Nice stay, but still needs improvement

The location is just perfect, there is a cafe/restaurant on the ground floor, with perfect food, very tasty and nice fresh fish, delicious breakfast etc. The building is on the sea shore, very nice view and the beach is quite good, clean.

We have ordered a room with breakfast, but when we arrived we were told the cafe is closed, so they gave us part of the money back, which was nice, but it still was a dissapointment. There were no comfortable beds for 4 people, even though we were 4. Our kids had to sleep on a couch, which wasn't even a sofa bed. The kitchen in the room was installed on the wrong wall, so all the sockets were on the other empty wall, so you needed to turn off the fridge to put a kettle on - disaster. There were no salt or pepper - anything in the kitchen, we are a bit spoiled you find main necessities when travelling in Europe :) But overall it was a nice brand new building. Customer support wasn't working very well though.

Sorry we stayed here one night.

The washing was great but it does take 2 hours for a load. The balcony (once we were finally given the room we reserved) was amazing. The view- outstanding. Plenty of hot water and a kettle. Covered parking but no elevator from the garage into the unit.

Trash - All over the beach, around the facility and throughout the town. Don’t walk on the beach without shoes because there is so much broken glass. Why can’t the facility pick up the trash around the building and under their umbrellas? Good food options were slim and not very good. The washing room could have at least had a bulb in it and why wasn’t the hair dryer mounted on the wall like it should have been? The mgr decided to “upgrade” us and it wasn’t an upgrade - we booked the specific unit for a reason. She finally put us in the unit we paid for. While we didn’t feel unsafe, we certainly felt uncomfortable. We ate the cost and left and headed to Durrës. A much nicer beach community with plenty of eating options and a trash free beach and community.

Not good

We would not suggest this place, the check in process was so messy, I messaged early to advise what time we would arrive and about the parking yet they were not ready for us. We had to drive somewhere else to park and seemed like they had no idea even though we said we needed parking. There was hair in the shower drain and we had to walk back and forth to find them to pay as they don’t send you any location of the office or parking. There is no basics like water, coffee or tea. This was the most expensive place we stayed in Albania and was the worst. I would suggest going elsewhere

Steps from the sand, modern comfort with everything you need

This place is brand new, incredibly comfortable, and has everything you could need. The beds are cozy, and the towels are fresh and smell amazing. Along with the usual essentials (shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), you’ll also find thoughtful extras like a sewing kit (which came in handy!), a shower cap, and even slippers. And the best part? You’re steps from the beach, just walk outside and unwind on a sun lounger under an umbrella.

I had a bit of trouble finding the hotel, not because of the location, but because there’s no sign or number outside. At one point, I (along with two other lost guests) even got stuck in the elevator since it only works with a hotel key card! But as soon as I reached the staff, someone came straight to help me, and they handled check-in right on the spot. The bright white lighting in the bedroom and living room feels a bit harsh, especially in the bedroom, where something softer would be more relaxing.

Perfect Beachfront Escape in Vlore!

I had an incredible stay at Vala Apart Hotel in Vlore! The location is unbeatable—literally steps from the beach, with stunning sea views from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves was magical. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The surrounding area has great restaurants and bars, but the hotel itself was peaceful and perfect for unwinding. What I loved the most was the easy beach access—just walk out and you’re on the sand. It’s the ideal spot for anyone looking to enjoy the sun, sea, and serenity of the Albanian Riviera. I’ll definitely be coming back!

L’appartement était spacieux, avec un parking en sous-sol, une vaste terrasse et situé directement sur la plage. La literie était confortable.

L’environnement proche n’est pas très joli et l’appartement n’est pas facile à trouver (il n’est pas dans le même immeuble que l’hôtel). La prestation n’était pas conforme à notre réservation suite deluxe : pas de possibilité de petit-déjeuner (nous l’avions payé et cela a finalement été déduit de notre facture sur place). Il n’y avait qu’une seule salle de bain (et non deux), deux couchages dans la 2e chambre (et non 3) et pas de sèche-linge.

