Finalmente un hotel veramente degno di 4 stelle. Ho frequentato numerosi hotel rigorosamente da 4 stelle in su in tutta l’Albania e posso dire che tale hotel è veramente degno di essere definito tale. Tutti i dettagli sono curati tutto è proporzionato al servizio offerto. Set di cortesia perfetro, stanza ampia, spaziosa, comoda , moderna e con vista. Struttura nuova, personale davvero gentile e colazione veramente veramente top. Una colazione preparata sul momento di qualità ottima.

La Spa da migliorare, piscina inattiva e bagno turco non funzionante.

Esta muy bien ubicado. En el paseo maritimo pero a la vez cerquita del centro no como otros hoteles en los que sólo tienes alrededor hoteles y restaurantes. Se cena muy bien y el hotel es muy bonito. La habitación luminosa y muy cómoda.

Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert, sieht auf den ersten Blick gut aus, ist aber nur Fassade.

Empfang, Essbereich und Bar sehr schön eingerichtet. Zentral gelegen, viele Shopping- und Essmöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung. Gut aufgefüllter Kühlschrank, bequeme Betten und guter Zimmerservice.

Empfang wenig herzlich, keine Informationen zum Hotel, Umgebung und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Hotel hat keinen dazugehörenden Strandabschnitt. Frühstück eher mager, wenig bis gar keine Abwechslung. Es wurde nicht nach Getränken gefragt, wir mussten Kaffee an der Baar bestellen. Personal wenig motiviert und unfreundlich, unnahbar, wenig gastfreundlich. Zimmer: Regendusche hat soweit gespritzt, dass es ausserhalb der Dusche Nass wurde. Beim Bett war den Boden defekt, und die Nachtischlampen gingen nicht. Der Fernseher war nur Dekoration, hat nicht funktioniert, die Fernbedienung suchte man vergebens. Der Wasserkocher "lebte", heisst innen war er völlig vergraut hatte Schimmel. Tee oder Kaffee im Zimmer suchte man vergebens, was man bei einem 4-Stern Hotel eigentlich immer hat. Gastfreundschaft ist anders, die Mitarbeiter sind unnahbar und wenig zuvorkommend. Der SPA-Bereich ist nicht fertiggestellt, wir konnten diesen nicht nutzen.

Brandgevaarlijk en onveilig afgewerkt

Op het eerste gezicht is het een prachtig hotel wat ontzettend stijlvol is ingericht maar kijk je iets verder en ga je gebruik maken van de faciliteiten die het hotel te bieden heeft, dan wordt je enorm teleurgesteld en kom je onveilige maar zelfs ook levensgevaarlijke dingen tegen. Heel veel dingen waren gewoon niet of slecht afgewerkt. Onderstaande punten spanden echter de kroon: - De Finse sauna is enorm brandgevaarlijk! Deze is verkeerd geplaatst: te dicht tegen de wand en te weinig stenen waardoor verwarmingselementen bloot liggen. Achterwand al compleet verkoold en kan op ieder moment in de brand vliegen indien iemand de sauna aan laat staan. Gemeld bij de receptie maar de jongen die bij de receptie zat nam het totaal niet serieus. Hij heeft namelijk altijd prima gewerkt zo was zijn antwoord. Ik moet er niet aan denken dat de sauna in de kelder in de brand vliegt terwijl er boven mensen liggen te slapen. Het meest kwalijk vind ik dan ook dat het hotel geen actie heeft ondernomen nadat ik dit aan hun gemeld had. - De schroeven bij het trappetje van het zwembad zitten niet goed vast, hierdoor is het trappetje erg onstabiel maar ook onveilig. - De bedden bij het zwembad zaten onder de schimmel. - Bij aankomst zat er een vlek op de lakens van het bed en op 1 van de handdoeken. - Contactdoos op het balkon hing los, met een kruipende baby niet fijn en veilig. - Onze baby had opeens het kozijn van de kamerdeur in de hand.

Satisifed with my stay. A bit pricey though.

Location and bed in the suite but not in the regular room (upgraded with extra pay on the 2nd day)

Shower head was not operational and the breakfast opitons were limited (previously stayed there). Hotel does not have its own beach and sunbeds.

A fine stay

The property had a good restaurant, our room had a lovely balcony (worth getting the sea view) and the breakfast buffet was great

There were a few things about the property that I was a bit upset about. First was that there is no private beach, as advertised. That was something we had been looking forward to and a big reason we booked the place so we were disappointed about that. Additionally we had ants in our room one night (we were on the top floor and didn't have food that would attract them). And in the morning at breakfast it was somewhat difficult to get a coffee.

