Bright and spacious. Easy parking with ground floor access. Warm and informative welcome from our host. Very comfortable beds and pillows with plenty of hot water for showers.
Very well positioned on bus routes into town and for the airport.
Lack of kitchen facilities could be limiting for a longer stay but worked fine for a weekend. The host provided ample cutlery, glasses and crockery with a mini fridge to allow simple ‘no cook’ catering.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Edinburgh. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious layout and the beautiful entrance, which made a great first impression.
The house itself was spotless and very clean, with a real focus on comfort throughout. The beds were incredibly comfy, making it easy to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city.
The location is great – easy to get to from both the airport and the train station, and with excellent transport links into the city centre. Whether we wanted to walk or take public transport, everything was very convenient.
A special mention has to go to Paula, who was absolutely fantastic. Her communication before and after our stay was excellent, and she really went over and above to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Her attention to detail and thoughtful touches didn’t go unnoticed.
Would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Edinburgh – highly recommended!

It was very comfortable, bright and welcoming. Free parking is a big bonus
No kitchen. Not a deal breaker as there was tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster and fridge.
