I enjoyed and loved my stay

Everything was spot on. It has plenty choices of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic and it has all sorts of cereals for breakfast. It has everything you need to make a meal. I spent nice time in the jacuzzi. The property was clean and looks really good

The property was perfect for our needs, 15 mins to the town centre, Maggie was a perfect host, and the extra which were left were a great touch, milk, bread, cheese, Ham, and some drinks, such a nice touch,

Nothing we didn’t like. However it is very bright early in the morning, black out curtains might be a good idea. Also maybe instructions regarding recycling, or which bin to use. Otherwise thank you for having us 😁

Clean house, calm area and amazing host

This is it! A clean house in a alm area. Not close to city centre, but bus stop around the corner. And really easy to take an Uber. Close to Lidl (5 min walk). The best of all: Maggie, the owner. She is kind and attentive and she always communicated well with us. Maggie tries to honor all your requests. We had an early check in and late check out. This place is all you want. Everything you need: nice beds, spacious, good shower. The house is fully furnished: everything you can think off and more: you don’t have to bring anything! All the cabinets and cupboards are filled: you can use it all. A home away from home. So comfortable. For entertainment: disney dvd’s, PS4, Arcade. Lots of extras as a welcome basket, a variety of drinks. We expected a wee welcome basket, but the fridge was stocked and we received groceries. And for our celebration: a cake, flowers, prosecco and ballons: so nice! Maggie: thank you for everything.

During the Fringe festival the prices go through the roof, so this apartment was also expensive as expected.

The place was absolutely perfect for our five person family. The bed were great and the hot tube was perfect after a long day of traveling around Edinburgh

Best stay ever !

What a place! Apartment was extremaly clean and designed with a great taste. Fridge was full with everything what we needed. There were all food essentials like salt, sugar even jam, bread and cereals. We absolutely loved our host Maggie who went beyond of our expectations. Amazing contact, great help and birthday treat in a room ❤️ Location was very close to all attraction and rooms were huge! Neighbours were also very friendly ❤️ it wasn't our first time in Edinburgh but from now on we only will book this place when staying! We loved every minute, thank you for having us! ❤️

Very cosy, well maintained and nicely decorated apartment, my family enjoyed it a lot. Jacuzzi and game console were a lot of fun. And thank you Maggie for the welcome package, very appreciated!

Note that to go to the city center, one needs to take a bus. But the bus stop is around the corner, so not a big deal.

The property is well maintained and Maggie, the hostess, made arrangements for groceries, snacks and weekly cleanings. She gave excellent restaurant recommendations.

There was no automatic clothes dryer but multiple drying racks and a clothesline was available and easily accessible.

What an amazing host. Perfect apartment for our grown-up family of 7. The added touches by Maggie are perfect. Just over a 5 min walk to the bus stop that takes you straight in to the City Centre. I'd highly recommend staying and we would stay here again

Everything. It was a perfect place to stay. Host was exceptional, she really did make us feel welcome. Going the extra mile for our whole stay. Easy access to the property. Clear instructions which were communicated well. Fully, and I mean fully equipped stay, I brought stuff I didn't need at all which are not usually or expected to be provided. Comfortable bedrooms, and washing facilities. Super clean. Easy use for Ubers, and close to main bus routes. Parking on a drive Great hot tub area, a little over looked. But that's me being fussy. Certainly didn't stop me from using it. House kept beautifully warm and cosy.

Family weekend

Well appointed apartment, clean and comfortable throughout. Owners where available quickly for any questions we had. We had birthday celebrations and on arrival we were greeted with prosecco, a balloon and cake. Lovely touches throughout with sweets and drinks in every room. Fridge and cupboards well stocked so we didn't need to rush to the shops. Weather stopped us making use of the hot tub but we will back and will definitely take advantage next time. Toys available for the little ones to play with of which they enjoyed and the games machine was also well used. Great location with easy access bus routes in to the city. Can't fault it, thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely flat very recommended for families with little ones

The host was available for help and for any question. The flat was spotless, the bedding looks nice and smell nice too. The neighbors are nice, one of them gave my kids sweeties!

Every little detail had been thought of, all the small touches made a huge difference. Lovely host, beautifully appointed place and exceptionally well looked after. Close to the airport, city and shops etc. Well definitely be back!

Nothing, we fed back to the owner that the blinds let more light in than we'd be used to at home but she already has plans to change that. Highly recommend this place, definitely the better choice out of the options we found online!

Stylish flat and a wonderfully attentive host!

This is a beautifully decorated and stylish flat. A huge amount of care had been taken to provide for us, including a balloon and cake for my husband’s birthday and toys for my daughter. The breakfast pack provided was extremely generous too. The owner’s communication was good and I found her to be extremely helpful. A lovely stay - thank you!

Although the flat is quite centrally located and within east drive to many attractions, it is in a run down area.

Stunning home in an excellent location with a lovely host

An absolutely stunning house. one of the best we have ever stayed in. The host Maggie was absolutely wonderful and was so kind to leave me a balloon and cake as well as a bottle of cava when I told her I was celebrating my 40th birthday. Everything in the house is just beautiful and looks brand new and feels like complete luxury. The kids absolutely loved the treats Maggie left and my 7 year old especially loved the yellow swivel chair in the bedroom so much that I am now looking for one to buy for our own home. The robot hoover was also fascinating for the kids. Big screen Tv with Netflix and you tube was just perfect as well as a sound bar, although I was conscious of the neighbours so we kept the sound down. Everything had been thought of and we didn’t need to bring anything as Maggie had kindly left us milk, bread, bacon and eggs and cheese and there was even cereal and painkillers in the cupboard! The only downside was that there was a shared garden with the upstairs property but we didn’t even see the neighbours at all. I was just a bit conscious I didn’t want the kids disturbing them but it was no issue really as it’s in such a great location for Edinburgh so we didn’t really go into the garden anyway. Overall a wonderful house. Maggie you should be proud of what you’ve done with it as it’s just beautiful! can’t fault anything! thanks so much for everything.

One of the best I have stayed so far, well equipped, good quality bedding , coffee machine with Lavazza beans was great start of the day. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and made sure we got there safely. private driveway was a bonus.

Maggie couldn’t do enough for us. So caring and welcoming. Lovely care package provided with milk, bread, eggs, bacon and cheese. Had toys and books for the children and little treats which they loved! The whole place was so clean and welcoming. Wonderful powerful shower and comfy sofas. The location was great for picking up groceries and close proximity to Edinburgh . Fantastic to have this home from home for us all to relax and an added bonus of a driveway too. Would recommend to family and friends and would stay here again.
