Formidable

The hotel is modern, clean and you have small markets nearby. They also have an underground parking which is perfect with the hot weather. The team is just awesome. Always smiling and willing to help you. I would recommend this hotel and thanks a lot to Giuli and the team! Big love from Belgium. Sakine 😍

Perfect!

The hotel was excellent – modern, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was top-notch: always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Guests have access to a pool and a private beach, which makes it the perfect place to relax and fully enjoy the holiday. It was our first time in Albania, but we already know it won’t be the last! We came back with beautiful memories and are extremely satisfied. We can truly recommend this place with a clear conscience :)

Terrible

The first day we arrived the room was cleaned but there were no towels only for the face, the lady working there told us I will bring them for you and she didn't bring them either. we had 1 chair on the terrace, she brought us another chair and she said I will bring you a table, so far there is no table, during my 8 days stay in the hotel it was terrible, the rooms were not cleaned every day, I had to ask for towels and toilet paper every time, the worst part was that I had to dry my face with toilet paper. When my room was cleaned it was done very quickly and the floor was always dirty. When they cleaned the rooms there was always something missing and that wasn't towels and toilet paper. I often had to ask for towels, it was so annoying, I had never experienced anything like that before. Since I travel, the staff that works there are constantly on their phones, drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes, and they don't seem professional. the person working behind the counter gave us a dirty look because we said to him how is it possible that we have to ask for towels every day, he was angry and he said my staff will bring it for you, that didn't happen either. I visit him more often. We were going to say that it does not feel nice to keep asking for towels and that the rooms have not been cleaned, we did not feel welcome there, during check-out he did not even look at us or greet us and did not wish us a good journey back.

Great location. Rooms small, but everything brand new. Breakfast was all right. The sea is beautiful and warm to swim in mid-May.

It's still low season, so beach was nothing like advertised. Not a single sunbed or parasol. Luckily, other hotel's beach was properly set up, and they kindly allowed us to use it, even though it was a private one for guests only. I mainly booked this hotel due to the beach photos, so a big disappointment.

this hotel is ok if you plan to spend very little time in the room

it was clean and the shower water pressure was good

the rooms and beds are very small, there is no storage space, only 1 pillow per bed, no hooks or places for soap and shampoo in the shower.

Exceptional

We strongly recommend the hotel. It was one of the best things that happened to us. As we said, people make a place! And here in A&G, work the right people with the great manager Lorenzo. Private beach, Private Parking, Great restaurant and menu, Great breakfast.

If you look at something luxurious outside the hotel, you need to understand where the hotel's located. You can find beautiful views and interesting activities but not a luxury :-)

Clean and very close to the sea

It looks like a hotel only for Italian citizens. They don't show anything about Albanian coocking or Albanina traditions. We asked for Albanina music but it was only possible on thursday. We did not feel good because the priority was for Italian citizens 😕

Everything. Very polite staff and wonderful hotel with easy access to the private beach, beautiful garden and breathtaking mountain view. I love my stay here and return every summer. Breakfast is delicious and the restaurant is perfect.

Nice environment, private beach. Stuff kind and professional

Size of the room was too small. Not enough shelves in the wardrobe and toilet for cosmetics and personal stuff. Missing water kettle and tea set/glasses. No coffee machine in the breakfast room.
