Come back for sure

The big point is the location in the center! The breakfast is large and tasty....and the staff at recepsion was amazing they let us late check out for free because we have the flight at 17:00!

A very cheap hotel in a good location

Wonderful

The location was terrific, but mostly the staff lead by Rigers the manager and the women at the front desk were so kind and helpful. The city was experiencing a water shutdown and they did their best to make everyone comfortable. 5 stars to the team at the Regina Garden. I hope to come back one day.

Good location, but it's not 4 star hotel.

Good location, big room with comfortable bed. Basic breakfast, hotel's parking, good WiFi.

Booked room with garden view, but got room with viewing on construction plot. Bathroom has damaged shower and WC, pictures are attached. It's not 4 star hotel.

We checked into our standard room, the AC didn’t work and the room felt “cheap” in a sense. Definitely didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. We were then upgraded to a family room due to the AC issue which was nice of them. However, the shower was faulty with both the top head and the pull-out one working simultaneously (no option for just one of them), and the shower head that pulls out was broken so it cut us. The toilet seat was smaller than the actual toilet so you always sat on the toilet instead of the seat. The bed was uncomfortable, and there wasn’t a safe in the room - again, not expected when booking a 4-star hotel. Not a great breakfast, didn’t have coffee other than the pot.

A great way to see and experience the city of VLORE

The hotel's location is perfect, and you can't beat it. Right by the sea and right in the center. The girls at the reception are very nice and always ready to help. The room is spacious, with views of the city and the garden. The balcony is large and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and varied. We loved everything here so much that we stayed an extra day.

It need more work done for it to be a 4 star accommodation

Bathroom had unfinished touches and toilet seat was not comparable and the toilet bowl moved out of place

Really a very unpleasant experience!!!

We booked in Regina Garden, but were asked by the management to change to Regina Pslm in Orikum. This hotel was new, good architecture, but had really many unpleasant attitudes: the room had no hooks for any hanging, TV had no remote control unit, no table on the terrace, no chair in the room, no internet connection, no toilet paper holder, no small bedtable, no light on one bedside, only a loose cable coming out of the wall. Pool toilet no paper and very dirty, poolwater not clean. Pool bar snd the jotel bar hsd no Coca Cola availsble. And finally very aggressive bumbum-music around the pool side. Breakfast was very basic, fried eggs overcooked, no tasy fresh bred. Coffee served in paper cups. What a shame for a so called 4-Star Hotel.

It was ok but they need to improve their accommodations

Very well located and the staff is gentle in general. The breakfast was good too, although if you’re staying for more than 2-3 days it’d be repetitive.

Seems to be an old hotel that needs renovation. -The lift doesn’t work well and I had to use the stairs quite often. -The hair dryer didn’t work and they left another one that has the point roasted by the heat. -The room mentioned that there were air conditioning and it wasn’t the case. -Most important point : the toilet paper is the worst I’ve had in my life, it stretches like plastic and doesn’t clean well, they really need to change it plus it’s not expensive to buy good toilet paper. -At the end of the stay the receptionist called me at the entrance with : hey! It’s check out time! Like if I was late for the check out but it says it’s at 11h and it was 10h30… she was nice all the other time but that wasn’t cool. Her colleague apologized if I think I could need more time to pack, but I was just gonna check out before 11h, didn’t know they wanted me to do it earlier

Our 2 days at the Regina Garden Vlore were amazing. Exactly what we had hoped for.

We were in town for the Giro d’Italia so the location was ideal

Great comfortable location and friendly staff

Continental breakfast was delicious and had a large selection. The hotel location was excellent with many amenities nearby and the beach close. The bar was good for coffee and a sandwich. Beds were firm and comfortable. Staff were always pleasant, helpful and patient with us as foreign visitors.

Water system in the shower went from very, very hot to cold and back and forth while in use. Therefore you had to keep adjusting the temperature using the handle to keep from being scalded or getting too cold.

Nothing

There are plenty of bad things in this property. Expensive bar facilities, bad room cleaning, bad air contion system , wifi problem and etc. I didn’t like this property. You can find better place near the beachfront in same price.

We can't fault anything about our stay. Initially, we had 1 night booked here before we did a short tour around Albania. Enjoyed the location, food, parking and staff so much we stayed another night towards the end of our stay.

Vlore stay

Location is ideal, staff are very friendly and speak excellent English. Air conditioning was very good. Daily room make up, water available and replenished without asking. Breakfast was huge, did not eat other meals at the hotel as so many eating places locally

Had to ask for the safe, did not use it as it was fully portable! No tea or coffee making or sitting area which was how deluxe room was priced. Hotel is beside Marina development which means noise starts early, it will be amazing when finished but does detract a little at the moment

Very pleasant stay, in a great location.

Very good location. The room was a good size and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

the room clean and the location was also ok. You could walk to the boulevar with restaurants.

The hotel was rather old, card reader for electricity was taped in order to work. We stayed for one night but would not recommend to stay more than that.

Rooms, breakfast and location to the port if you are going out on a boat make this place worth it.

Breakfast was great. Bed was very comfortable. Location relative to the port was ideal.

The elevator was sketchy and when it opened in the lobby it was not even with the floor so when stepping out it was dangerous. I fell into the lobby and the front desk lady came around to see if I was okay but the damage was already done as I tore a ligament in my ankle.
