Regarding the hosts. They are lovely and warm-hearted, and the cherry is the little girl who speaks English and smiles all the time.

The hotel is beautiful and new from the outside. There are problems inside There was no hot water in the morning. The shower goes down the toilet. Meals only between 09 and 08 in the morning. There is no kettle and glasses in the room. We also got a room with a balcony in the hotel cafeteria. And at the end of the meal the coffee was cold. In the end everything we asked for was arranged. But this is a bad method and it is inconvenient to ask for anything in particular.

It was very close to the beach, which was an advantage especially in the hot weather. The staff were really nice, helped us whenever we needed something(taxi, ATM etc.) The thing I really appreciate is the fact that they also took care of me, while being sick so thank you for that!

Same breakfast every morning, could be different every 2 days. Also not too big so for men it would be insufficient.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. The owners are incredibly friendly and hospitable, and they do their best to ensure that you have everything you need at all times. They offered us coffee/beer to welcome us and also served us coffee in between. The rooms are new, practically sterile clean, the beds are very comfortable, the parking lot is right next to the house, the air conditioning is quiet, in short, as said, everything was perfect. At the end, they offered us olive oil, which they produce themselves, at a very affordable price. Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay. It's a top ten from us.

The bathroom has a shower area, but it is not glazed. However, this is the case in most accommodations in Albania. As a result, it is unpleasant because when you shower, you spray all over the bathroom, even if you try so hard not to. But this is not a criticism, just my observation, which did not affect our well-being during our stay.

Beautiful place with kind host

The place is just as beautiful as the pictures suggest. I absolutely loved the small green garden where you can have breakfast. Across the street is the beach and the centre is a 25 min walk or 5 minutes by car. The place is a family business and the whole family is just so kind. I would recommend this place!!!

We liked everything about this property. As a couple we were treated with so much generosity and hospitality. The hosts are so friendly and ready to serve you in the best possible way. Everything is super clean, the sheets smell amazing. Everything is 10 out of 10.

Struttura nuovissima, camera come nella foto. Armando con Greta e la figlia ci hanno accolto benissimo, persone molto squisite.Colazione salata e dolce. In vicinanza ristoranti anche la spiaggia con stabilimenti (Saint Tropez)

Beau sejour

Le logement était propre et moderne! Le petit déjeuner était bon et l’endroit calme, c’était appréciable. Concernant l’emplacement ce n’est pas forcément en plein Vlorë (avec les grandes avenues) mais si vous aimez marcher c’est possible d’y aller à pied, sinon en voiture et il y a quand même de quoi faire tout autour. :)

Un séjour agréable, accueilli avec le sourire. L’établissement est très mignon et neuf, bien entretenu. Je reviendrais !

Très propre, établissement neuf, mobilier neuf, deco moderne. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Et il y a un parking, ça c est cool.

Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Le petit déjeuner pas assez varié. En dehors de l’établissement, pour se rendre au centre ville à la marina, il y avait toujours des bouchons, à toutes les heures.

La patronne et sa fille qui parlent parfaitement anglais, d une amabilité incroyable, elles nous ont aidé car on avait un problème avec la voiture de location, l emplacement , la chambre propre, coin tranquille sans tout le bruit de la ville , vraiment exceptionnel

Gerne wieder!

Ich habe zusammen mit meinem Sohn und unseren gemeinsamen Sohn (5 J.) ein Dreierzimmer bezogen. Wir sind relativ spät angekommen und wurden herzlich willkommen. Die leichte Sprachbarriere war kein Problem, wir haben uns Willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, der vorgelagerte Garten eine Augenweide. Dort wurde auch das Frühstück serviert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Unser Sohn hat gemeinsam mit dem Sohn der Besitzerin Fußball gespielt und es war ein tolles Erlebnis. Der Strand war fußläufig erreichbar, die Stadt nicht weit entfernt. Für uns hat die Lage perfekt gepasst.

Moderne Unterkunft direkt in Strandnähe

Die Unterkunft ist neu und modern. Die Tochter spricht super englisch, die Kommunikation klappt daher einwandfrei. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab jeden Tag etwas anderes. Die Uhrzeit fürs Frühstück war flexibel und nicht wie wir zum Teil gelesen hatten festgelegt. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, aber immer noch fußläufig von Florë. Sehr ruhig, es gibt aber verschiedene leckere Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt, nicht überlaufen und feinster Sand.

Lediglich die nächtliche Außenbeleuchtung am Balkon hat uns gestört. Man konnte sie leider nicht individuell ausschalten, sie ist viel zu hell und zieht viele Insekten an. Aber immerhin hatten wir ein Moskitonetz an der Balkontür.

gute Lage, Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der Straße (die letzten 200 Meter unbefestigt), Frühstück im schönen, gepflegten Garten (etwas wenig im Vergleich zu sonstigen albanischen Frühstücken- aber okay) , große Dusche

Die Bewertungen vor mir stimmen exakt, nur 1 Nachttisch, keine Ausschilderung für die Unterkunft (allerdings offensichtlich, wenn man mit Google/Apple Maps hinfährt), die Tochter spricht am besten Englisch, sonst kaum Verständigung möglich

Struttura stupenda. Nuova e pulita. Proprietari gentili e tantissimo disponibili ad ogni tua esigenza. Davvero magnifico questo posto. Andateci. Parcheggio auto senza problemi. Grazie di tutto. Un angolo di paradiso a valona. Vicino al mare e 15/20 minuti a piedi dal lungomare.

Nulla, ma se proprio devo dire qualcosa, visto che e’ una struttura completamente nuova e all’avangurdia, non avrei messo il sensore luce nel bagno perche’ dopo qualche secondo che stai fermo la luce si spenge e ti devi muovere per farla riaccendere. Insomma , geniale ma non comodo, ci sta che uno stia fermo in bagno😂. Questo lo rivedrei lasciando la normale accensione e spegnimento della luce. La doccia, un divisorio a vetro per non far bagnare completamente tutto. Solo questo. Alla fine sono consigli. Il resto tutto semplicemente magnifico. Grazie di tutto.
