A little disappointed

We can't find the exact words to express how terrible the service was. This was beyond rudeness..To start with: we have booked the room two weeks before the exact date of our vocations but they somehow have booked the room for someone else manually and when we got there all he said was: oh, I don't have a free room for you , you can cancel your reservation if you want.. Ofc we were frustrated, we have come a long way and all we wanted was the room we have reserved, for which we had already receiced a confirmation number. We were trying to have a normal conversation with the recepsionist to come to a solution but he started screaming and showed us the door. We were desperately looking for another hotel till he managed somehow to postpone another reservation and get a room for us. This was a total nightmare. However, the room was clean and the view was great. The breakfast was okay.

Quiet and relaxing.

The room was big enough for 4 persons, cleaning ok, food very delicious and breakfast ok(same every morning). The beach in front of the hotel with sunbeds and umbrella included in the price of room. A lot of restaurants a long the way next to the location. The owner very friendly and helpful even he didn't speak very well English.

Ideal place for a short break.

The place was a family business and you could feel they had put attention to details. The wooden elements and the many plants gave it a cozy feeling. The food was quite good and the staff very polite. The sea in this particular area ins't the best in the country, but it's pretty decent. On the other hand the proximity to the rexhina boat during the summer, gives you the option to explore the beaches in Karaburun and Sazan which on their end would rank among the best in Albania.

For a room that is advertised as deluxe I would have expected a bit more attention to cleanliness. Despite it being clean overall, there were several spider webs in the room and the shower cabin could use some deep cleaning or renovation. Also the music played in the beach bar was a bit noisy for my taste. But I guess that comes down to personal preferences.

Geweldige locatie, met super vriendelijke eigenaren!

Alles was zeer goed. De dochter van het Hotel zat bij de receptie en was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was netjes en schoon. De ligging was geweldig aan het strand. Op het strand waren genoeg lig bedden van het hotel. Voor de kids was er een pier waar ze vanaf kunnen springen. ‘s avonds hebben we bij het restaurant van het hotel gegeten en dit was heerlijk. Voor service en vriendelijkheid geven wij een 10.

Затишний готель з красивою доглянутою територією, що утопає в зелені та квітах. Номери з виглядом на море. Пляж близько, не переповнений, незважаючи на пік сезону, багато вільних шезлонгів. Привітний хазяїн та приємний персонал.

якщо у номері немає посуду, можна звернутися до хазяїна готелю, питання буде вирішене.

Pomocny właściciel!

Bardzo ładnie położony hotel z pięknym widokiem. Właściciel obiektu jest bardzo miłą osobą, która jest w stanie bezinteresownie pomóc w każdym momencie. Mieliśmy problem z oponą w naszym samochodzie. Po rozmowie z właścicielem hotelu pomógł on nam w każdym aspekcie, przez co mogliśmy udać się bezpiecznie w dalszą drogę!

W pokoju przydałby się kosz na śmieci. Łazienka mogłaby być delikatnie bardziej zmodernizowana.
