Very well located for murrayfield which was the purpose of our trip but I thought expensive for two nights.

All together we can manage.but not worth for the money we paid.

Breakfast not included.we did our own.

Toilet & bathroom together for 4people little bit congested.while leaving we have to clear the bin away& linen removing etc.nobody will ask to clear the same.

The apartment was quite well appointed and because of the detailed instructions we did not have trouble finding the keys and accessing even though there wasn't any physical person to show around. Cleanliness was very good inside the apartment.

The entrance to the building block was shoddy to say the least.

Nice apartment. Clean, comfortable, everything you want really. Easy to get tram into central areas. Great communications with owners made everything easy.

Clean, comfy and modern

The hosts have a preference for their guests, and ask for no gatherings after a time, no smoking etc etc. I was able to book the room prior to knowing this, and received a message asking me to cancel if I was not their suited guest after confirming booking. This would have meant losing money if I had to cancel, so be aware of this and maybe contact them first if you are unsure.

Breakfast was not included…however kitchen facilities are good enough wherein you can prepare your breakfast well.

Building entrance could had been much better…it is very old building and staircase also needs immediate repair.

Good bits: Location is good but so many roadworks nearby which can consume a lot of time going from A to B. Overall it was a quiet apartment with all basic necessities.

Not so good bits: First impressions were of this place were good but overall it was just an average place to stay. Not worth the price. There is no lock on the toilet door. Bedsheets had a weird smell to them, they weren’t washed. One of the pillows had black stains. Sofabed in the living room was filthy underneath, had smoked cigarette butts and lots of filth. It says in the listing there is free parking on the street but what it doesn’t say is that finding a parking spot there is like winning a lottery. We had to park 2 streets down which has very inconvenient with my 7 months pregnant wife. The floor level of the flat is inclined, going from bedroom to living room feels like you’re walking downhill. Reminds me to typsy walks after a boozy night.
