Good value and well located hotel with lovely staff.

Very clean and big spacious rooms. Good location a short walk from the main promenade but also easy access to the beach side bars.

The beach outside is a quite dirty with cars driving up it and a lot of rubbish. Not the hotels fault of course.

Tout était exceptionnel❤️❤️ le personnel très accueillant malgré notre anglais très médiocre..la chambre magnifique nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé en suite avec baignoire balnéo Vue mer peignoir le petit déjeuner très copieux et très bon l'emplacement est top proche d'un quartier en bord de mer très animé avec bcp de resto Mini bar dans la chambre avec boissons offertes et une bouilloire.. Dommage que la saison soit presque fini nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la très belle piscine Tout ceci pour un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel Et a notre départ une petite bouteille de raki offerte Un parking gratuit

Op zich prima verblijf

Zeer ruime kamer. Heel hartelijk welkom met een flesje bubbels.

Helaas deed de airconditioning op de kamer het niet en hebben we uiteindelijk een andere kamer gekregen. Het onderhoud van de kamer viel wel tegen op de kamer. De jacuzzi was op beide kamers defect en zo waren er nog een aantal issues. Als dat op orde zou zijn, zou het echt een fantastisch verblijf zijn.

Underdelivered but great potential.

Outstanding location—perfect for exploring, beach clubs and dining out. The staff were wonderfully friendly and genuinely helpful. Our room was spotless. The hotel's decor was stylish and appealing. There was a huge pool, with ample loungers always available.

Breakfast selection was quite limited. We were disappointed by the active construction on the hotel beach, which was happening despite prior confirmation from the hotel that there would be none. Our room location was poor: it was next to a noisy lift that played music, frequently disturbing our sleep. Poor soundproofing meant we heard significant noise from the hallway, particularly during late-night hours. The in-room Wi-Fi was unreliable and weak; we often had to use the balcony for a consistent connection. The shower temperature randomly fluctuated between scalding hot and icy cold.

Heerlijk verblijf met alle faciliteiten

Heerlijke schone kamer, fijn zwembad, aan het zandstrand met eigen bedjes en badlakens. Op loopafstand van boulevard, zeer groot centrum met veel terrasjes en restaurants. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt-buffet.

Het gehele zandstrand moet een keer een schoonmaakbeurt hebben, veel afval in de nabije omgeving, zou het helemaal compleet maken.

the hotel is nice and it is a pity we did not enjoy of it.

the shower was not so good. Not fluting water. The air conditioner was just on our head and shoulders and we were covering us all the night in order to get worm. I told the reception that we were frizzing the nights and to turn the air conditioning to the cellar instead of the bed, but unfortunately they did not do anything. It was quite difficult to sleep.

we spend 7 day´sin hotel with 6 members of my family in one room. We asked two times to clean room, but they forgot to add two times hand soap in to reservoar.

Un hotel perfect pentru sejur

A fost un hotel bun, aproape de mare si cu piscina curata. Am vazut multe familii cu copii, au si activități pentru mișcare in apa. Personalul a fost amabil, ne-au ajutat când a fost nevoie. Camerele au fost curate, micul dejun si cina au fost variate. Marea si șezlongurile la 1 minut de mers. Plaja liniștită, apa curata cu nisip.

Din punctul meu de vedere singurul lucru pe care l-as schimba ar fi pernele. Dar doar pentru ca eu dorm pe perne moi. Pentru alte persoane probabil ca ar fi bune.

Chambre spacieuse et propre. Le personnel est accueillant. L’hôtel offre des activités aquagym et yoga. Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec un large choix.

Odeur de canalisation dans la chambre. La vue qui donne en partie sur la mer et en partie sur la rue en construction.

Personalet var søde og imødekommende. Faciliteterne var gode. Renligheden var i sin orden. Hyggelige aftener med en masse forskellige events om aftenen. Vi var selv 3 voksne. Begivenhederne om aftenen inkluderede børnene, hvilket jeg finder attraktivt for børnefamilier!

Morgenmad og aftensmad kunne godt have været mere varierende.

Sehr grossräumig, gutes Essen(Büffet) und ausgezeichnete Lage. Das Personal war hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Somit alles in allem ein gelungener und unbeschwerter Urlaub! Evtl. wieder, wenn die Sauberkeit etwas bessert;)

Sauberkeit. Der Strand, welcher als Privatstrand gedacht war, hatte leider viel Abfall. Die Matratzen der Holzkabinen waren voller Flecken und wurden nicht gereinigt, ich musste sie regelmässig selber von Dreck, Haaren und Blättern reinigen/befreien. Auch der Balkon des Zimmers wurde leider nicht geputzt, obwohl ich es via Whatsapp gewünscht hatte(s Foto).

Perfect hotel voor verblijf in Vlore!

We hebben een gratis upgrade van de kamer gekregen en het had een adembenemend uitzicht! De kamer zelf was heel stijlvol ingericht en een genoegen om in te verblijven. Het strand was ideaal voor kinderen, helder water, niet e diep, warm, geen kwallen. Prachtige bergen om naar te kijken. Het zwembad groot genoeg! Goed eten elke dag

De omgeving rondom het hotel is armoedig, je kunt hier niet leuk wandelen

Vse je bilo super. Odličen hotel, zelo prijazno osebje, super cena, tudi hrana in pijača v hotelu relativno poceni. Zajtrk odličen. Odličen bazen, plaža sicer nekoliko oddaljena, cca 150 metrov, a nič prehudega. Temen pesek, vodo dolgo zelo plitva. Za kopanje moraš kar nekaj časa hoditi, za otroke pa je super, saj imajo ogromno mesta za igranje. V celotnem potovanju po Albaniji nam je bil to najboljši hotel, tako da zelo zelo priporočam.

We closed the hotel right at the 90th minute and it was a great decision. Lovely hotel, spacious rooms. With a sea view. Very large pool, spacious lobby, outside overlooking the sea. We took two rooms and the room for 3 comes with a bed, this is important and not a sofa bed. Very good breakfast. The staff was lovely, so smiling, warm, welcoming with love and patience. Excellent cleanliness, everything we asked for was answered quickly and patiently. We were very pleased with the hotel and our stay there. Book a very spacious hotel. Close to the center.

The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Very clean and wonderful breakfast buffet. Family friendly and very accommodating.

The beach wasn’t what I was looking for. This is not necessary a bad thing, it is personal. If you have small children, in fact it is preferred because you need to walk very far inside to reach a bit deeper see, which is wonderful and safe for small kids. But for teenage kids might be a bit boring. Despite this you have wonderful beaches just 5-10 minutes from the hotel for more interesting adventures for the teenagers.

Vriendelijk en gastvrij hotel met prachtige faciliteiten.

Meestal schrijf ik geen beoordeling. Echter bij het Kraal hotel maak ik een uitzondering. Het hotel was voortreffelijk. Vriendelijke en gastvrije ontvangst bij de receptie en bij het ontbijt. Op alle details werd gelet, van de verse bloemen op tafel tot aan de prachtige mozaïekvloer in de douche en de mooie reisboeken in de lounge. Ontbijt was enorm gevarieerd met heel veel vers gebakken producten. Het hotel was zeer schoon. Groot zwembad om baantjes te trekken en een ruim kinderbad. Het hotel is rustig gelegen aan een zandstrand dat heel vlak afloopt, zodat het zeewater lekker warm was met weinig golfslag. Kortom een echte aanrader.
