Frans Place

Frans is a fantastic host ! He's very thoughtful, flexible and knowledgeable too :) We felt at home, we could use the kitchen (which is well equiped) and common area as we wished. The room and the rest of the apartment was super clean, beautiful and quiet. The neighborhood is easily accessible with multiple buses to get to the city centre. We knew we wanted to hike after our stay at Edinburgh and Frans was eager to help us choose a great hiking point ! Thank you again for this amazing stay, we'll be sure to book with you next time we come !

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and incredibly quiet, which made it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Edinburgh.

This was a lovely stay! Fran is a wonderful host. He’s very knowledgeable of the area and super accommodating. The room is beautiful and you get to be in a proper home so it’s comfortable and spacious. And by far the best value for money!

The place is a bit far from the center, but there are several buses that does go into the city center. We also had a car and it was quite easy to get into the city. On the other hand place is really close to the coast and a couple other beautiful gems you might not generally see if you were just going for the city center.
