The apartment is modern, spacious, clean and very comfortable for our group of 5. It has lovely interiors and good value for money. It is walking distance to the Palace & Arthur's seat.
The sink in the bathroom of the ensuite bedroom is tiny hence difficult to use. The station and bus stop are not very close by. It is located on 2nd floor with no elevator. It may be difficult for older people especially with luggage

Diese Wohnung ist wirklich der Hammer. 2 Etagen - unten Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer, oben 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Ein Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad (durch eine Schiebetür getrennt). Perfekt für Familien. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und nett. Parken ist kostenlos in einem naheliegenden Parkhaus möglich. Zum Ausladen kann man kurz auf der Straße stehen. Das Haus selbst und das Treppenhaus ist nicht sehr ansprechend, aber die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Wir haben uns auch sicher und wohl gefühlt. In 3 Minuten ist man an der Royal Mile im Zentrum. Achtung: man muss das Gepäck 2 Stockwerke hochtragen. Aussicht direkt zum Arthur's Seat. Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier wohnen.
Die Hausverwaltung sollte das Gebäude von außen und im Treppenhaus sanieren. Aber das können die Vermieter der Wohnung leider nicht beeinflussen.

Lejligheden var pæn og ren, og der manglede intet. Responderende værter. Tæt på Royal Mile og Arthurs seat, samt på Princes Street. Gåafstand til andre seværdigheder.
Man fik indtryk af, at lejlighedskomplekset lå i lidt af et slumkvarter. Der lugtede af cannabis hver gang, man gik ud og ind af lejligheden, og ind imellem kom cannabis lugt også ind gennem brevsprækken. Opgangen i lejligheden var snusket og der lugtede af urin nede i gangen. Vi så også en død rotte i opgangen
