Staff were Friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean, the location very good.

Our room faced the sea which was perfect. The staff were lovely and helpful. The location was very good. It was very clean. The breakfast was ok but kept running out of some foods which when asked they did refill but some of the foods they had totally ran out. But it was still good value for money.

Nothing unfortunately. What you see on the net is not similar in reality. The hotel doesn’t deserve 4 stars unfortunately. The breakfast was very poor, location is not good at all , private beach - is not private and no beach. Rooms are small, 1 elevator. No air conditioner, old hotel.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

The hotel beach is really small and the water accumulated there was a bit dirty. The interior of the hotel is oldish. Balcony with mountain view showed us the parking lot. If you want a room with sea view you need to pay extra 15€ per person. In my opinion the price for this hotel (especially in Albania) is definitely overpriced.

I like the location . I also like that the room was chilled when the weather was hot outside. The staff were so nice to us. When we complained of something they fixed it a day later and apologised with some goodies for not doing it on time. I am definitely staying there again when I visit Vlorë

I would appreciate if they have extra socket or travel charger to assist people like me who didn’t know they had different electrical outlets in Europe. I came from England

The room was very nice. Had a nice balcony to look out at the sea The breakfast was great. Many choices including cereal., croissants and your normal Albanian items.

The location was a little hard to get to for seniors taking a bus. We didn't know about the street being one way and the bus dropped us off before the tunnel on the side of the road.

I liked the position of the hotel, the view was amazing. The staff were very helpful and kind and the service was really good. They had included the pool and the beach in the front also. They also had parking free of charge.

They had problem with poss payment but I paid in cash.

The staff very welcoming, friendly and very attentive and helpful.The location is great and the view is amazing. The room was so spacious and clean. Even though this hotel doesnt offer parking, they provide it. The pool area is nice and clean The breakfast was so tasty and rich, I recommend this hotel

A hotel that has sadly had its best times some years ago ...

I had a room with sea view balcony and this was breathtaking! Also parking behind the hotel was for free.

Staff was not friendly nor helpful. Rooms and bathroom were clean, but everything was just about okay. Equipment and facilities were 'tired' and in need of fixing or brushing up. The breakfast was poor, coffee not included in the price ???

Disappointing

Beautiful view from the pool and a very friendly and helpful receptionist but unfortunately this did not make up for the rest of the staff and our rooms

We booked 3 rooms with balconies, 2 with mountain views and one with a sea view. None of the rooms had balconies and mountain view was a concrete parking lot. After 2 nights we changed to 2 rooms with balconies but still looking into the carpark. The air conditioning was communal and kept getting turned off. The decor was tired and dated and the bar staff were unfriendly to the point of rudeness. We have stayed at some very lovely hotels in Albania so this was very disappointing as it was the most expensive …

Really bad service at a hotel which shouldn’t even have 1 star. This is not close to a 4 star hotel!

The toilet was in bad condition and looked warn and not clean. - Rooms comes with a minibar it says in the description, but unfortunately you can only have a beer or a Coca cola. In my opinion that is not What you call a minibar when you can’t have a drink ot just a regular water. They also made us pay for water at the end, which was not even in the minibar. - No power sticks next to bed, so no night lights connected. The lamps is there but without power near the bed it’s just unneccesary with these lamps. - Sticky sheets, didn’t Seem dry. - In the conditions it says that you’ll have a aircondition Unit in the room. There is not a Unit and therefore you can’t control it Youself And have to call reception to set temperature. Also it’s not powerfull enough to cool down the room. - You are really bothered of high noises from the hallway and from the Street. These noises are that high that you will wake up at night. - Wifi doesn’t work in standard rooms, which is highly critical. - Breakfast is boring and with a very small selektion. Not worth a penny. - Pool area is Old, faded colors all over. Pool is dirty and so are the cusions for the sunbeds. The place is warn and just filled up with old toys for children. Definitely not a place for relaxing. - We contacted the staff regarding the above. They offered an other room, which would solve only two of the problems above, which they didn’t Seem to care about. We were yelled at by the reception staff and therefore no longer felt safe and had to move from the place during the stay. - Overall really disapointed about this place, its warn, damaged and old. And the lack of service and kindness is just making the hole experience really disapointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a living soul.

A good stay in a practical location

Great location. Central yet away from the bustle of down-town Vlorë. Strip of private beach across the street was good for swimming. Pool area was nice and clean. Breakfast was fine. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

No major concerns. A water boiler in the room would have been nice.

Great place, nice terrace for breakfast with sea view, very kind and polite reception.

Great place, great view, breakfast terrace with sea view, nice pool and pool bar. But very modest breakfast and too much money for the facilities. Hotel facilities are to old and not comply with the price. Very kind and polite staff, especially the young guy on a reception who made his best to place us even we were very early in the morning for acheck in.

The room was so so modest, old way key lock, toilet with broken shower, nothing special and not modern for the value.
