La pulizia delle camere non in linea con un Hotel a 4 stelle. Abbiamo riscontrato dei problemi nella sostituzione degli asciugamani e nel cambio lenzuola. I letti non sono stati mai rifatti per l’intero soggiorno.

Top-zentral gelegenes, weitestgehend gut gepflegtes, modernes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal.

P-L-Verhältnis (Spontanbuchung) war absolut super. Lage top-zentral. Sauberes großes Zimmer. Nachts abgeschlossener Parkplatz hinterm Gebäude. Gepflegter Spa-Bereich, leider im Keller (armes Personal).

Frühstücksraum-Atmosphäre eher wie in einer Jugendherberge, dafür aber relativ große Auswahl und alles in allem gute Qualität. Passt.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was clean, modern, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the breakfast spread was delicious. Un buon hotel

Posizione e parcheggio interno.

Considerando che siamo in una località di mare, non avere un balcone con stendino risulta grave. La maggior criticità però è legata al fatto che il quadro elettrico della camera aveva dei problemi che faceva scattare l’interruttore generale continuamente e di notte recava fastidio. In una suite queste cose non dovrebbero accadere a parere mio.

Heel goede ligging in Vlore en warme ontvangst van het personeel dat alles voor de gasten over heeft. We werden met veel zorg omringd na een ongeluk met de fiets. Volgende keer komen we graag terug in betere omstandigheden.

Nous avons été accueilli avec gentillesse, le personnel était au petit soin avec nous, pour notre anniversaire de mariage nous ne pouvions pas espérer mieux ! Cet hôtel était le meilleur de tout notre séjour en Albanie, chambre confortable, emplacement idéal, piscine et spa exceptionnel, proximité des commerces & restaurant… Merci pour votre gentillesse, nous ne manquerons pas de recommander cet établissement à nos proches !

L’hôtel est bien placé à proximité des commerces et restaurants. Le personnel est très accueillant, le lit grand et confortable. Le petit déjeuner buffet propose un grand choix de mets divers.

Il manque des patères dans la salle de bain pour accrocher les serviettes. La climatisation est gérée par la reception, la télécommande est verrouillée on ne peut rien contrôler du tout.

Relaxing stay

I loved this hotel - quiet, comfortable, spotless and modern. It’s connected to a cafe which is very convenient and I’m a good location. The breakfast was excellent. It was a nice treat after staying in hostels. I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay again.
