Zur "Erholung" nur geeignet, wenn man das "Drumherum" ausblenden kann und andauernde Musik gern hat.

Das aufmerksame und freundliche Personal! Die Aussattung/Gestaltung des Aussenbereiches vom Restaurant hebt sich ab. Der aufmerksame Chef des Hotels. Das Essen war immer sehr gut. Nur an den Longdrinks (Mischverhältnis) kann man noch etwas arbeiten ;)! Sicherlich vom Eindruck her mit das Beste Hotel in diesem Abschnitt.

Generelle Lautstärke im Hotelumfeld Man wurde leider permanent von zwei Seiten (vorallem die der Nachbarschaft!) beschallt mit Musik. Somit musste man im Aussenbereich immer zwei Lieder gleichzeitig hören. Auch Nachts hielt das noch an bis ca. 1.00. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster war daher nur eingeschränkt möglich. Ruhesuchenden würde ich es somit eher nicht empfehlen. Sauberkeit des Umfeldes Sobald man aus dem Bereich des Hotels austritt ist man mit Albaniens andauernder, ungelösten Abfallthematik der Regierung konfrontiert. Strandspaziergänge vorallem Richtung Stadt können einen deprimieren, wenn man nicht gnadenlos ausblendet an was man vorbeiläuft. Wir sind grosse Strandbereiche in dem Gebiet abgelaufen, das hat uns sehr betroffen gemacht. Es betrifft aber leider ganz Albanien, auch die Bergregionen und Städte. Man kann dem Land nur wünschen, dass es hier bald eine funktionierende Abfallwirtschaft gibt.

La vicinanza al lungomare di Valona raggiungibile a piedi con una bella camminata. Colazione abbondante e cibo di qualità. Personale discreto e gentile.

L'albergo dispone di stanze in più edifici che se pur vicini non sono collegati al corpo centrale. Nel mio caso, mi è stata assegnata una camera in una di queste palazzine adiacenti. Nel caso di specie, l'uso dell' ascensore non è esclusiva dell'albergo, bensì è condiviso con i condomini residenti nella palazzina. Qualora poi, si decidesse di salire/scendere le scale, beh! lo spettacolo non è proprio da 4 stelle!. Inoltre, nel corpo centrale sono presenti la sala ristorante e il bar. In caso di pioggia, chi è collocato altrove, è disagiato rispetto agli altri. Questa indicazione/possibilità di sistemazione, non è stata riportata da Booking nella presentazione dell'albergo. Infine, il mare...quello veramente bello è altrove. La vicinanza di un canale si vede e si sente!

Uns hat das familiengeführte Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es wurde steht’s auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Das Servicepersonal war top. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr hilfsbereit - ob es um Unternehmungen, Wünsche etc. ging. Alles konnte geklärt werden. Der Chef hat uns persönlich begrüßt. Die Anlage ist super vor allem das Preisleistungsverhältnis. Die Küche ist für diesen Preis außergewöhnlich! Top. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem Hotel verbracht. Wirklich für jedes Alter was dabei.

Das Essen dauert lange bis es serviert wird. Jedoch kam das auch in anderen Restaurants im Ort Vlore vor. Daher war es für uns in Ordnung. Empfehlenswert wäre auch ein Fitnessstudio im Hotel.

Disappointing from the start

English: Breakfast was okay, even though it was the same every day. Shqip: Mëngjesi ishte në rregull, edhe pse ishte çdo ditë i njëjtë.

English: The hotel was a complete disappointment. The room was much smaller than described. We complained upon arrival but were not taken seriously. As we did not want to ruin the vacation for our children, we hoped things would improve. Unfortunately, they did not. When we entered the room, it was extremely hot, not ventilated, and smelled strongly of sewage, even though an air conditioner was installed. At check-out, we honestly said we were not satisfied. Instead of understanding, we received an inappropriate reply and were blamed as guests. The restaurant service was very poor. Long waiting times, cold food, and untrained staff. For the amount we paid, we expected much more. What was offered was not worth the price at all. Shqip (Albanian Version): Hoteli ishte zhgënjim total. Dhoma ishte shumë më e vogël se sa ishte përshkruar. Bëmë ankesë që në fillim, por nuk na morën seriozisht. Nuk donim t’ua prishnim pushimet fëmijëve dhe shpresuam që situata do të përmirësohej, por fatkeqësisht nuk ndodhi asgjë. Kur hymë në dhomë, ishte shumë nxehtë, pa ajrosje dhe me erë të rëndë kanalizimi, edhe pse kishte kondicioner. Gjatë check-out treguam me sinqeritet që nuk ishim të kënaqur. Në vend të mirëkuptimit, morëm një përgjigje të papërshtatshme dhe na hodhën fajin neve. Shërbimi në restorant ishte shumë i dobët. Pritje e gjatë, ushqim i ftohtë, staf i paedukuar. Për aq para sa kemi paguar, prisnim shumë më tepër. Ajo që na ofruan nuk e justifikon aspak çmimin.

