Hotel Partner was the best. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping staff were the best. I felt like home.

Disappointing Experience – Not the Spa Hotel Advertised
We booked this hotel specifically because it was advertised as a spa hotel. Imagine our shock upon check-in (November 2025) when we were told the spa hasn’t even been built yet! No mention of this during booking, which felt incredibly misleading.
Things didn’t improve from there. Our first room had two single beds—not what we booked—and the towels had actual holes in them. Definitely not the standard you'd expect from a supposed 4-star hotel.
After raising concerns, we were moved to a double room, but the shower was tiny and very old even though the room and bathroom were large in comparison! Overall, the experience was far below expectations and certainly not worth the price tag.
