Property was very nice, clean and well presented
The surrounding properties don’t give the best first impression, however this is something to overlook as it can’t be helped and does not take away from how friendly all the people were in the area

The apartment is modern, spacious, clean and very comfortable for our group of 5. It has lovely interiors and good value for money. It is walking distance to the Palace & Arthur's seat.
The sink in the bathroom of the ensuite bedroom is tiny hence difficult to use. The station and bus stop are not very close by. It is located on 2nd floor with no elevator. It may be difficult for older people especially with luggage

Appartamento in posizione abbastanza centrale di Edimburgo con servizi adeguati, camere spaziose disposte su due piani. Posto tranquillo e sicuro ad una distanza accettabile a piedi (10 minuti) dal royal mile e dal centro.
Aspetto esteriore dell'appartamento che sembra molto abbandonato e degradato, una forte puzza nell'ingresso del palazzo, segno di scarsa pulizia e manutenzione. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano e non è presente un ascensore difficoltoso da raggiungere con i bagagli.
