Unbelievable Experience and very satisfied!

The Hotel was really nice and they were very welcoming. The Breakfast was very delicious and fresh. All the Staff was so nice to us. I would definitely recommend this Hotel and I’m gonna come here more often.

Best beach side hotel in Vlorë

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. From the moment we arrived, the service from the reception team was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth, we got a tour of the spa and they were always happy to assist with local recommendations or small requests throughout our stay. Special thanks to Donatella, her colleagues and manager. The location is absolutely ideal—just a short walk to a beautiful, clean beach with private sun beds. The pool was small but the atmosphere was peaceful and nice. Our rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a large, comfortable bed and a powerful shower. Totally soundproof. Everything felt clean and well maintained. The balcony had a fantastic side view. We also took full advantage of the on-site spa, which offered top-quality treatments in a relaxing and beautifully designed space. It really added to the overall experience of rest and rejuvenation. I had the best massage from a very professional masseuse with magical hands. Breakfast was another win—fresh with great variety, well-prepared eggs, fresh fruit and excellent coffee. Between the top-notch service, beach access, spa, and comfort, this hotel offers everything you could want in a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

It was a nice stay, some small things can be changed tho.

The place was in a good position, and the stuff was kind and well spoken. The price were ok. The pool in the roof it's a nice touch.

The water was a bit cold at times. We've booked a bedroom with a bathtub that we couldn't use due to this problem. We ask at the reception but it was not possible to fixed it. Also the plate at the restaurant they smelled a lot, even though they were clean.

On booking, it is mentioned that you have sea view, but you only have a little sea view if you are on your balcony and you really have to stretch to see the sea view; very noisy as the windows are broken, everything loose in the hotel, staff very unfriendly, shower nog working properly etc.; a tourist trap and not very good promotion for the Regina group!

Nice room, location, food and SPA. Improve the seal on balcony door and it's going to be better.

The room is of normal size without any special features. The breakfast was good. The parking garage is reasonably large, but it seems too small if the hotel occupancy is high. The location is excellent, as it is close to the beach, numerous restaurants, and it's also a short walk to the city center. The hotel also has a SPA with 2 hot pools and 3 saunas.

In the bathroom, the window faces the bed (I don't understand the point of the window). Additionally, it wasn't possible to turn off 1 of the bathroom light, which meant we had to somehow block the window to prevent light from coming in. Although we were on the 7th floor, noise from outside could be heard, mainly because the balcony door seals very poorly. The pillows were not comfortable for us.

Very good choice

I booked one night once arrived at Tirana airport which is 2hrs ride from there, on the beach front while on my way to go to the south of Albania. Staff is very nice both at the reception desk and restaurant and SPA. Free parking in the street just in front of hotel entrance but also underground (too bad the receptionist didn’t tell me this upon arrival as it is more convenient with luggages and rain to liaise between car and hotel with the elevator). Free breakfast with variety of salt and sweet food in good atmosphere on the rooftop with views on the pool, seaside, and mountains. Comfy beds and pillows, modern and clean room (no carpet but wood floor for more hygienic cleaning) Pleins de resto et bars et supermarket accessibles à pied et idéal pour aller vers le centre ville en longeant le path way le long de la plage

few comments to enhance the comfort: no hanger to put toilet paper which is not practical when seated on the toilets and need to stand up to take paper on the cupboard :(. The coffee/tea and poiler need to be put somewhere else as this is standing just below the clothes hangers and no plug for the boiler except behind the TV screen (not safe and not practical). In the SPA bathrobes/towels hangers are missing on the walls either near Turkish hammam or sauna or hot tube jacuzzi and they should put a chair in the changing room. If they do add those small stuffs it will perfectly fit the 4 stars:) Point négatif :Dommage que la plage face a l’hôtel n’est pas encore aménagé pour cette fin d’avril et qu’elle n’est pas nettoyée (plein de détritus en tout genre sur le sable) et la sortie des égouts juste au bord de plage (a éviter si les enfants jouent ou se baignent au bord)

Good experience

We arrived in the middle of the night. The reception was still there and very helpful The breakfast buffet is essential, if you want something more fancy. There s a lot of restaurants around. Very good location. Spa s private and relax. Room is cleaned in every day to make sure you will feel the best experience. With these price and service. I think it s reasonable and quality.

Superb

The hotel is valued for the money. It's in the city center, clean and comfortable. Beautiful view from the terrace and beautiful sunsets. The breakfast and dinner were okay.

Underground garage smells bad. Also, one night we haven't warm water for bath.

the property is located right downtown which is great, however the beach is absolutely discussing. it’s a public beach and they do a very poor job maintaining it , there’s cigarette buts everywhere and it was impossible for us to enjoy with small children coz we couldn’t even let them play with sand.

The management is greedy in a very cringe way, I asked for an iron for my clothes and I was told I will have to send my stuff to the laundromat and have them ironed for an obnoxious fee. The staff ( except for the receptionists ) are very poorly trained to be in the hospitality business, rude, lack knowledge of menu/services/directions and overall poor manners towards patrons. The food is fresh but very bland and lacks taste. Priced at a premium with mediocre amenities & service this is the one place I would avoid when visiting Vlore.
