Lovely area and apartment. Good location with a short walk to all the buzz! Beach was lovely and has free sun loungers.

They submitted a review or changed my review saying all of the most amazing things about this place and then it was published, most likely the majority of the reviews are fake or changed by them. I was so shocked to see my review say all things I didn't write - mentioning the place was marvelous and everything. I honestly got confused because my stay wasn't that great, I thought I was staying at one of the apartments with very nice pictures and then got disappointed when I got there. Like other things in Albania, the quality was just medium, not high quality towels or linen. Bathroom is super small and there's no separation between the toilet and the shower.

A good short stay option

Our apartment was a triple room with balcony on the 1st floor. It was super clean & comfortable especially the beds. It is more a studio/hotel room set up. We did appreciate the Kettle. Shower pressure was awesome but no curtain or holder for hand held. Communication was excellent. The meal we had one evening below the apartment was delicious & the service lovely.

Not too sure about the location??? The beach (very close walk) was filthy. No way did we venture to stay or swim. We didn’t have a car. And weren’t impressed with Vlore.

Clean

I had a perfect stay! The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The attention to detail was impressive—from the spotless bathroom to the neatly arranged amenities. It’s clear the staff takes great pride in maintaining high standards. I felt relaxed and at home throughout my stay. Highly recommended and would definitely return!

Great stay in lofts

Very polite and friendly staff which provided useful tips for the city. Great location and parking on spot. Rooms with balcony and spacious. Service was excellent

Never come again

Only apartment is good.

All the rooms are at first floor without lift. So, it’s hard to move luggages and disables. All the shower are link with toilet without separate door. So, toilet paper and tower wil get wet when having a shower. Breakfast is at different locations which is more than 7 minutes walk. The staff told us they are only 2-3 starts so we cannot expect anything good here. The room was with bad smell when we entered so we need to open all doors and windows to get the smell out.

Poor and undeveloped exterior surrounds and location with derelict buildings everywhere.Breakfast was below basic and in another place over a block away with haphazard service, okay when sunny but soaking wet when walking due to the rain. reception not staffed and noisy cleaners early before 7. Entrance door to apartment glass panelling with exterior light shining through, had to affix towels to door to block light. Simple solution...roller blind.

Accomodation is new and modern located very near the sea where I found nice for morning walking. Breakfast was at main villa 2 min walk and they had a cozy yard that served. Staff was polite and helpfully

Decent

The room looked good, was big, had a little kitchen, a space to work or to eat.

The hosts could have been more welcoming. At the restaurant people were much welcoming that at the accommodation. The payment method, even if we found later is quite standard here in Albania, I don't like it. You put your card details, booking give you a price with some conversion and then when you pay when arrive the conversion is made by that bank, we ended up paying 10 euros more for a 70 euros invoice. Later on we paid in the same way to other accommodations but the difference was not that big, so I think is related with their POS bank. The shower was leaking the whole time and the bathroom floor was always wet. It was clean but it felt like it was cleaned a long time ago (we went there in may). The area where the accomodation is located is a little sad, that is a bit on us because we didn't checked in advance so I will not count that, but we saw it near beach and we said great, in reallity the beach near by is one of the saddest we saw in Albania, abandoned (in may) and full of garbage.

Vlore va a ser un estupendo destino en 10 años más.

Nos tocó un anexo, por lo tanto el desayuno había que ir a tomarlo a 2 cuadras. El está cerca de la playa, en una zona de ciudad que no está limpia. Tiene restaurantes cerca, pero es necesario un auto para llegar al centro.

El baño estaba en malas condiciones, la tapa de wc suelta, la ducha goteaba y que se caia. Además son duchas sin receptáculo por lo que al estar muy cerca del wc se moja todo el baño incluido el papel!

Struttura nuova, vicinissima al mare. Colazione buona, in una location molto bella a pochi minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Titolare gentile e parla italiano.

Mancava un kit di asciugamani e c'era solo una coperta per 3 persone.

Quarto completo e espaçoso.

O quarto é super espaçoso e completo com cozinha, geladeira pequena, utensílios. Bem equipado. O chuveiro é ótimo apesar de molhar bastante o banheiro pois não tem box. A cama é bem confortável. A localização é próximo da praia e de vários restaurantes legais.

As duas únicas ressalvas é que não tem elevador e o cafe-da-manha não é fornecido no local mas sim em uma região bem próxima no hotel (3 minutos de caminhada aproximadamente).

Struttura nuova e arredata con gusto. Parcheggio e ottima posizione. A pochi passi la spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata. Era facile raggiungere anche molti ristoranti e bar. La colazione era abbondante ma non varia, servita in un piacevole "chiostro" con piante fiori che lo rendevano fresco e colorato. Si raggiungeva in due minuti di cammino dalla nostra struttura.

Il bagno era un po' troppo piccolo. Nonostante la disponibilità e l'efficienza, il personale non è stato molto accogliente.

La salle d'eau minuscule pas de séparation de la douche donc tout est inondé lorsque l'on prend la douche. Les volets ne s'ouvraient pas totalement, la porte d'entrée frottait et n'était pas pleine laissant passer la lumière du dehors allumée durant toute la nuit. Avenue très passante devant.

Prachtige nieuwe ruime kamer met ijskast mini keuken en waterkoker. Fantastische badkamer. Zeer efficiënt en vriendelijk personeel.

Alles noch ganz neu!

Es war alles noch sehr neu und wirklich sauber. Für die noch kalten Nächte lagen warme Decken im Schrank, die wir gerne nutzten. Insgesamt ein modernes großes Zimmer mit Balkon. Parkplätze waren genügend vorhanden.

Das Zimmer war top! Es liegt nur relativ weit außerhalb der Stadt (20-25 Minuten zu Fuß),wo sich zumindest in der Nebensaison alles abspielt. Für den Sommerurlaub mit Sicherheit eine gute Lage, da der Strand direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite liegt.

Camere nuove arredate con ampio balcone a solo 1 minuto dalla spiaggia. Molto ben pulito e ben arredato. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione nella loro villa principale che era a soli 50 metri di distanza
