It was an extraordinary stay,starting from the very helpfull recommendations from Paula what to visit in Edinburgh,untill the last day when we were allowed to keep our luggages in ap untill late afternoon.We enjoyed this villa and felt like real Scotish inside! Villa is situated in really nice area,and 7 min walking to the Murayf.stadium. Also,bus station is only few minutes walking.

Host met us and oriented us to the property which was lovely. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood yet accessible to the city bus and tram. Paula tidied up for us once during our stay which was unexpected but lovely. Paula is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this booking.
There wasn't a clear indication on the property description in Booking.com that there wasn't a kitchen which was the only slightly disappointing part. Had several other adults review the description to make sure it wasn't something I'd overlooked. However, Paula has done a fabulous job setting up a table with tea/coffee, plates/utensils, toaster, cutting board and minifridge. This allowed us to at least have a light breakfast at the rental.

This is a stunning apartment, with lovely big rooms and beds. It was very comfortable, with thoughtful touches like electric blankets and tea cakes! The location was absolutely perfect for Murrayfield stadium, and we enjoyed having the nice pub and cafes close by. Paula was very helpful and flexible with the check in and out. Really nice to have a bath too, not just a shower.

Bright and spacious. Easy parking with ground floor access. Warm and informative welcome from our host. Very comfortable beds and pillows with plenty of hot water for showers.
Very well positioned on bus routes into town and for the airport.
Lack of kitchen facilities could be limiting for a longer stay but worked fine for a weekend. The host provided ample cutlery, glasses and crockery with a mini fridge to allow simple ‘no cook’ catering.
