Jus run away from this hot

Cleanness and renovation

That is the hotel of spirits. You are booking thw hotel and go there. Nobody in reception you are waiting, waiting, waiting... Oh, housekeeper, she is doing everithing there, she is receptionist, elevator master and parking door guard. In the evening when I try to out from parking 30 minutes I cant find even one person in hotel to open the parking gates. I live the car there and fo by taxi. In the morning Im waiting 20-25 minutes that housekeeper understand how is working pos-terminal for payment. I take one botle water from fridge, there is no water in the room, and they asked me to pay, but I forgot there my litle bag with sweets and some dishes from market and they dont aware me that I forgot it. The water int bathroom is wery hot or wery cold, its not lissible to add it middle wormness. Even it is your kast chanse to book this hotel, dont do it, dont waste your time for nothing. Only for that housekeeper, that she was wery kind and try to help us and unfortunately she didnt speak in english, only for her Ive pay for my stay. My advice jus run away from this place calling hotel.

The shower was not hot, and something the hotel will have to deal with. Also, it's unusual not to have a bedside reading light and no toilet roll holders in the bathroom. Minor things that can be rectified.

Good stay, just a bit out of the hustle & bustle.

Nice & spacious room, very clean.

The shower has no screen & therefore the floors & toilet gets flooded with water. Also no towel hooks whatsoever & you have nowhere to hang your towels. Staff are very friendly & accommodating but could polish up on their English a little.

Lieliska, moderna istaba ar ērtu gultas matraci, spilveniem un segu. Brokastīs bija samērā maza izvēle, bet viss bija garšīgs un paēst varēja labi. Privāta autostāvvieta zem viesnīcas ēkas. Nebija jāuztraucas par auto novietošanu.

Mums bija "Standart trip room", tajā pietrūka kāds atpūtas krēsls, kurā varētu mierīgi pasēdēt. Kā arī nebija pakaramie, kur pakārt virsdrēbes (tā kā bijām uz vienu nakti, tad neko neteicām administrācijā)

l’employée du bar ( la femme blonde qui prenait son petit déjeuner en même temps que nous ) se permette de toucher et planter ses doigts dans tous les crossants pour en choisir un alors qu’il y a une pince justement pour se servir !! Ce n’est pas du tout hygiénique ni professionnel !!

La posizione è comoda, fuori dal caos di Valona ma a piedi si può raggiungere il lungomare. Ha il parcheggio proprio davanti.

Quando siamo arrivati l'ascensore principale era in manutenzione, cosi un giovanissimo ragazzo ci ha accompagnato con un altro ascensore dove era evidente dalla macchia per terra e soprattutto dall'odore inconfondibile la presenza di una pipì. In apnea e stretti stretti per 7 piani per evitare di pestarla noi o i bagagli! La doccia, come quasi tutta l'Albania senza cabina doccia per cui si allaga il bagno e si bagna il wc. Balcone insesistente. La colazione nella media, ma in una brutta location sul parcheggio dove, nonostante sia una piccola via c'è un continuo via vai di macchine.

Gut mit Schwächen

Die Rezeption war bei Ankunft 30 Minuten mit einem Kind besetzt, das nicht weiterhelfen konnte. Beim Frühstück gab es drei Tage keinen Café, weil die Kaffeemaschine kaputt war und nicht repariert wurde. Das Frühstück war ansonsten gut. Am Ende gab es eine Zimmerkontrolle vor Abreise, ob das Zimmer in einem guten Zustand hinterlassen wurde und alle Handtücher da waren. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Zimmer war ansonsten schön und modern, die Lage gut, die Putzfrauen haben einen exzellenten Job gemacht.

Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse, avec tout le confort qu’on peut souhaité. L’hôtel est situé à égale distance des plage de Vlorë et du centre historique et avec plein de commerces aux alentours. Le parking souterrain est un vrai atout !

Il manquait juste du café au petit déjeuner sinon top et très bon !

Insgesamt gut, mit Verbesserungspotential

Das gesamte Hotel sowie das Zimmer waren sehr schön und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut und wir konnten gratis jeder Zeit am oder im Hotel parken. Wir kamen mitten in der Nacht an und auch das war kein Problem. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es gab keinen Kaffe beim Frühstück und die Auswahl könnte größer sein. Wir hatten aufgrund des auf den Bilder abgebildeten Balkons mit Stühlen einen Dreibettzimmer gebucht - der Balkon hatte nur ein Drittel der Größe und weder Tisch noch irgendwelche Sitzgelegenheiten. Dieser diente also nur dem Aufhängen von Handtüchern zum trocknen und war sonst nicht wirklich nutzbar. Zudem wurde der einzige Sessel im Zimmer ohne Kommentar am ersten Tag aus dem Zimmer entfernt. Es gab keine Kleiderbügel oder eine andere Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen. Unser Zimmer war recht nah am Aufzug und wir haben teilweise die ganzen Nacht die Aufzugmusik im gehört, da dessen Tür aufstand und die Zimmertüren recht hellhörig sind. Beim Duschen flutete mal das Badezimmer.

