Good location with potential for the future

Very friendly people who welcomed us in the late afternoon, evenings. Certainly the (we think) hotel manager/eye for detail guy. Nice location, easier to find than expected and good to explore the wider surroundings, for example Butrint and Gjirokaster. Swimming pool, sun chairs and nice cocktails/ food

We believe in the potential of this place, however for now… too expensive for what you get, certainly compared with other places we’ve visited in Albania.

Peaceful luxury in the perfect location.

What an amazing place! If you want peace and luxury you cannot beat the Sea Queen. The rooms are huge and feel modern, clean and high end. The staff made us feel so at home and nothing we asked was too much trouble - they were always smiling and just a pleasure to be around. The chef was INCREDIBLE! The food was out of this world - the octopus was the best we have ever eaten. The location is perfect, secluded but still close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was a great size and an ideal temperature. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Faleminderit 😊 We loved it all!

This was a great experience. Our Polo easily managed the drive uphill. The side-view room was really nice as we could see the mountain range and the sea. The complete staff was amazing. Friendly, accommodating and kind. Everything was clean. The food, whether breakfast or restaurant, was fresh and tasty. The pool was superb, well kept and relaxing. We didn’t mind the birds (little swallows), power outage, construction work in the vicinity. These are all things beyond the hotels control and it did not spoil our vacation in any way. Faleminderit 😊 Loved it all!

Newly built hotel in a beautiful location, stunning views to the ocean surrounded by palm and olive trees. We had a delicious breakfast at the pool after a quiet relaxing night: super comfy bed! Very friendly staff!!

Petit hôtel par sa taille et son prix mais bien plus grand qu un grand hôtel pour la vue, la propreté, la literie, la douche, la qualité meubles et surtout l accueil chaleureuse et encore plus pour le petit déjeuné merveilleux. J en ai rarement mangé d aussi bon et complet dans un hôtel. Nous avons passé un super séjour et nous en garderons un très bon souvenir. Nous pensons revenir avec nos enfants en début d été pour pouvoir profiter de la super piscine.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel. La chambre était tout simplement sublime, décorée avec goût et très confortable — nous avons vraiment très bien dormi. Les services proposés sont impeccables et de grande qualité. Mention spéciale au petit déjeuner, digne d’un roi : varié, généreux et délicieux ! La gérante est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours souriante et aux petits soins pour ses clients. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet établissement, une véritable pépite où l’on se sent accueilli comme chez soi !

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung.

Personal freundlich, Frühstück sehr gut mit leckeren Café. Schöner Poolbereich. Tägliche Reinigung und frische Handtücher.

Wir haben mit Meerblick gebucht, dies aber nicht erhalten. Man konnte über den Parkplatz etwas Wasser erblicken, dass wars dann leider auch schon. Die Apartments scheinen relativ neu zu sein, leider ist schon vieles kaputt, locker, nicht zu ende gebaut oder sporadisch repariert. Z.B lockerer und viel zu kleiner Klodeckel, Löcher in den Wänden. Wasser im Bad benötigt sehr viel Zeit um warm zu werden. Oft unangenehmer Geruch im Badezimmer.

Prima hotel

Leuk en kleinschalig hotel op een berg, mooi uitzicht vanaf dakterras. Lekker zwembad erbij. Prima voor 2 nachtjes. Vriendelijk personeel en lekker ontbijt.

Kamer was heel licht, doorschijnende gordijnen terwijl we vanuit bed op zwembad/ terras keken met alle verlichting daar, aangegeven maar kon helaas niks aan gedaan worden. Kleine kamer voor 4 personen, op balkon maar 2 stoelen terwijl het 4 persoonskamer was. Eten erg duur in hotel in verhouding elders.

Uitstekend verblijf!

Personeel super vriendelijk en gedienstig. Meerwaarde uit het centrum maar dichtbij prachtige stranden. Mogelijkheid tot lunch en diner. Prachtige plek met super personeel, zo een goed hotel is echt een pareltje in Albanië! Zou direct terug gaan!

Reposant et agréable

Le calme, la piscine et le personnel très sympathique

Je ne sais pas si l’hôtel est récent mais on voit que le personnel essai d’être aux petits soins mais pas encore 100% au point. Certaines choses concernant l’hôtel seraient à revoir, nous voyons un peu trop les « back stage » Enfin, nous avons eu une coupure d’électricité et d’eau la première nuit ce qui a été un peu embêtant.

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke på dette nydelige stedet! Personalet var svært hyggelige og hjelpsomme! Bassenget var rent og hadde fantastisk utsikt. Koselig på takterassen om kvelden.

Frokosten var ok, men kunne vært bedre og mer variert. Kjøleskapet på rommet var ikke så veldig kaldt.

Wouah. Accueil très chaleureux: personnel aux petits soins! Cadre exceptionnel, isolé et donc au calme. Superbe vue sur la mer, et le coucher de soleil. Très bien aménagé : la piscine comme les chambres! Mention spéciale à Edd qui nous a dépanné et a pu gérer une lessive 💪🏻

Vriendelijk personeel, mooie plek en een heerlijk ontbijt. Leuke sfeer rondom het zwembad (mooie aankleding).

De hoge prijzen op de menukaart, als je een hapje wilde eten in het hotel. Dat was buitenproportie.

Séjour agréable pour le cadre

Le cadre de l'hôtel en lui même est très sympathique ! La piscine, la vue, tout est très agréable et les chambres sont confortables

Le personnel est gentil mais on se demande si ce sont eux où les clients qui sont en vacances... ils passent leur temps au bord de la piscine, parfois même à faire la sieste à côté des clients ce que je trouve un peu limite. L'hôtel est bien mais on voit qu'il a été construit rapidement au vu des finitions, nid d'oiseau énorme sur notre balcon, étendage cassé, plomberie qui marche bizarrement. La route pour y accéder est tout en gravier et un autre hôtel est en construction juste à côté.

