CÓMODO Y AGRADABLE

El hotel está bien y limpio , sus instalaciones eran cómodas , el desayuno super bueno , variado . Pero sobretodo quiero destacar el trato cordial y amigable de Alesia la recepcionista. Un encanto dispuesta ayudar en todo lo que necesites . La ubicación está bien y las vistas desde el restaurante en la quinta planta son bonitas . Hay relación calidad - precio . Es acorde a lo que tú estás deacuerdo .

Lauw water in de douche en de tv kregen we niet aan de praat. Ontbijt prima maar het duurde lang voor de barkeeper een koffie voor elkaar had. Thee lukte niet door taalbarrière.

Poteva andare meglio

La colazione era ben rifornita.

Parcheggio impraticabile, per fortuna c'era posto vicino all'ingresso. La salita sterrata per raggiungere il parcheggio non era fattibile se non con un 4x4. L'ascensore non ti portava al piano ma tra 2 piani, sempre una rampa di scale da fare. Doccia rotta, riparata al secondo tentativo del receptionist, il primo non è stato conclusivo.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The facilities are comfortable, everything is very clean, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful, which made all the difference. Varied breakfast! Good value for money.

Nothing in particular. We had a small issue with the lights in the room, but the staff fixed it very quickly and efficiently.

Hotel confortevole e in una buona posizione.

Hotel accogliente e personale (c'è chi parlava italiano) molto gentile. Colazione abbondante e bella camera quadrupla ampia con vista mare stupenda. Stupenda anche la terrazza vista mare dove era situato il ristorante (e la colazione).

Potrebbero migliorare il bagno(mancava la copertura alla doccia) e l'illuminazione (un'unica luce nella stanza).

Disappointing

The front desk receptionist was very nice and she tried her best to make our stay good. They had a valet to park our car on arrival. There is a private parking lot. Rooftop terrace with a nice view. Close to some grocery markets.

The building itself is weird. You take the lift to the upper floors but still have to climb stairs after getting out of the lift. At the breakfast buffet, you are limited to one single cup of coffee, after that you have to pay one euro per cup!! I’ve never seen a hotel that charges extra for coffee when you already paid for the buffet!! The parking lot is gravel and rough to drive on and there is quite a dip when entering the lot which can be hard on your car. There are no beaches in walking distance. Down the hill in walking distance there are other hotels that rent sunbeds, but they are on a deck as there is no shoreline. So if you are thinking of this place for a beach vacation, look elsewhere. Also when we booked it said we would get a Mountain View but it was just a view of a wall and some water tanks. Also lots of construction on the street so lots of equipment lying around outside.

Ontbijt was heerlijk maar voor een tweede koffie most je betalen.

Het is vergane glorie, de badkamer is verouderd, in de gang riekt het niet fris en we moesten 20€ bijbetalen voor een klein hondje. Wat in verhouding met de kamerprijs zeer hoog is.

Esperienza assolutamente eccezionale! Il cibo era straordinario, delizioso, fresco e presentato con grande cura in ogni pasto. Dalla colazione alla cena, ogni piatto ha superato le aspettative. Ma ciò che ha reso il soggiorno davvero indimenticabile è stato lo staff. Ogni membro del team è stato cordiale, attento e sinceramente impegnato a rendere la nostra visita perfetta. La loro ospitalità ci ha fatto sentire davvero i benvenuti. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel e non vedo l’ora di tornarci!

Séjour parfait avec une vue magnifique !

J’ai passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à l’Hôtel Aliko à Vlorë. L’établissement est propre, calme et très bien situé, à seulement quelques minutes de la plage. Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant et chaleureux, toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. Ma chambre était spacieuse, confortable et impeccablement propre. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et varié, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Ce qui m’a particulièrement marqué, c’est la vue magnifique depuis l’hôtel — un panorama superbe qui rend chaque moment encore plus agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation à tous ceux qui visitent Vlorë. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

Different experience than the feeling you get from the photos

I liked the staff, especially Alesia the recepsionit was very nice and welcoming. Always going above and beyond to help.

The rooms were not like in the pictures. In the picture you get a feeling of a modern somewhat more luxorious hotel when in fact it's old and used. The sheets were changed but had stains on them. The guests were very loud and you could hear them shouting during the night which distrubs your sleep. The breakfast was ok, but did not have a lot of options and food was not hot all the time.

The hotel was very good located, 4 kilo meters from the Boulevard. The breakfast was good enough with beautiful top of the roof and view. The receptionist the cute girl was very helpful and very friendly girl. She was very kind

Mostly had what we needed. Greeted nicely by manager.

We had to park a short distance away and walk around, and uphill, to the hotel because the hotel had no private parking for guests. Rooms weren’t soundproofed so my husband was awake all night due to other guests making a lot of loud noise in the hallway late at night.

its dirty, it has a neon light and no curtains (so we’ll there is no good sleep). Quite expensive for what it is… as the location is quite far from Center and beach, not very comfortable if you don’t have a car.