Het hotel was gelegen op een gunstige plek en het zwembad was erg fijn na een dagje zee.

Het personeel was erg terughoudend, zat veel op de telefoon en maakte niet echt contact. Voor een luxe hotel zou je dat iets meer verwachten. De bedden waren ook erg hard, dat is iets waar wij minder van houden.

Sicuramente lo staff era cordiale e la posizione ottima. Anche il letto era comodo.

Appena siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato le lenzuola del letto singolo sporche, abbiamo quindi richiesto il cambio. La presa elettrica in terrazza era aperta e penzolava con i cavi scoperti, il soggiorno era con una bambina e, ovviamente, era pericolosissimo. La parete del bagno e le tende erano sporche, in doccia c’era la muffa. Abbiamo richiesto l’intervento del personale e, a parte ovviamente le tende, le segnalazioni sono state tutte sistemate. Diciamo che da un 4 stelle non ti aspetti un servizio così scadente. La colazione era buona per gli standard albanesi. Camera molto piccola. Abbiamo prenotato una tripla, ma era stretta anche come doppia

Het ontvangst was niet echt persoonlijk. We hebben zelf naar de spa moeten vragen en de tijden van het ontbijt. S’ochtend aan de bar onze koffie besteld. Er ontbrak servies bij het buffet. Allemaal kleine puntjes maar de service kan net iets beter. Het pand daarentegen is prachtig. Het Turks stoombad was buiten werking.

The stay was very chic, we do it again in fact I’m planning on it

Really liked the hotel will be featuring them in our blog, the location was great and so was the room. Enjoyed the spa, was disappointed we only got to try the breakfast which was very nice.

Only thing I didn’t like was the fact I didn’t upgrade to an even better room, the sea view rooms are completely worth it

Modernes Hotel, schönes Design, gute Lage an der Küste

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer (2Zimmer mit Durchgangstür) und bekamen nur eine Schlüsselkarte, sodass man immer nur in einem Zimmer Strom hatte. Leider konnte man die Stromsperre auch nicht mit einer anderen Karte öffnen und es brauchte einige Anläufe, bis jemand gefunden werden konnte, der eine zweite Karte ausstellen konnte. Die Steckdosen und Lampen bröseln aus der Wand, manche Panele der Zimmerdecke fehlten. Viel Pfusch am Bau. Beim Frühstück bekamen wir trotz Veggi Hinweis viel Wurst quer über den Teller verteilt. Vor der Hotel stand eine kleine Kirmes in der nachts lang Musik lief

Идеально расположенный отель, все рядом, если вы без машины, то курсирует автобус.Прекрасные завтраки и кофе, в ресторане очень красиво, очень вкусно, уютная атмосфера и доброжелательный персонал.

Комары, их достаточно на улице, соответственно залетают и в номер, единственный минус- нет сеток, чтобы спать без кондиционера, все остальное просто супер!

Si vous voulez passer du bon temps près de la mer, vous êtes au bon endroit.

L’établissement porte bien son nom. Chic , des l’entrée de l’hôtel le ton est donné. Lumière tamisée, cave à vin gigantesque, et j’ai surtout apprécié le SPA qui est très moderne et la piscine chauffée.

Dommage le hammam était en panne.

Top hotel!

Mooi hotel, mooie en grote kamers, vlak aan het strand. Wel geen mooi strand maar hier kan het hotel niets aan doen. Er staan op de kamer wel tassen en een waterkoker maar geen koffie. Die moet je zelf nog voorzien. Top hotel en locatie! Ontbijt was lekker. We misten een zwembad, maar dat wisten we op voorhand. De cocktails waren lekker maar de decoratie en geschikte glas was leuker. Fijn dat er gratis parking was! Als we nog eens zouden terug komen dan boeken we zeker weer hier.

Un quattro stelle a 140 euro a notte con una stanza di grandezza media, con armadio a vista (senza ante), un bagno piccolissimo (ci si sta uno alla volta), con capelli neri per terra (noi li abbiamo corti e chiari), abbiamo dovuto chiedere gli asciugamani perché erano per una persona sola. La vista mare, pagata extra, era sul bar dell'hotel, su un luna park e il mare era dietro a tutto ciò. La colazione molto scarsa con cappuccino a pagamento. Staff molto giovane e del tutto inadeguato e che, a differenza della presentazione in booking, non spiccica una parola di italiano. Il condizionatore emanava un cattivo odore, tant'è che sul display di comando appariva la scritta "Necessita di pulizia dei filtri".
