i understand its out of season but the service from staff is terrible
there is a kettle in the room, as i am working late i assumed there would be instant coffee available,
nobody answers the phone when you ring to reception after 9pm at night, no coffee, no milk, when i asked at the bar for coffee (noone on reception) i was told to buy from the supermarket?
if this really the right attitude if the management wish to encourage overseas visitors it should at least try to satisfy western requests?
everything else in the hotel was closed, a bad mistake on my part to book here. i would rate this hotel 3/10