Das Beste: der Pool und das Essen, aber viele Aspekte müssen verbessert werden

Unsere Erfahrung in diesem Hotel war insgesamt eher durchwachsen. Das Highlight war definitiv der Pool, der sehr schön und gepflegt war, sowie das Bett, das groß und bequem war

Allerdings gab es mehrere negative Aspekte, die unseren Aufenthalt leider beeinträchtigt haben. Das Zimmer, das uns zugewiesen wurde, war überraschend klein im Verhältnis zum gezahlten Preis. Auch das Frühstück war sehr einfach und entsprach nicht dem erwarteten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Dusche machte außerdem bei jeder Benutzung extrem laute Geräusche, was ziemlich störend war. Die Zufahrt zum Hotel erfolgt derzeit über einen unbefestigten Weg, auch wenn dieser offenbar gerade ausgebaut wird. Die Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Hotelgelände sind begrenzt, und aufgrund von Bauarbeiten in der Umgebung sind die Aussichten wenig ansprechend, das Umfeld wirkt insgesamt etwas ungepflegt. Ein weiterer unangenehmer Punkt war das Verhalten der Managerin, die uns mehrfach fragte, ob wir noch etwas zu bezahlen hätten – obwohl wir den gesamten Betrag bereits beim Check-in beglichen hatten. Es gab auch eine offensichtliche Kommunikationslücke zwischen Rezeption und Leitung. Zunächst wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Check-in um 11:00 Uhr möglich sei, später erhielten wir jedoch eine Nachricht, dass dieser bereits um 10:00 Uhr stattfinden müsse – auch wenn das letztlich kein Problem darstellte. Solche Unstimmigkeiten vermitteln jedoch den Eindruck mangelnder Organisation, was sich negativ auf das Gästeerlebnis auswirkt

Séjour agréables grâce aux installations mais néanmoins un peu bruyant.

L'hôtel est comme sur les photos, propre et joli. Le fait qu'il soit sur les hauteurs offre une vue magnifique sur la mer et il est à l'écart de Vlorë même donc en théorie relativement au calme (à notez qu'il y a des travaux de construction juste à côté de l'hôtel). La piscine est très propre et agréable, tout comme le service. Le restaurant propose plusieurs plats à des prix corrects. Le petit déjeuner était très complet avec des alternatives sucrés ou salés pour tous les goûts. Il y a de nombreuses plages à proximité.

Notre chambre était au rez-de-chaussée et donnait sur la piscine et la mer donc la vue était superbe. Malheureusement elle donnait également sur la terrasse du bar/restaurant qui doit normalement fermer à 22h et qui a diffusé de la musique jusqu'à minuit où nous avons finalement du demander de couper pour dormir. Il manque un rideau pour la grande baie vitrée de la chambre afin de pouvoir couper le jour. L'accès à l'hôtel se fait par une petite route non goudronnée assez cabossée et qui grimpe.

Decepcionante, engañados

La piscina

Reservamos una suite de luxe con vistas al mar de 50m2 con dos estancias una de un dormitorio y otra con un salón. Al llegar, nos ofrecieron una habitación cuádruple con cuatro camas. Al decir que esa no era la habitación reservada nos dieron una habitación estándar con vistas laterales al mar y a una obra de ampliación del complejo con el ruido que esto ocasiona. Uno de los lados de la cama estaba contra la pared, por lo que dificultaba la salida de la cama a la persona que estuviera de ese lado. Al poco de llegar , al correr la cortina se nos cayó al suelo porque la barra donde estaba colgada no tenía tope. Bajamos a avisarlo pero ya no había nadie y tuvimos que dormir esa noche con una claridad que nos impidió dormir. La luz se fue en tres ocasiones en dos días, Como a las nueve de la noche allí no queda nadie no se puede bajar a preguntar qué pasa. El parking es bastante pequeño pero la mitad de él está ocupado por una gran barca del dueño. Por este motivo, casi todos los clientes deben aparcar fuera donde pueden. El hotel solo dispone de dos habitaciones vista al mar,el resto de habitaciones vista lateral. Uno de los lados da al parking con varios coches y la barca junto con material de la obra colindante. El otro lado del edificio tiene peor suerte porque da a la obra de ampliación del complejo, entrada de camiones permanentes, polvo y ruidos. El hotel nos cobró por adelantado la suite, no nos ha devuelto la diferencia por darnos una peor habitación y Booking a día de hoy tampoco ha dado respuesta. En la actualidad si pruebas a hacer una reserva en Booking siguen ofreciendo la misma suite de luxe con las mismas fotos que nosotros reservamos. Cuidado!!! esta habitación NO existe, ya no es así. En conclusión, creo que este alojamiento estará precioso con el tiempo pero a día de hoy es un auténtico caos. Si volvemos reservaremos seguro en algún hotel en el centro Vlore.

Wir waren absolut zufrieden für den Preis !

Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool und der Poolbar wertet das Hotel auf und macht es sehr gemütlich. Die Angestellten sind super freundlich und aufmerksam, tolle Gastfreundlichkeit! Auch dass es ein kleines Hotel und relativ weit oben gelegen ist, ist absolut vorteilhaft und angenehm. Man bekommt so von dem Baulärm im Ort nicht viel mit. (Es werden viele Hotels an der ganzen Küste Albaniens gebaut). Von der Dachterrasse aus sieht man herrliche Sonnenuntergänge. Zum Frühstück gab es unter Anderem immer einen schönen gefüllten Obstkorb.

Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, und Morgens unangenehmer Gulli Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Im Zimmer hat man nicht viel Platz zum Treten.
