Relaxing stay in a modern hotel

The owners are lovely and very flexible. Breakfast was great and made fresh onsite. The rooms are modern, and you can request clean towels, etc. when you want. The location is also good next to the beach and close to restaurants and cafes, but far enough so you don't hear any noise from the boulevard. Highly recommended!

It was truly honored to be a guest of Noel hotel. It was so nice that we prolong our stay for additional days.

A perfectly located hotel, with absolutely everything within easy reach - great restaurants and charming beaches. The hotel is located in the second building line, which guarantees peace and quiet. The apartment was spacious and hygienically clean and equipped with everything needed, including an electric kettle and hangers. The stay was complemented by delicious breakfasts, prepared on site every day with the greatest care using fresh, local products. The hotel owner deserves special thanks, as she is always available to help with every detail and at the same time shares her honest recommendations regarding local restaurants, beaches and attractions, as well as traveling throughout Albania.

Great location and clean rooms

The rooms was good and clean, the lady was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

There was a sir serving us for breakfast that was a bit rude and with an unhappy face like he didn’t want us there. We can’t choose the breakfast, so it came many things we didn’t eat.

Great stay at Hotel Noel

The service was excellent and the location perfect, just a few minutes from the beach. The owners were simply wonderful and very helpful. I had some trouble with my car and they kindly accompanied me to a mechanic to have it checked. The room was functional and comfortable. The breakfast was also fantastic, freshly prepared with both sweet and salty food.

It was not very easy to find the place, but that’s quite normal with the city’s streets and traffic. Fortunately, the owners came to pick me up and guided me to the apartment.

The location is ideal. It is just tucked off the main street so it is easy to be in the action but not have to deal with the noise.

Modern, beautiful, new hotel with friendly hosts

The hotel exceeded our expectations. New, modern rooms, very comfortable. Super friendly host, breakfasts are very good. Hotel is in the second line from the sea, which makes it much more quiet.

Hidden gem

A small family-run hotel where you feel welcome. Very clean and well-maintained, the rooms are spacious and spotless. From our room window, we also had a sea view. A little hidden gem, set back from the main street and tucked between tall buildings — which is great, as no music from the bars reaches the room.

A lovely place to stay in Vlore

The hotel is in a really good location for visiting Vlore (very close to the beach but nice and quiet), the owner was really helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

It was quite hard to find the property, however the owner was really helpful (she came out to find us and helped to guide us to the right place).

Excellent place!

Very nice hotel right at the main promenade, close to great restaurants. Our host was so lovely and really made us feel welcome. She sent us recommendations for restaurants etc. We went to a restaurant called Tradicional VANI, which she recommended, and it was some of the best seafood I've ever had! The atmosphere is also amazing and the prices very reasonable. The hotel is modern and clean. We even got a free upgrade to a larger room. It was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was made fresh and it was delicious! Very good value for money.

It didn't bother us but just something to be aware of... They are currently building a large resort hotel just in front of Hotel Noel that will block virtually all sea view. We had a view towards the mountains, not the beach, and it was lovely.

place have potential, Dajana try her best to make all ok

Room was new, all things in room was new. Dajana, call for us, restoran and arange that we can take diner with our dog.

Hotel is in renovation state, at 08:00 morning time drills and power tools start to produce noise, impossible to stay in room(not sleep). Aproach with car to hotel parking disaster, hard to find, around hotel is working site of another hotel . Because of this renovation NO Breakfast promissed on Booking Com. ( explenation given by host Dajana)

Immaculately clean and very comfortable room. Diana could not have been more lovely and helpful. She made us a great breakfast to eat in our room as it was too cold to be outside.

There is some building work going on nearby so access at the moment is tricky. However a quick phone call to Diana and she showed us the way in.

Vlore was the best option from whole my trip

The owner is absolutely amazing,very helpful and kind, I will highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was delicious prepared by Diana herself with all her heart.

