Schokolade verfügbar ist. --- außerdem hat der Wind einige Papier Platzsets verweht, welche auch nur beseitigt wurden, als sich jemand auf diesen Platz gesetzt hat. ---- mehrere Produkte aus Eiern ( Spiegelei, Eierspeise, Eierspeise mit Pilzen und Speck waren in silbernen Behältern, wo der Inhalt fast nahezu immer kalt war ---- keine Möglichkeit das Brot oder glutenfreie Toastbrot zu toasten Poolbar: - jeder Gast hat ein Band um das Handgelenk bekommen, welches während dem Aufenthalt getragen werden soll. Bei dem Poolbereich hat es auf jeden Sonnenschirm einen Knopf gegeben, wo ein Kellner gerufen wird. Allerdings benötigte man so jedes Mal Geld bei Poolbereich, da diese Beträge nicht auf das Zimmer geschrieben werden konnten.

Schöne Anlage, Service grenzwertig

Die Zimmer und die Anlage waren sehr sauber, die Bucht und der Pool waren sehr schön, Ausblick unsere Zimmers wunderschön (double deluxe mit Balkon und meerblick), Frühstück sehr gut. Umliegende Tavernen -> wir haben auswärts in Tavernen gegessen und haben dort mit dem Personal bessere Erfahrungen gemacht.

Ankunft startet mit falschem Zimmer (niedrigere Kategorie), Fehler konnte jedoch recht schnell behoben werden und unverschämten Personal im "Mandarine Restaurant". Personal größtenteils unfreundlich und unmotiviert, kaum jemand lächelt, begrüßt/ verabschiedet. Alle Preise (Essen, Cocktails, andere Getränke) sehr überteuert -> Aperol 12€, lokales Bier 7€, 1Kugel Eis 3€, Cocktails werden den Preisen nicht gerecht.

they charge undue payments Be very careful when booking this property, they charged me additional payments that were not due. If you really have to book, pay only in cash, do not give credit cards. Very dishonest. We booked with Booking, which told us that we would be refunded but this did not happen. addebitano pagamenti non dovuti Fate molta attenzione quando prenotate questa struttura mi hanno addebitato pagamenti aggiuntivi non dovuti. They tried their best

The resort is beautiful, the room is very nice and comfortable. Solina at customer relations worked very very hard to try and make our experience positive. Though we had many many issues, the hotel management worked hard to try to fix it.

We are vegetarian. You'd think we were the first vegetarians that ever stayed at the hotel. I am not exaggerating when I say that every single meal was a problem. Every time we ordered something from the menu (and this happened in all the restaurants, over and over), we were told they don't have what we want. We weren't offered alternatives by the waiters and when management stepped in, the items on the menu were miraculously available. There wasn't a single meal that all menu items actually existed and that we didn't have any problems, not one. Even the cocktail that we ordered from the menu, we were told, is unavailable. We were told they will fix these issues, and we are sure they will because they seemed genuinely interested in fixing all the problems. The hotel compensated us several times and solina was very involved in trying to understand why this keeps happening. I am sure that these issues will be resolved with time, but it is why we're giving a 6.

Careful with your money!

Sadly I have been scammed by this hotel. Facilities are nice, but the staff is not competent.

I paid the hotel via bank transfer as I had a family suite and a double room. As the staff did not provide a reconciliation of the total I had overpaid of €150. It's been over a month I tried to get my money back and after being led on, they are not even responding my calls now.

Not what you expect from a 5*

Facilities are nice, however the staff is not able to meet the standards of a 5* and I have not been returned money I had paid in excess.

I have paid for my rooms via bank transfer and the staff promised me to get a refund via bank transfer. It's been a month of them speaking to managers, banks and ultimately now they don't pick up my calls. Very disappointing as it ruined my overall holiday and memory of it.

5 stars hotel but the service and the staff deserve 1 star..

The property is nice but a is not good for everyone for me I’m pregnant and I had too walk a lot every day to go to the other facility even the breakfast area is in deference building, and the private beach is nice but I had to go to the toilet a lot so I had to take the long stairs.

What makes me regret going there is the staff they are so rude so in professional all over the place maybe one or two of the staff their was polite and the manager Ariana she was good and helpful but the reason why I stayed there because they refused to refund my money so I had to stay there.

On the beach resort with all the amenities you need onsite.

Loved the beach and pool areas. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Really loved we had use of the spa facilities (except for paid services) the included spa services were so relaxing I spent an hour in there and came out so relaxed.

Rude staff

Pool and spa were nice

Carpet in room was the same one used in the casino. Old, bright and dirty. Breakfast was below par for the amount of money / standard of hotel. The staff were rude and unhelpful, made me feel like they didn’t want us there or didn’t want to be there themselves. Service with a smile goes a long way, and I didn’t see a single smile from any of the staff here.
