Nice place to stay for a group of up to 4 people. Very convenient to use buses towards the town center but not close to

The rooms were very comfortable size wise. Kitchen well equipped. Nice bit bathrooms and living room.

The carpet was quite dirty and the door of the kitchen's "balkony" could not be locked.

It was near ish to shops , I think a bus service ran outside. It was quiet

I asked for early check in assuming we had it booked flights etc. Told just before we flew we couldn’t have it. We landed with kids and bags and nowhere to go. Felt like I had to beg to be allowed to just drop our bags. When we got into the apartment it was really dirty. Grubby , sticky floors , dirty mirrors, hairs in the shower, stains in the sink on the counter and in the sink the bin was dirty and stank. Cobwebs on the walls I could go on. We had to clean to make it some way comfortable and by the time it was all said and done the first day was gone and we were wrecked going into the second day. Paid too much money for this. Informed the owners the reply was not much of a sorry.

So neat and clean! The location and parking situation were perfect for us. We felt lucky to have booked it when we did given how busy and booked everything in Edinburgh was at the time!

The location is okay. In practice, it is about 20 minutes drive to the Edinburgh centres. There are many supermarkets nearby, so it is quite convenient for a long stay.

If you will need to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, it could be very noisy to leave the window open. The traffic at night may not be as quiet as you might think. The accommodation is situated on a main road.

Clean and comfortable. Pods for the dishwasher and washing machine were provided. Accessible to transportation and supermarket. Also just a short journey to town.

Nice and comfortable stay. Ideal party number may be four rather than six.

Neat and tidy. Easy to communicate with the host with prompt replies. Check in was easy and instructive. Close and easy transportation by bus, walking distance. Kitchen was well equipped.

Cozy apartment with 3 separate rooms and 2 restrooms and a kitchen in a silent area, has all necessary equipment, easy reachable by public transport or car, shop is nearby.

Consumables are not so great and we're missed some types completely. Some enhancement can be made by beds and locking way.

Everything was super good the stay and it was super furnished and all what we need was available in the flat Very clean and tidy it exceed our expectations 👍👍💗💗💗💗 and if we visit Edinburgh next time we'll stay there again and again 😀 I'll recommend for my friends and family It was sooooo excellent thanks 💗💗

Nice apartment on the outskirts of Edinburgh, ideal for a short stay

Location was nice and quiet but quite a way from the centre although the buses ran just outside the property so excellent service. The beds were comfortable and the area was nice. Great to have private parking too.

Edinburgh is a beautiful scenic city with much to offer and it was nice to be able to go back to the apartment and relax

Lots of space for our family to relax and two bathrooms was a bonus. The apartment was a quick walk to the bus stop so easy access to everything Edinburgh has to offer.

Exceptional

The flat was lovely with all necessary facilities, it was also very silent and calm. Garry and Ann were very friendly and provided us with all necessary information and support (e.g. for the parking). The surroundig areas are perfect for running/walking (national cycle route 75 is quite close). There are plenty of large shops nearby as well (e.g. large Asda and Sainsburys). The distance to the city center is quite close if using a bus.

Overall it was a good experience

Location is very convenient for traveling. Bus stop is just across the road and tram is just few stops away.

Coffee maker wasn’t working in the kitchen and it’s bit disappointing, and the first day we didn’t have shower gel in the bathroom, but after informing we got a quick reply and was sorted the next day which could have done before we could check in. If you have a free storage area that would really help people like us in the future. After checkout we had pay for all luggages at the bus station as our bus to London was in the night.

Very good and clean accommodation

Spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped. Bathrooms were very clean. Very good value for money. Dog friendly as well which was great.

Not a massive issue for us but the property was quite far from the city centre, which meant we had to get the bus / taxis to travel in each day.

it was a very clean house and there was provision for everything needed to cook, wash and be very comfortable in the accommodation, Ann was very helpful from the first day we got in and the booklet provided was definitely a help, will definitely stay here again if I’m in Edinburgh!