Fantastic family. With great little accommodation

Located just off the front, 1 minute walk. The property is new and family run. They were so attentive, they couldn't do enough for you. Room was large with modern furnishings and nice modern shower. Breakfast was great. Too much and told them to increase the price! The family were so helpful, I cannot thank them enough. Great place to stay.

Lovely accommodation for families next to the beach

Lovely little family run hotel just metres from the beachfront. The lady who runs this place will absolutely go out of her way to make your stay enjoyable. She met us out the front, as the hotel is set back from the main strip and can be a little hard to find. She upgraded our room and provided a light breakfast although it wasn’t included with our booking. The room was a little dated but had everything we needed ( with a very comfortable bed) and a balcony from which we could see the sea.

This is not the fault of the owners at all but there is a large development taking place right next door. The noise wasn’t a problem but it made getting our car in and out of their parking lot a little more difficult.

It is very close to the beach and very clean. The hosts are the kindest I have ever met in my trips. Moreover, they are very generous and helpful.

Near the property there is a building under construction, so at times ( only during the day) some noise was heard, but it was not that loud.

Great location, very close to local bus stop and the beach not to mention supermarkets and restaurants! Room was spotless, great sized fridge, very modern and fresh. bathroom was good- great shower! Staff were really helpful too, helping us sort our onward journey - just perfect!

Comfortable, cozy, top quality

I absolutely recommend staying in Vila Blue Eyes, Diana is so lovely and over the top helpful host, she organized our bus trips (not the easiest thing in Albania) even after we had already left Vlore :) The rooms are super comfortable and clean, great atmosphere, close to the beach. We had the best stay and felt absolutely welcome!

Stanza al terzo piano senza ascensore, letto non preparato, colazione fredda e servita fuori al freddo. Bagno senza riscaldamento e ancora da sistemare, frigo bar senza prodotti, bollitore senza ne tè né caffè. Svegliato alle 7,45 per pagare con la carta altrimenti poi non sarebbe stato possibile.

Bardzo gościnni i sympatyczni właściciele pyszne obfite śniadanie serwowane przy stolikach na patio,czystość, nowy obiekt,bardzo blisko promenady,świetny punkt wypadowy,miejsce parkingowe

Ponieważ jest to nowy hotel ma jeszcze kilka drobnych niedociągnięć jak niedomalowane poręcze na klatce schodowej, brak wieszaka na ręcznik w łazience. I jeszcze mała prośba do właścicieli obiektu - ponieważ przyjechaliśmy wieczorem nie wiedzieliśmy że aby była ciepła woda należy włączyć bojler małym przyciskiem na ścianie. Oczywiście potem domyśliliśmy się do czego służy ten mały włącznik, ale pierwszego wieczoru musieliśmy wziąć prysznic w zimnej wodzie-) Może wystarczy przykleić małą karteczkę (włącz boiler) lub przed przyjazdem gości włączyć przycisk. Słaba droga dojazdowa po wertepach,ale to wina sąsiadującej budowy. Myślę że jak wrócimy za rok to dam ocenę 10.

Väldigt fint hotell med perfekt läge bara några meter från strandpromenaden. Rummet var fräscht, välstädat och rymligt med ett stort badrum och balkong. Lätt att hitta och lätt att parkera precis intill hotellet. Personalen jättetrevlig och hjälpsam. Väldigt god frukost!

Accueil excellent. Petit déjeuner parfait et copieux. Hôtel récent et très agréable.

Pas de signalisation de l’hôtel. La propriétaire avait envoyé un plan mais arrivés devant nous ne comprenons pas qu’il fallait traverser un terrain non aménagé. Manque d’étagère dans la salle de bain. Mais malgré tout cela nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Krásný menší, čistý, rodinný hotel blízko pláže a promenády. Uzavřené parkoviště, v noci klid. Nově zrekonstruované pokoje, na pokoji rychlovarná konvice, vývrtka a minibar. Velmi bohaté servírované snídaně. Neskutečně milá paní i pan domácí. Připadali jsme si jako na návštěvě u přátel. Veľmi doporučuji.
