The home was quite basic and had recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms. It seemed renovations in the master bedroom hadn't been completed when we stayed. The hosts had provided a letter that was full of instructions and tips about the area for food etc. It had access to a backyard and convenient parking in front of the house and a bus stop nearby.
The stairs were very steep and the front door could only be locked with a key when inside, there was no other way of locking. In the time of an emergency and you are unable to find the one key you are provided with, there is no other quick way out of the home as it is on the first floor, this should be addressed.

Spacious clean very comfortable excellent incidental items. Attention to detail is very good.
Front yard, garden and entrance not welcoming. Stairs are steeper than the norm.

We stayed for one night to get to the airport the next day. The apartment was on a direct bus line (number 17) to the airport, which was convenient.
The look of the interior is quite nice but it is all a bit old now and just about clean enough. The location worked out for us as the apartment is a short walk from the bus stop which is on a direct line to the airport, but the area isn't great. Luckily we only stayed for one night. Probably better for younger travellers
