Chambre moderne

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Nous avions une grande terrasse tres agréables avec 2 gros coussins et plaids Il y a un restaurant juste en bas de l hôtel qui fait parti de l hôtel probablement qui est bon et pas cher. La dame de l hôtel et du restaurant est tres gentille. Petit déjeuner agréable.

Il n y a pas de parking alors on a eu une amende de 1000 lekkes ! Et pour trouver l hôtel cela n a pas été facile et on ne s attends pas a de belles chambres comme cela de l extérieur juste une porte avec le nom de l hôtel indiqué.

Verblijf met uitzicht op zee

Het meisje aan de balie sprak vloeiend Engels en heeft ons goed geholpen. De kamer was heel ruim, bed was zeker ok. Ruim balkon met uitzicht op de zee. Het ontbijt wordt geserveerd op de rooftop. Mooi uitzicht!

Badkamer is heel erg verouderd. Water loopt gewoon vanonder douche gordijn in de badkamer door.

Struttura eccellente…spiaggie non adatte ai più piccoli!

Struttura pulita, accogliente e con un’incantevole vista mare. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia, offre camere confortevoli dotate di aria condizionata, ampio frigorifero e TV con connessione internet. Nostro figlio grande si è divertito a guardare YouTube, mentre il piccolo di 3 anni ci ha tenuti sempre in movimento.

Chi viaggia con bambini piccoli dovrebbe valutare bene, le spiagge adiacenti, pur essendo molto vicine, hanno quasi sempre presenza massiccia di cemento e poco adatte al gioco o al relax con i più piccoli. Non è assolutamente colpa della struttura, che anzi merita lode per comfort e pulizia. Noi, per far divertire i bambini, abbiamo dovuto prendere la macchina ogni giorno e raggiungere spiagge più morbide e sabbiose, anche se più lontane.

Avoid this place at all costs

The only thing that was somewhat okay was breakfast (2 sandwiches, crossaint (not even average) and orange juice. No coffee or tea. And also the bed was okay.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We got put here instead of Villa Gaudium, because there was no working water. We booked that property because of the sea view, the view from our room was a joke. Communication with host was terrible, got ignored when we came, then someone turned up, spoke almost no english. We paid in cash and didn’t receive change back. People smoking inside the house. Our room was clearly not finished. I would expect to pay 50% discount or something. The location is super far from city center as you cannot walk straight to sea as well. So get ready to walk up the hill after a day at the beach.. We found hair in our toilet which was malfunctioning as well. Bathroom bin lacked rubbish bag. Light bulbs in room were missing and the other ones in bathroom not working. Never have I been so dissappointed with accomodation in Albania like here. For half price this would be doable for one night emergency, otherwise it’ll ruin your time here.

Günstig mit mehreren Mängeln

Es war günstig. Zimmer 24: L-Balkon ist riesig mit schöner Aussicht aufs Meer. Supermarkt fussläufig nebenan. Parkplatz direkt an Hotel Frühstück auf der obersten Etage, schön serviert, täglich wechselndes Angebot

Leider kein Fliegengitter! Badmöbel etwas unschön. Duschvorhang, naja, einerseits klebt an einem selbst andererseits zu kurz um das Wasser ordentlich in der Duschwanne zu halten, so ist halbes Bad immer nass. Desweiteren stört der Duschvorhang immer beim Toilettengang. Fußweg zur Haupt-Promenade ca.10min und leider an eine Art Mülldeponie vorbei. Fussläufiger Strand Liro Beach: Einlass nur ohne Kinder!!! und Aufpreis für nicht Hotelgäste und min. 3 Tagesticket 20€. Andere Stände sind 20min Fußweg etwas unschön.

Einfach aber gut- zentrale Lage

Das Hotel ist sehr schlicht, bietet aber alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist zentral und praktisch, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Besonders positiv waren das freundliche Personal, das gute Frühstück und die tolle Aussicht aufs Meer – das war definitiv ein Highlight.

Weniger angenehm: Die Klimaanlage war ziemlich alt & dementsprechend laut und die Dusche sehr klein. Wenn man das vorher weiß und keine großen Erwartungen hat, ist es aber ein solides Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Wer nicht direkt am Strand sein muss, hat hier ein tolles und günstiges Hotel

Ein kleines uns daher auch wirklich gastfreundliches Hotel. Alle unsere Fragen wurden freundlich beantwortet und Tipps gegeben und wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist toll.

Die Bar auf der Dachterrasse war leider geschlossen aber das ist nicht schlimm. Die Lage ist etwa 10 Autominuten vom Sandstrand entfernt. Für uns aber auch kein Problem

Śniadanie bardzo ubogie ale to zrozumiałe przy tak niskiej cenie jaką mieliśmy w programie genius. Bardzo słabo wykończone detale np. łazienka.

La magie des vues était au rdv pour une première nuit en Albanie 😊

Nous avons aimé l’accueil et la vue. Le côté artistique naïf donnait aussi du charme à l’établissement, notamment l’escalier. Le petit déjeuner sur le rooftop était vraiment surprenant et offrant toujours cette vue incroyable.

La douche, une serviette de bain complètement déchirée (usée) au milieu. Mais étant donné le prix, nous n’avons pas à nous plaindre, la réceptionniste était adorable et efficace.

Cute and clean place.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was air conditioner and a fridge to keep your water fresh. Everything seemed clean and the furniture was new and nice. The sea view from the balcony was very refreshing. There was free parking at the villa. The garden with the trees and flowers was cute too. It made me think it would be fun to stay longer.

The road to the villa was a bit rough, (not their fault of course), but it would help to have a sign or a board with the name of villa in it, because it was very small and invisible, that we had to go around for almost 10 minutes until we noticed the light sign with the name of the hotel in it. Also, it would be better to have some slippers for the toilet.
