Perfect

The hotel was new and clean and very close to the sea and most of the rooms had a sea view which made it even more preferable. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. Breakfast was served on the rooftop which had a stunning view.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with good quality and modern style. Wonderful view from balcony and also from shower room ( if you would like and could enjoy mounting view 😍) Nice area, so quiet..just you, the sea, mountains and relax Friendly and attentive staff ❤️ 🇦🇱🤍🇺🇦🤍🇪🇸

Not really, what I didn’t like but could be better. It’s will be good if you keep order on the beach. I mean in the morning, put the loungers exactly after the previous rest of the guests ( this only for aesthetic pleasure in the morning)

Fine but nothing extraordinary

I feel very conflicted about this place. In general, I think the owners don’t know what a boutique hotel is - it is more than just fancy-ish, modern furniture. Our room was quite small. The toilet did not have a seat and it smelled like rotten eggs when we checked in. Immediately, we told the owner about these two things. The rotten eggs - no idea what it was. The toilet seat has been broken a few days before and they had ordered a new seat, which hasn’t arrived. Fair enough. We asked if we could change rooms. The owner (?) went to check (with whom was unclear) and did not come back for quite a while. We wanted to get on with our day and tried finding him, being told he was at the beach. Just when we were like “what the heck, let’s just go and forget it”, he came back. We were fine not changing rooms, but nothing was offered from their site (like reimbursing some money, drinks on the house or whatever). So I said that we would be fine with this, but we’d appreciate a drink on the house (they have a rooftop bar; spoiler alert: whenever we went there in the evening, nobody was there to serve drinks). Also, breakfast. Breakfast is very fatty. On our third day, we considered skipping brekkie and eating somewhere else. There was some filter coffee, served in shot-sized paper cups, but we wanted a cappuccino/espresso or whatever. So the first few days we ordered those, until on the very last day, when the owner (?) was there, telling us that espressi, cappuccino etc. were extra. The other staff members had not mentioned this the days before. By that point we had, of course, not gotten any drinks as a sorry for the toilet seat and smell in the room. So I got a little irritated, saying that we won’t pay for that, considering he has promised us drinks on the house. He was fine, but never served us cappuccinos - instead, he directed me toward the complimentary watery filter coffee served in paper cups.

A good stay for the money

The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. There was a small market right next to it and a bigger one 300-400m from the hotel. The staff was very nice except for the beach guy The breakfast was nice and there are other restaurants nearby.

The beach guy was very rude. Most of the time he wasn't at the beach bar but would complain if we had / bought drinks at other bars. The beach bar didn't have many options. There were not many options for the breakfast. Also the road to market was dangerous because there are no sidewalks

Quality breakfast with fresh ingredients, friendly staff, facilities were new and it was close to the see, shezlongs were comfortable, bed mats were incredibly comfortable as well

Everything was perfect from the begining. Hotel is very Nice and very near to the privat beach which is new. Room are very big and very clean. Brakfast os on the top floor with a big of choice. There is a parking on front of the hotel. Everyday they clean the room and put clean towels. Very Nice staff and very polite. Hoghly recomanded.

Small thing to improve if they Want. I ask twice to prepere a fresh omlet for brakfast for me but they told me that they can not.

Very good

The hotel is new, and the staff is very nice. They organized a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday (paid of course - but still very nice). The rooms are spacious and they also have a small balcony.

The breakfast could be much improved, especially around availability and variety. We didn't like the beach, which is the one belonging to the hotel on the seaside. The sunbeds are okay, but the water quality is terrible since it's just next to where boats are kept. The air conditioning is a bit hard to manage since you can only change the temperature.

Homely friendly hotel!!

The hotel room was clean, modern and spacious. The staff (including the owners) were quite friendly: they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vlora and I will definitely come back again!

The hotel seems to be new so as it's rooms, it is managed by the owners -a young family- so the attention is really good.

To get into the hotel is a little confusing since it's hidden from the main route and there aren't any poster indicating the location. The languages are a barrier since the staff mainly doesn't speak English. The breakfast could have more variety.

The rooftop has a nice view but seems not to be done. Its close to the beach but the water wasnt as good as i thought it would be. It s atleast 20-30 min drive to Vlora city center. The breakfast has what u need but its simple. I didnt like the coffee. The tv in the room was working slow.

This is not a 'boutique hotel' in the sense that it is small and different from the big, uncharming ones abound. The place was quite stripped from personality - if you like this way of style, you will not mind :). The breakfast was fresh around 8 but not if you came 9:30 - then the milk would be warm, eggs greasy and 'old' and all cheese would have been out in the heat for hours.

Breakfast was really good. The property was easy to access by car. Hotel itself is beautiful and everything is new.

Sound isolation was poor so you heard all the noises from reception and staircase. Glass wall/window between the bathroom and the room looks good but it is not very practical; you don’t have any privacy in the bathroom and you can’t put lights on night time when other person is sleeping.

This is a new construction and you could enjoy the quality of the rooms. Breakfast included a variety of assortments carefully selected. It was served on the rooftop as buffet style. Overall, great experience and friendly staff.

The room was new and clean. The girl who was at the reception in the morning was very supportive. We asked her for an iron and she brought it to our room right away

Not a pleasant experience.

The room was nice and the view as well but you are literally in front of another hotel

We arrived at 23:30pm (check in was until midnight) and the receptionist was on the phone and barely bother to hang up. When she did, gave us the keys to the room and told us the breakfast schedule. I asked if we could take our breakfast a little earlier since we had an early flight and she told us “no problem” but she didn’t even understand what we asked her. We than left our room by midnight when we find the lobby with the lights off, no one there and the door closed with the keys in it… never in a lifetime I saw this.This is an hotel we are talking. How on earth do you close the door with the keys in in and turn down the lights? and left it there with nobody to watch it? To make it even better when we came down in the morning to make the check out the situation was the same and no one was there to do the check out. After I checked out the receptionist came up still in her pijamas because she just woke up (it was 07:00am). Overall the hotel has nice accommodations but it wasn’t a pleasant experience.
