Great location right on the beach! Beach chairs available for hotel guests including showers on the beach. Sand beach, no water shoes needed.

Could be better but overall i enjoyed my stay

Cleanness, its own beach area with loungers and umbrellas (although not private)

1. Its 3 different buildings. But as renovated floors or apartments. Some floors do not belong to hotel. Our 2 rooms were in non-sea front 7-floor building at levels 6 and 7. Elevator got stuck sometimes at 0 floor so we had to go by foot and “release” it. 2. Room price included parking, but the parking was full so we were instructed to leave keys and block other cars. It was not convenient since we were blocked and had to find who blocked our car. Also seems that kerping car keys was not very secure nor organized. 3. Beach is not the clean (but its true for all vlore beaches). 4. Reception personnel were not very welcoming

A Romantic and Beautiful Hotel

The hotel has a wonderful location in a quiet area by the sea, and the restaurant offers a direct view of the sea. All the hotel staff are very helpful, friendly, and kind. Receptionist Mirsela is especially warm and extremely cooperative. Hotel staff member Orfeo is outstanding and goes above and beyond to overcome any difficulties.

The absence of a shower curtain allows water to easily spread toward the bathroom door.

Amazing place to be

The people working there are all very nice and friendly. The waiters are very kind and nice. Everybody is always helpful, If you need information. We felt very good and Happy while our stay. The view is from the balkony is amazing. We will come back for Sure, as we Fall in Love with albania.

The only thing I would recommend, is more vegetarian Options in the menu. Otherwise everything is perfekt.

Stayed an extra day

Booked the same day ( dont try in summer). Great restaurant and outdoor seating overlooking the ocean. Staff is superfriendly and resolved an issue very promptly and graciously. Long sand beach, beautiful sun sets.

Minor issues with the bathroom. Hotel is a bit away from the hustle and buzz of Vlore - what is a plus and minus. Had a little issue to find parking to check- in, since the hotel is behind another building.

Very nice stay with very friendly staff - ideal if you want a vacation on the beach.

Very nice, modern hotel located directly at the sea with a comfortable terrace. Parking was included which is always good as space is limited. Nice breakfast as well. Room was clean, beds very comfortable.

Bathroom had the typical issues you'll find in these hotels like shower flooding the whole bathroom or toilet flush not working properly. Other than that, all good.

An unforgettable stay in a beautiful, well-located hotel with breathtaking beach views.

“Perfect location and crystal-clear waters!” This hotel is in a fantastic location—close to everything you need and right by the beach. The building is new, modern, and very well maintained. The best part was the beach: the water is absolutely stunning, crystal clear and perfect for swimming. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

It would be great if the hotel offered the option to do some water activities.

Lovely place to stay.

Location is actually super and once you find your way in, it is a lovely boutique style hotel.Lovely beach side accommodation and some of the smartest looking from the sea. Rooms were clean and features and facilities were of a high quality. Breakfast was good and fresh daily, with many choices. It will be nice when it's finished.

We arrived by car. There was limited parking but the hotel is not well signed. Access to the parking is both limited and difficult. Although the parking was secure there were limited spaces so the staff phoned to let us know when there was space to park, and advised against parking on the streets in the neighbourhood.The hotel is being upgraded and this work was problematic at times. We had work men drilling outside for long hours during the day.

Great Hotel, bad restaurant staff

Very clean & beautiful private beach with cushioned beach chairs. Amazing breakfast buffet. Room was very spacious with comfortable beds

Manager pressured us to pay in Cash instead of credit card (we saw the card reader at the front desk). Restaurant waitstaff was absolutely awful. They didn‘t care about us & always purposefully looked in a different direction when passing our table, so they don‘t have to serve us. Other tables on the other hand were asked for their coffee order right after they sat down. We received coffee at 0/4 breakfasts at the hotel

The stay was for a night and it was ok. Loved the sunset at the beach and the dining area overlooking the beach.

1) The hotel has its own beach and restaurant 2) Beach towels are available 3) Food at the restaurant is good 4) Sun beds are available 5) It is 3.2 km away from the Vlorë bus station where our bus driver dropped us while travelling from berat to Vlorë 6) There is a supermarket just beside the hotel where you can buy water as water bottle in the hotel is obviously not cheap. 7) The beach is good and has great views. 8) Room was clean had slippers, mini fridge, towels, shampoo, hair dryer 9)Breakfast was ok

1) The staff were kind of casual in their attitudes and when asked for a water kettle in the room they said its their fault and thet wont be able to provide it even if knowing they should have. The girl at the reception said she checked other rooms and none have a spare to be given away 2) The shower is so oddly constructed that it is open on one side and after the shower the water splatters everywhere on the floor.

A new hotel, nice view, cool room, calm location far from the cite center. Huge breakfast. I will come back.

Still in reconstruction, personal sometimes doing small mistakes, but it was it was more cute than bad. Maybe they shall ad a re-fill cofee machine to the dining room, as us, westerners, are coffee adicts:)

Disappointing choice

The hotel is very new and has an access to the beach.

We got a different room than we reserved. Instead of superior room 30 m2 with sea view , we got a room almost half smaller with a view to the building next to the hotel. In addition, the room was full of smoke. The reception staff was very arrogant and unprofessional. They didn't even try to solve the problems and didn't even apologize. Instead, they tried to prove to non-smoking customers that it doesn't smell and that we might be smoking. Absolute absurdity.

Only Beach side area was nice but a bit dirty.

Totally I don’t recommend this place for ppl who really looking for relax, hotel is still under construction and noise of hammers from early morning almost all day making our stay disaster. There was no water fee times during a day, internet in the rooms doesn’t work and no electricity for couples of hours. Staff doesn’t speak English so communication is very poor. Hotel not worth the price at all. Very disappointing stay.
