Traveller Award Winner 2024 - Edinburgh Apartment with 3 Beds

Conveniently located to everything! 1.3 miles to Castle and Royal Mile, next to excellent organic grocers. I kept in contact with the property owner and they turned the apartment quickly so we could check in a little early. Washer and dryer were available too. Dont pay the prices to stay nearer to the castle, this property is perfect for people who like to walk around and see all Edinburgh has to offer. Taxi rides were about £12 to get to the Royal mile. Go see the Scottish History Museum, it’s free and we’ll worth your time! Go see Uta at her store Jooolz for excellent jewelry. Don’t spend your at the stores on the Royal mile as 42 of 45 stores are owned by the same family!

If I had no ne thing I’d change it would be the squeaky floors. But I’m nitpicking, it’s not that big of a deal

Very convenient for trip to Murrayfield. Free parking round the corner. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds

A couple of minor issues which we reported.

Clean, well furnished, nice apartment.

Upstairs neighbor woke early (430 am) and argued loudly with his partner on several occasions, easily heard. This made for disruptive, uneasy, unsettling experience making us feel less safe in an otherwise safe enough appearing neighborhood. Apartment nicer than building.
