Only for the receptionist 😁

Everything was excellent, the breakfast was good, the beach was clean and tidy, the pool looks ok but we didn't try it 🙃 the staff was ok, except for the young new receptionist who saw us off, she was beautiful, kind (I hope that the next time we come she will meet us and see us off) 😉☺️

The only thing is that it is a little further from the setalist Vlora 🫩

Just perfect!

I liked everything honestly. The rooms, they were so clean and comfortable; the pool was nice, the beach was so easy to access just in front of the hotel; the restaurant was really good. The receptionists were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. I really appreciate them helping me surprise my mom for her birthday!

Wonderful hotel with beautiful beach and great staff

The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The beach was absolutely beautiful. The beach bar and the restaurant offered a wide selection, and the food tasted really good. The reception staff and the waiters were very friendly and helpful. I would choose this Hotel again.

Everything I needed for a proper vacation!

Wow! Let me start by saying I was absolutely blown away by my entire visit to Albania. As a first-time traveler there, it was an unforgettable experience. For me, it always comes down to the people who help you along the way—and in this case, the staff at Tris3 made all the difference. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and my room faced the beach, gifting me with stunning sunrise and sunset views. But what truly stood out was the hospitality. I want to specifically mention two staff members, Ira and Anna. From the moment I booked, Ira reached out to ensure everything was coordinated for a smooth arrival. She thoughtfully provided an ideal itinerary and guidance on how best to get around. Toward the end of my stay, Anna played an equally pivotal role in making my departure just as seamless. Without their support, my trip would have been far more stressful. My advice to fellow travelers: Stay at Tris3 not only for the beautiful accommodations, but for the staff who genuinely go above and beyond to make your experience exceptional.

Probably A Great Place in 3+ years

The place is nice and new. The caretaker is amazing. He is kind and always on top of fixing the place. The location was great, calm location. Great beach access.

Getting a room key was hard. They provide one and if you forget it, they just come with you to your room. Room service was questionable at best. We had to ask to get our room cleaned daily. The cups were left dirty in the sink so we just cleaned them ourselves. For breakfast they served us left over cake from a 7 year olds birthday party from the day before. A breakfast you pay for might I add... It was all, interesting.

Such potential to be a great place but let down by bad attitudes of some staff . Good management comes from the top.

One reception lady was helpful when we had issues and she is really trying her best. Thank you. We had 2 rooms, but was a part of a group of 10 people, with 5 rooms in total. Clean rooms. A nice shop down the rd and some good local restaurants in the area. Beach nice. Hotel is on a busy rd, but it wasn’t noisy just abit hard to cross the rd at times . No footpath , improvements are being made in the area for the infrastructure so will make this a positive.

Poor health and safety around the pool, no pool service for drinks. Unhelpful staff in restaurant, food took ages for lunch to arrive. Breakfast not of good international standard or food safety standards Music playing until very late at night, which is disturbing to our sleep. Not allowed to bring your own water in , but there wasn’t a shop on site to buy anything. Have been to 50 countries , have stayed in plenty hotels, resorts around the world and have never been stopped for this. Staff and owners need some training on what good customer service is and how to go the extra mile for your paying guests’. The hotel will reply to my review making excuses instead of looking at the issues and fixing them to make it a better place as it has potential.

Would not recommend they have a lot of maintenance and training to do before they accept guests

Proximity to the beach was good and the room was clean Lovely restaurants close by

FALSE ADVERTISING They didn’t have a lot of the things they said they did. No bathrobe No microwave No hot water for showers-I had one hot shower in 3 days No security safe- we asked about it they said it would come the next day but never arrived No clothes rack to dry swimsuits - they said the room size didn’t have one so they shouldn’t have ticked it No facecloths or vanity kit so had to wash makeup off with hand towel No tissues Shower rose squirted in all different directions Very noisy music up till midnight and starting again at 7am Black granite stairs very slippery and no contrasting nosing strip - very dangerous and a piece of glass missing from the balustrade and no handrail Pool tiles very slippery Swallows nesting all over the property so poolside is covered in bird poo every evening They are under construction but we still had to pay full price I walked on wet concrete when I crossed the road and got yelled at- there were no signs or cordoning off. I was happy to be wearing cheap flip flops which were ruined They were very forceful to pay cash on arrival and not card even though there was nothing on booking.com to say so No food covers at breakfast nor food on ice so flies were buzzing all over the meat and I found a hair in my cheese Not allowed to bring water into the property but there is no minibar or information in the room about purchasing water

Локація: готель знаходиться трохи далі від міста, але в цьому ми знайшли тільки плюс, тому що навкруги дуже спокійно та тихо. При бажанні машиною можна доїхати до центра міста за 15 хвилин. Власний пляж: 20 метрів від входу в готель і ви потрапляєте на власний пляж готелю зі зручними лежаками, чистим входом у воду, у літній період ймовірно там ще працює бар. Пляж мікс гальки та піску, дуже приємний. Сніданки: усе було смачно, якість продуктів чудова. Можливо, комусь не вистачить різноманіття, але стандартний сніданковий набір можна зʼїсти. Кава також смачна ;) Номер: новий, якісні меблі, зручний матрас, великий, на балконі є меблі та сушилка для одягу. Чистота: прибирали кожен день, заміна рушників також кожен день. Персонал: дуже привітний, в кінці відпочинку прощалися дуже приємно.

