The location was good enough, away from the city centre, the rooms were clean.
It was a bit noisy, we could hear the neighbors upstairs and a party outside the house Saturday evening. Plus we were not aware that there are multiple entrances so it took us a while to figure out how to get in.

Very quiet so get a good night sleep., great location with plenty of parking space. Short walk to the bus stop to get the bus into Edinburgh city.
5mins drive to Cramond beach for a lovely walk across the Cramond causeway which highly recommend.

Quiet location with good facilities such as kettle toaster & TV with good wifi.
Good supply of shower gel, shampoo & conditioner etc
We were a group of 4, 1 of the rooms on ground floor was fine however the other room the bed was so uncomfortable and carpets were very dirty.
Heating instructions not clear and shower did not work for duration of our stay.
