The AC could be a bit more efficient especially that it works only while you’re in the room and activate it with your room key. The room was very spacious and the temps outside were around 40. Chilling the room down would take a rather long time.

Lovely host, great location but room needs some TLC.

The location is excellent and the host superb. The rooms are relatively new and very clean, spacious and good quality furniture etc. good for couples.

The air conditioning grill was pulled off its top fixing screws to point downward onto the bed. This meant that it was far too cold and windy for our 9 month old baby and 4 year old daughter to sleep, whatever setting we chose. When we turned the airconditioning off then the room was far too hot. We had to turn off the a/c and open the windows but the noise outside was unbearable all night long with racing motorbikes, emptying trash bin lorries etc. etc. not to mention the mosquitoes which come in and are everywhere in the Meditteranean in July. In addition the bed sheets are not cotton and I cannot sleep on polyester or heavy polyester/cotton mix. Everyone else in the family had an uncomfortable night.

The location was perfect and just 100m from the beach and located in the centre of town.

The big flight of stairs to reception but for me this was fine. For someone less capable it would’ve been a problem

Lovely new hotel in great central location. Would stay again!

Great location though easier to find at night when sign in Booking photo is lit up as entrance is at the rear -just ask taxi for Tre Forchette restaurant which is prominent and well-known -and also the Flamurtari football stadium next door. Main road is full of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops - Vodaphone shop is opposite for SIM purchases. Short walk to seafront/beaches/port. Almost new hotel with immaculate rooms, v v comfy bed, great bathroom, good air-con. Very helpful lady running things who organised a private car to Tirana when we left, also recommended the best and cheapest taxi service to use in Vlora. Well-priced hotel considering location and how excellent the room was.

Seems brand new so minor things to finish -eg, no sofa in the room yet. Needs to have better directions and a photo of entrance door on the Booking site. The hotel is all on one floor but there is a set of stairs to negotiate to get there from the entrance door.
