Our room faced the sea which was perfect. The staff were lovely and helpful. The location was very good. It was very clean. The breakfast was ok but kept running out of some foods which when asked they did refill but some of the foods they had totally ran out. But it was still good value for money.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful.
The hotel beach is really small and the water accumulated there was a bit dirty.
The interior of the hotel is oldish.
Balcony with mountain view showed us the parking lot.
If you want a room with sea view you need to pay extra 15€ per person.
In my opinion the price for this hotel (especially in Albania) is definitely overpriced.

Beautiful view from the pool and a very friendly and helpful receptionist but unfortunately this did not make up for the rest of the staff and our rooms
We booked 3 rooms with balconies, 2 with mountain views and one with a sea view. None of the rooms had balconies and mountain view was a concrete parking lot. After 2 nights we changed to 2 rooms with balconies but still looking into the carpark. The air conditioning was communal and kept getting turned off. The decor was tired and dated and the bar staff were unfriendly to the point of rudeness. We have stayed at some very lovely hotels in Albania so this was very disappointing as it was the most expensive …