Leider etwas ungemütlich und spärlich eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft ist zwar direkt am Strand, dieser ist aber voll mit Müll und ein paar Meter weiter wird das Abwasser ins Meer geleitet.

Butas su nuostabiu vaizdu! Namas yra ant jūros kranto, todėl labai dideliame balkone galima mėgautis saulėlydžiu. Butas nedidelis, bet jaukus. Po namu yra didelė automobilių stovėjimo aikštelė su automobiliui skirta vieta. Miesto centras visai šalia, taip pat prie pat namo yra daug kavinių ir parduotuvių. Paplūdimyje butui priklauso nemokami du gultai ir skėtis. Labai norėčiau padėkoti nuostabiai merginai, kuri mus priėmė, labai draugiška ir maloni, atsakė į visus rūpimus klausimus. Bute nėra skalbimo mašinos, tačiau ji pasirūpino, kad mums juos išskalbtų ir kitą dieną mums rūbus pristatė į butą.

Negalėčiau to įvardinti, kaip trūkumo, bet bute trūksta tokių smulkmenų, kaip šiek tiek arbatos, druskos, cukraus. Taip pat vonioje nėra, kur pasidėti kosmetikos, praverstų maža spintelė ir lentynėlė duše. Taip pat būtų puiku balkone turėti, kur susikabinti drėgnus rūbus.

Apartmán se základním vybavením, pěkný výhled z prostorného balkonu

Prostorný balkon (dokonce dva), pěkný výhled. Jde spíše o pronájem apartmánu s pár základními službami k tomu - kdyby tak bylo inzerováno, bylo by očekávání nastavené líp. Vybavení základní, ale dostačující, navíc třeba i napařovač na oblečení. V koupelně sprcha částečně oddělená, netvořila se moc kaluž. Personál se snažil, rychlá domluva přes volání i whatsapp. Super bylo parkování v podzemní garáži. Dochozí vzdálenost po cyklostezce do centra (podruhé bych ale volila bližší umístění, domnělý klid na okraji stejně nepřicházel, hluk z rádia barů až do brzkých ranních hodin i zde). Jednou proběhlo vynesení koše a výměna ručníků (ne už doplnění kosmetiky, lepší mít s sebou na delší pobyt vlastní). Hned vedle ubytování market.

Pokoj je rekonstruovaný, nové vybavení, ne vždy ale funkční (například roleta velkého balkonu nešla stáhnout, protože přes provaz byla namontovaná televize :-) ). Koupelna už by též pomalu zasloužila rekonstrukci. Hlavní vadou bylo zatékání - po velkém dešti jsem tak odhalili zdroj nepříjemného zápachu - do koberce u balkonu zatéká, takže byl hned nasáklý vodou, zatékalo i u ostatních balkonových dveří, ale díky dlažbě se dalo vyřešit ručníky (personál jich při dešti dodal víc). Na balkon vedl odtok z klimatizace (hadice z klimatizace položená na dlažbu, ne až do odtoku v dlažbě), takže též nepříjemný závan z nonstop kaluže, to vše pak navíc odtékalo někudy ve zdi do toho koberce. Na balkoně kromě stolku a židlí žádné vybavení, fajn by byl aspoň sušák na prádlo (pračka na chodbě v době pobytu nefungovala). Zklamáním byla i snídaně - na výběr jedna položka z menu v kavárně v přízemí, takže volíte buď mezi kávou, nebo toastem. :-) Je i možnost "all in", kde je nápoj i jídlo, ale ta trvá neskutečně dlouho připravit - servírováno tak, jak se připraví a jak obsluha stíhá, takže po kávě, na kterou už tak deset minut čekáte, máte za dalších deset, dvacet minut donešenou studenou omeletu. :-) Obsluha též nebyla moc nadšená, rádio tak nahlas, že jsme na sebe museli křičet, abychom se slyšeli, takže všehovšudy byla snídaně vždy nejhorší částí dne.

La ubicación encima de la playa misma. Las vistas que te permiten ver la zona y unas puestas de sol increíbles. La amabilidad del propietario que lo hizo todo fácil. Parking situado en el mismo edificio.
