Beautiful view

The location is perfect. The reception lady is very kind and offered us another room when our ac and heater were broken. The view is stunning from the room 😍

The AC have to be clean! My mom immediately got cold after using them because they are old and air from them doesn’t smell that good. Our heater was broken after a few hours of working so having an extra one would be great.

Extremely worth it, must visit

Wonderful location, very quiet area, undisrupted view of the beautiful ocean and mountain, yes, even from the rooms. The lady working there was very helpful and from entering to getting into our room took less than 10 minutes. The WhatsApp number on the reception counter responds quickly, clearly and caringly. The rooms smell nice, are clean, veyr up to par with expectations.

Avoid this place at all costs

The only thing that was somewhat okay was breakfast (2 sandwiches, crossaint (not even average) and orange juice. No coffee or tea. And also the bed was okay.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We got put here instead of Villa Gaudium, because there was no working water. We booked that property because of the sea view, the view from our room was a joke. Communication with host was terrible, got ignored when we came, then someone turned up, spoke almost no english. We paid in cash and didn’t receive change back. People smoking inside the house. Our room was clearly not finished. I would expect to pay 50% discount or something. The location is super far from city center as you cannot walk straight to sea as well. So get ready to walk up the hill after a day at the beach.. We found hair in our toilet which was malfunctioning as well. Bathroom bin lacked rubbish bag. Light bulbs in room were missing and the other ones in bathroom not working. Never have I been so dissappointed with accomodation in Albania like here. For half price this would be doable for one night emergency, otherwise it’ll ruin your time here.

Cute and clean place.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was air conditioner and a fridge to keep your water fresh. Everything seemed clean and the furniture was new and nice. The sea view from the balcony was very refreshing. There was free parking at the villa. The garden with the trees and flowers was cute too. It made me think it would be fun to stay longer.

The road to the villa was a bit rough, (not their fault of course), but it would help to have a sign or a board with the name of villa in it, because it was very small and invisible, that we had to go around for almost 10 minutes until we noticed the light sign with the name of the hotel in it. Also, it would be better to have some slippers for the toilet.

Location out of the city is really good if you want to be quiet. Beautiful sightseeing and lovely terrace to disconnect. Room in perfect conditions and charming personal helping us with everything we needed.

Everything was perfect. The room was super clean and very well equiped with a comfortable bed and good airconditioning.The staff was really helpful, professional, polite and they went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as it could be. The view from the tarrace was breathtaking, great location, secluded from the noise of the road and delicious breakfast. I would totally recommend this and I would definitely be back again.

It is clean and tidy.OK for one night stay.

The location is not on a beach, but 10 minutes walk up the hill some 200 meters. It was hard to find the Villa. Non of the sraff speaks english and no receipt was given on payment. Surroundig is a large garbage disposal. No room is faceing the sea and there is no signal on tv set. There is wi-fi conection, however. Parking is ok. Breakfast is available after 0800 AM.

I want to recommend this villa for all of you, guys! Owner is really friendly person! We became friends with him and his brother! They even made a barbecue with us and we are so grateful for this) Rooms were really clean and comfortable with a sea view! Breakfast was delicious and great, a lot of fresh fruits, cheese and toast. We came back twice because we didn’t want to rest in other hotels! If we came back, we would choose this villa again! Everything was perfect!!! Andreas and Marios, thank you for all what you did for us! You are the best and your villa is the best place to have a vacation!
