A relaxing escape.

Positioned in a great area, very close to the beach. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean and cosy. Room service was great. The breakfast was served in the room that made the experience even better.

I would reccomend it overall

I liked the location, cleanliness of the property, staff was very very polite especially the receptionist

It was difficult to access for families with babies in a stroller as it had no elevator and many stairs. Also the breakfast would be better to be served in a proper eating place not in the room.

Nice Hotel

Nice and clean hotel. Good facilities. Lovely and kind staffs. I also love that the breakfast was freshly made and hot. Overall, it was a very nice experience there.

I would say I wasn't so comfortable with the self check-in in the evening due to safety reasons. Although information was provided prior and straightforward to check-in.

Great stay

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and kept up to a high standard. Balcony was also decently spacious. The breakfast was always delivered to our room on time, even giving us extra items, like fruit yogurt or water. Fresh towels were given each day, and we received beach towels at the reception every day. The beach is just across the street, clean and has a nice entry into the water. I don't think "private" is a good word to describe it, but there was a guard watching the chairs. Location of the hotel is also great. Despite the loud bar/restaurant downstairs, the hotel is very well soundproofed, so we weren't bothered by the music at all. AC also works very well.

the hotel is situated on the first floor of the building and there are only stairs, no elevator, which can make it difficult for people who struggle with stairs or at check in/check out with the luggage

Great stay with excellent breakfast and beach facilities

We stayed one night on our way from the south to Tirana, and it was very good in all aspects. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and we also appreciated the free beach beds and umbrellas.

We didn’t love the beats from the nearby club, but we knew about it beforehand and it was acceptable overall.

Amazing stay with exceptional staff in the heart of Vlorë

Family atmosphere, super hotel, highly recommended! Good location, with private sun bed and umbrella to the room, which is a big plus. The rooms are well equipped, nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. But what deserves a special mention is the extremely nice staff, with the girls at the reception at the forefront. They were very flexible and open with all our questions and requests, and helped us a lot. One of the nicest staff we have ever dealt with as guests.

Perfect location in Vlore

The location is absolutely ideal, and the accommodation is not only modern but also exceptionally well-appointed.

We anticipated a buffet-style breakfast; however, the hotel instead offers in-room dining. Regrettably, the limited space provided by the small table and two chairs in the room is insufficient for accommodating this type of breakfast.

Not worth the money - Deluxe Suite Room

Just the Jacuzzi and the staff who helped us check in were good

I had booked a Suite room and when we checked in the AC was not working. At 40°C we were literally unable to stay in the room with AC not working. Later I wanted to get a beach bed and umbrella with Charm hotel and get some service for food and drinks near the beach but unfortunately I was waiting there for almost an hour, none of the Charm hotel staff asked if we needed any service at the beach and that was pathetic. Later I had to go to a different hotel beach shack and pay for the umbrella. Except for the staff who helped me check in was a girl and another man who sorted AC and kept us calm. But the price I paid for the room and the service I received was very bad. The breakfast was included, nothing but simple omelette and a coffee with toast.

I was happily surprised at how Charming this hotel was, a patio to enjoy breakfast on while enjoying the view of the sea, great location across from the beach, near to many restaurants and markets. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

Everything was really great. The location is superb because it is located on the boulevard. Restaurants and stores were in walking distance. The room was excellent. Super neat and very clean. It also smelled really nice. We had room 203, located in the corner of the building. We had a bathtub in the bathroom and a small balcony where the sun shone from 10 am till sunset. Really great if you love the sun. We could eat our breakfast here almost everyday. There is a breakfast menu where you can choose what you want. This is then served to your room at the time of your choosing. But the staff really made the whole experience extra great. They went the extra mile in everything. From special breakfast wishes, advice for a photographer and even when we had car troubles she went with us to the local garage to help translate. So, the hotel is worth every penny and the staff will do everything they can to make you as comfortable as possible.

Great service, modern rooms and very seamless stay

Location is amazing, hotel is really charming and modern and the staff are super service minded. Rooms are very well planned and thought through. Special thanks to Glorja who helped us the most and was really professional, proactive and super helpful and made our stay so convenient and seamless, always with a friendly smile. Breakfast was great despite not having any restaurant.

Although the breakfast was of great quality (awesome croissants) and you have plenty of cafés and restaurants just down the stairs, it would definitely be a huge plus if they had their own breakfast seating.

A good stay for 1 night

Superb location, easy to find! Bed very comfortable Bathroom was great Receptionist very helpful and nice

No easy access into the hotel as stairs into reception, I had a bad knee which proved to be uncomfortable when climbing each time. At the back of the hotel where our room was, it overlooked a court yard where kids were playing and screaming when we were trying to relax and sleep later in the evening.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Zimowy pobyt - Wszystko super! Przede wszystkim wielki plus dla pani z recepcji! Zawsze miła, uśmiechnięta, pomocna, życzliwa 😘. W pokoju czysto, pachnąco, klapeczki, kosmetyki, ale przed wszystkim super sprawna klimatyzacja. Śmiało polecam w chłodniejszym okresie - na pewno nie zmarzniecie. Pyszne śniadania podawane prosto do pokoju. Miejsce parkingowe tuż obok hotelu.
