Good but...

Friendly staff and clean room. Location is excellent, as everything was in walking distance. There is a parking garage, which was useful for the motorcycle, but the garage door is mostly open.

The bathroom smelled really bad and the door of the bathroom was a glass which resulted in a lot of light entering the room during the morning which woke us up. The parking garage is not finished and the door doesn't close during the day.

War alles zufrieden stellend. Gerne wieder! Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Es fehlten Kleiderbügel im Schrank. War am Ende egal, da wir ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten haben und somit einen Balkon hatten. Die Tiefgarage war teilweise von Kunden zugeparkt.

Piacevole e più cura del cliente

La suite prenotata non era disponibile a causa di problemi alla caldaia, e ci hanno assegnato un’altra camera, carina e pulita. Purtroppo l’acqua era così calda da non riuscire nemmeno a lavarsi i denti, e il prezzo pieno per un disguido non nostro non è stato molto carino. Lo staff è stato comunque gentile, ma consiglierei di curare un po’ di più la gestione clienti soprattutto essere presenti per eventuali chiarimenti. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole: la camera e il super tramonto che abbiamo visto lo hanno reso speciale, per il resto lo consiglio.

Più cura nel cliente se ha necessità di chiarimenti, molto buono invece i consigli dati.

Ottima esperienza

Check in rapido, accoglienza cordiale, centrale ma in zona tranquilla, camere silenziose, spaziose, pulite e complete di tutto. Esperienza positiva e sicuramente da ripetere quando torneremo a Valona. Tutto super, compresa la possibilità di parcheggiare la nostra moto nel garage della struttura.
