Nice hotel with excellent staff!

Staff was very responsive, meaning Alban :) The building is almost brend new and the sea view from the room was very nice. The room was comfortable and spacious, including bathroom.

Missing some small stuff like hangers for towels in the bathroom. Nothing major. Not related to the hotel, but be carefull crossing the street to the beach, we saw a lot of very fast drivers during our stay.

Very disappointed and not worth the price

The elevator was nice and the shower had good water pressure

Everything else was lacking. Specifically the false advertising. I booked 2 luxury rooms thinking it was in Vlore just off the main strip. But is is a 30 minute drive to the main Vlore beaches in a run down area and should have been titled a bed and breakfast not a luxury resort. The staff was unfriendly with many unusual rules including no food allowed in the rooms. The sheets had holes and the rooms were just standard motel style.

Most friendly place in Albania

It’s hard to find better staff than at this place. Wonderful location, calm place with a great little beach were sunbeds are included. The two guys that runs this place made our trip and were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was a good little buffet. The balcony with seaview was lovely. And the AC worked great. Don’t miss the bar on the beach. Also it was some great restaurants really close to the hotel.

I recommend everyone who comes to Vlore to definitely stay at this hotel. Owners are really great

extremely professional staff and cultured. Breakfast was excellent. The view from the room and the restaurant is excellent

amazing place to relax and have fun

We had the best days here. It’s a family owned hotel and we received the warmest welcome. The location is great and the sea is crystal clear. We also loved the breakfast, which was healthy and had various options. Our host Albano, gave us the best recommendations and honest tips. Overall, we loved our experience here and would definitely come back.

Breakfast was more than enough and the location is perfect., close to the beach. Our bedroom had a terrific view. the staff was friendly ready to help every time was need it.

The room was really nice and comfortable.

Knocking at our door each day from 9 am to organize the room. Even when the time frame for this was announced 10-14. Needed to rest and was impossible both nights. No option of 'No disturb'. There are many systems to tackle this, automatic or manual options. There was no food options at the hotel. From my perspective relationships quality price does not work.