Si on aime la plage c’est sympa bien que leur plage ne soit pas hyper propre. Le coin bar est cool!

On nous a vendu une sea view qui n’en était pas une. Nous sommes arrivés et le sofa bed n’était pas ouvert et fait, il faisait ultra chaud et le frigo du mini bar était éteind, le personnel au Check in était ultra désagréable. On les sentait débordés alors que la saison ne fait que commencer. Quand nous avons pris notre douche ça a innondé la chambre. Quand nous avons voulu régler la chambre ils n’avaient pas la monnaie pour nous rendre et nous ont pratiquement jetés nos billets au visage en nous demandant de revenir payer a 23h! (Comme nous n’avons rien d’autre a faire…) ils ont fini par nous donner une autre chambre après que nous leur ayons dit que nous étions tous les deux agents de voyage. Personnellement ce la n’aura pas suffît a me rendre ce sejour agréable

Amplasarea hotelului - chiar la plaja - a fost foarte apreciată. Cochet și curat. Micul dejun este foarte bogat, se poate servi în interior sau pe terasă, în apropierea plajei. Personalul a fost amabil și prompt.

Din păcate construcțiile sunt foarte apropiate unele de altele, ceea ce face să nu prea ai intimitate. De asemenea, în proximitate este un local la care muzica a fost foarte tare, ceea ce a deranjat în timpul nopții. Nu există o frânghie sau un uscător pe care să pui prosopul și costumul de baie la uscat. Zilnic erau pene de curent electric, ceea ce influenta desigur funcționarea liftului și a aerului condiționat.

Un séjour mitigé : cadre agréable, mais plusieurs points décevants qui ont gâché l’expérience.

La plage avec les beds est magnifique, et le restaurant est aussi très beau.

Accueil pas très chaleureux. L’hôtel ne correspond pas totalement aux photos de Booking. Le parking annoncé est en réalité aléatoire : s’il n’y a pas de place, il faut se débrouiller dans la rue, ce qui est très compliqué. Notre chambre n’était pas dans le bâtiment principal (qui est très beau) mais dans un autre immeuble peu entretenu, utilisé à l’origine comme résidence. Seuls les étages 6 et 7 appartiennent à l’hôtel et notre carte ne fonctionnait jamais pour accéder à l’ascenseur.

Quarto muito espaçoso e confortável. O hotel fica de frente para o mar e é muito agradável ficar nas cadeiras de praia em frente. Tem um mercado muito perto.

Dificuldade no café da manhã de pegar café. O café é preparado por um funcionário que fica no bar e diante da demanda forma-se filas longas para conseguir pedir e retirar.

Das Problem ist das Meer. Was wie Karibik-Flair aussieht, entpuppt sich als Kloake mit Dauermusik in Discolautstärke. Wir waren einen Tag da am Weg von Tirana nach Brindisi. Das Personal ist bemüht, aber leider inkompetent. Sorry.

1. Its 3 different buildings. But as renovated floors or apartments. Some floors do not belong to hotel. Our 2 rooms were in non-sea front 7-floor building at levels 6 and 7. Elevator got stuck sometimes at 0 floor so we had to go by foot and “release” it. 2. Room price included parking, but the parking was full so we were instructed to leave keys and block other cars. It was not convenient since we were blocked and had to find who blocked our car. Also seems that kerping car keys was not very secure nor organized. 3. Beach is not the clean (but its true for all vlore beaches). 4. Reception personnel were not very welcoming

Prima hotel

Het hotel is prima, mooi nieuw en schoon, met een heerlijke beach vibe bij het terras aan zee. Heerlijke schaduwplekken, en voor de liefhebbers ook strandbedjes met parasols. De kamers, de badkamer, de bedden en het balkon waren prima, en ook hebben we er lekker gegeten. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, en ook het avondeten is er prima. Aardige mensen bij de receptie en in de bediening.

De omgeving van het hotel viel tegen. Het was ca 25 minuten lopen naar het centrum van Vlorë, en het stuk tussen het hotel en het centrum was rommelig.