Матраси на шезлонгах на пляжі потребують чистки/заміни. Думаю, що на наступний сезон усе буде зроблено:)

Personal Top, leider der Rest ENTTÄUSCHEND😥!

Die Mitarbeiter sind und waren das Herzstück des Hotels, obwohl man meist immer das Gefühl hatte das sie zu wenig besetzt sind, haben sie das Beste daraus gemacht, die Zimmer waren ganz Ordentlich

Dann fang ich mit dem Frühstück an das noch so OK war, obwohl das Hotel erst im 2. Jahr ist war vieles noch nicht fertig(Garage) z.B. die Umgebung von Hotel war eine reine Bsustelle, man konnte nicht einmal einen Gedanken daran verlieren einen Spaziergang zu machen, nicht einmal eine Dusche am Strand oder am Pool gab es, der Pool war Eiskalt , Vlora Stadtzenttum meiner Meinung nach mit 12 km zuweit, und das schlimmste war die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen, da gabs gleich garnicht außer ein paar Kameras, jeder hatte und hat Zugriff und Zutritt ins Hotel, zum Pool zum Strand, wer mit diesen ganzen Sachen leben kann, kann es nur für das nette und hilfsbereite Personal gerne buchen.

Problème d’odeur dans la salle de bain Manque de rangement dans la chambre surtout pour un long séjour, d’un étendoir sur la balcon pour faire sécher les affaires de plage ou de piscine Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus varié et avec du jus d’orange frais Dommage que la fontaine à eau ne soit disponible que pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner Pas beaucoup de snack pour une pause gourmande à 4h ou en sortie de plage

Détente absolue !

Chambres confortables, modernes avec une agréable terrasse privative et vue mer. Piscine, transats sur la plage juste de l’autre côté de la rue. Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux. Petit déjeuner qui a ravi les enfants et très bien de pouvoir le prendre en terrasse. Plein de restaurants aux alentours et Vlore à 20 minutes en voiture

Travaux aux alentours, ce qui n’a pas posé de pb de bruit (pas actifs pendant notre séjour) mais les trottoirs et environnement sont en chantier.

Essen, Pool und Strandlage waren sehr gut, jedoch war das Personal unfreundlich und der Frühstücksservice enttäuschend.

Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend, besonders zum Abendessen. Der Pool war sehr schön und gut gepflegt, und der Strand lag nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Leider war das Personal insgesamt sehr unfreundlich, kein Begrüßen, kein Lächeln, kein Willkommen. Das Frühstück sollte laut Angabe ab 7:30 Uhr bereitstehen, war jedoch an jedem Tag erst gegen 8:15 Uhr vollständig aufgebaut. Das Buffet war zudem recht klein und daher schnell leer, und das Nachfüllen verlief sehr schleppend. Die Tische am Morgen waren nicht eingedeckt, es gab keinen netten Empfang, der den Start in den Tag angenehmer gemacht hätte. Sehr schade, so fühlte man sich leider nicht willkommen.

Mükemmel konaklama, kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz.

Otelin manzarası ve plajı harikaydı, personel çok nazik ve güler yüzlüydü. Odamız temiz ve rahattı. Daha uzun kalmak isterdik ancak odalar tamamen doluydu, bu yüzden sadece 1 gece kalabildik. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz.

Aslında beğenmediğimiz hiçbir şey yoktu, her şey mükemmeldi.

Très belle hôtel certes un peu loin de la ville, mais avec le gros plus d'avoir en plus de la piscine, une plage privée, juste en traversant la route 😉 le petit déjeuner est correct, et les chambres très bien, alors qu'attendez vous pour réserver ?!

La laxisme des employés pour ouvrir la salle du petit déjeuner a l'heure.....prévu a partir de 7h30, prêt a 8h10....

Hôtel calme, propre et bien équipé, la plage privée avec transat, la piscine immense, le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié, le parking couvert et le personnel à l'écoute.

Les abords de l'hôtel pas toujours très propres. Le tarif élevé des cocktails (7€50 un mojito, 4€50 le verre de vin blanc en cubis).