Chambre spacieuse. Ménage fait tous les jours.Emplacement parfait à mi-distance de la plage et du centre historique. Petit déjeuner copieux. Buffet à volonté avec fruits frais, beignets, saucisses, œufs, crêpes, croissants, fromages, tomates… des petites attentions dans la chambre. Garage en intérieur.

Camera molto grande, pulitissima con tutti i comfort necessari

La colazione da migliorare sicuramente perché non era un granché, non c’era una macchinetta per il caffè fare cappuccino o semplicemente latte caldo non era comodo. Solo un bollitore e caffè americano. Aggiungere anche fette biscottate e the non era male. Le ragazze che lavoravano alla reception la mattina erano incaricate anche di rifornire la colazione per quanto fossero veloci mancava sempre qualcosa.

Krásný, čistý hotel s milým personálem

Dostali jsme velký a krásný pokoj s balkonem a výhledem na moře. Každý den bylo perfektně uklizeno a vyvoněno. Recepční byly úžasné. Prodloužili jsme si nakonec pobyt o den.

Ne, že nelíbilo, ale mohly by se zlepšit snídaně. Neodpovídají 4* hotelu. Navic by mohly začínat dřív než 8 ráno. Protoze když chcete vyrazit brzy ráno na celodenní výlet jste bez snídaně. A osvětlení na balkoně by se mohlo dát vypnout z pokoje a ne, že bylo nastavené centrálně. Také by bylo fajn mít na pokoji rychlovarnou konvici.

Belle découverte à Vlore en famille

Magnifique hôtel, un peu en retrait pour éviter l'agitation des soirées animées mais proches des commodités malgré tout. Les chambres sont très bien équipées, le ménage est fait tous les jours, tout est extrêmement propre ! Le personnel est toujours disponible, aimable et bienveillant. Merci à eux pour cet agréable séjour Nous recommandons cet hôtel !

Desayuno mejorable

La ubicación era, no estaba en primera línea de playa pero se accedía fácil. Y el centro donde había bares y restaurantes, estaba muy cerca.

El desayuno, pequeño para el número de habitaciones que tenía. No tenían mucha variedad de comida pero SI q nos proporcionaren pan SIN GLUTEN para uno de nosotros. Pero el tema del café lo llevan muy mal, una cafetera de filtro de las de casa, pero q se la llevaban para cargarla y la volvían a traer para ponerla en marcha…..bueno, podían servirse 5 cafés cada 12-15 minutos. MUY MAL. Los baños muy muy pequeños, solo puede haber una persona, todo encajado al milímetro y sin poder moverse casi. La temperatura del agua imposible de conseguir la adecuada.

Das Hotel ist nahezu nagelneu. Die Zimmer sind hochmodern und würden in Deutschland ihresgleichen suchen. Von daher können wir das Hotel unbedingt weiterempfehlen!!

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein und der Ablauf noch nicht perfekt. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption macht das Frühstücksbuffet mit. So kann es vorkommen, das Teller leer sind und nicht gleich nachgefüllt werden können. Ein kurzer Hinweis reicht dann aber aus und es wird nachgelegt. Auf Wunsch werden auch Cappuccino aus einem Bistro im gleichen Haus serviert. Sonst steht grundsätzlich nur Kaffee aus der Filtermaschine zur Verfügung. Wir gehen davon aus, dass sich alles rund um das Frühstücksbuffet noch einspielen muss. Ein Grund, nicht zu buchen, stellt das jedenfalls nicht dar. Die Zimmer sprechen für sich und reißen wirklich alles raus!!

Pas assez de place devant l’hôtel mais un parking sous terrain est disponible mais grosse pente donc difficile pour les voitures très basses.

Ottimo soggiorno a Valona.

La struttura è nuova e moderna. Il check-in è stato veloce con personale gentile. Le camere sono grandi e hanno a disposizione tutto il necessario per poter soggiornare. È disponibile il parcheggio presso la struttura. La posizione dell’hotel è a 5 minuti dal corso principale. Spero che le camere resteranno così per sempre :). Ottima qualità/prezzo perciò lo consiglio.
