Casa Palma Boutique Hotel

I’ve been travelling along the Albanian coast, and honestly, this is the most beautiful place I’ve stayed so far. The hotel is in a lovely part of the Old Town, with fantastic design throughout. My room was beautiful, with big windows overlooking the main square, and everything looked and smelled so fresh and clean. The little details made it feel really special. I arrived late after missing my bus connection to Tirana, and the lady at reception was incredibly kind and helpful in finding alternative options for me. Thank you so much. Everything was perfect, I would absolutely recommend staying here!

The rooms facing the street are very noisy, despite the double glazing. Bed was not very comfortable. Tourist tax of €5 is added as an extra charge. Having travelled extensively all over the world, such taxes are common in many places but always included in the room price. Value for money - by the time you include an extra €5 tourist tax, €5 for parking, this is quite an expensive stay, particularly without breakfast included. Hotel staff could have explained that paid parking is available for €5 a night without me having to spot this information on a previous review. When I asked specifically this was arranged, but was originally told to just find a place on the street.

Das Zimmer war wirklich schön. Poolblick ist Definitionssache, unser Zimmer war Souterrain, direkt am Pool. Das Parken ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, es kann sein, dass man eingeparkt ist und nicht mehr wegfahren kann. Wir haben immer Bescheid gegeben, wenn wir wegfahren wollten. Es hat dann immer auch geklappt. Die 5€/Tag sind in Ordnung. Die angebliche Touristensteuer von 5€/Tag haben wir bezahlt, da nach Buchung eine entsprechende Nachricht des Hotels kam.

Das Zimmer wurde ohne Ankündigung einfach nicht geputzt, was für uns bei einem Aufenthalt von zwei Tagen allerdings kein Problem war.

Chambre pas nettoyer entre 2 nuits, serviette non remplacer, paiement cash avec taxe 🇦🇱🤣, booking afficher 170€ mais j'ai du payer 200€ en cash. Parking gratuit sur l'annonce mais en realite il vous reclame 5€/jour et paiement en cash evidemment 🤣🇦🇱👌🏽
