The location is perfect, 2 mins across the road and you're on the main Vlore promenade with hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops. The beach is right there, the map is misleading, it's much closer through the walkways rather than following the roads.
It's very noisy at night, we unfortunately had a screaming toddler opposite us so it was really unpleasant topped by noisy cars and motor bikes on the other side. The host spoke no English at all, which was challenging, but we got by.
