Comfortable property in a great location with good facilities for a family

Excellent location, spacious rooms , comfy beds, great to have all 3 bedrooms with an en-suite. Kitchen small but functional with good facilities.

Great to house to stay with family or friends

The house was lovely, offering a great range of rooms and space. It is perfect for families or friends who want a cozy place to stay. It was very easy to get to the center of the city too. We all liked our stay.

Sometimes the heating was a bit low. It could've been warmer in the rooms.

Felt safe, warm and homely.

Upmarket, beautiful, quiet residential area. Each bedroom had a beautifully modern en-suite, and there was a toilet downstairs. The lounge dining area were adjoined and the place was so warm and comfortable.

We could have done with more glasses and mugs but not a problem, I just can’t think of anything else. Certainly wouldn’t stop us from going again.

Great place to stay.

Great location. Good little kitchen and generous tea and coffee supplies and washing machine. Excellent curtains and bed and shower.

TV’s were a little uncomfortable to watch as do high on the wall. Little confusion finding door of property as located on side of building and not main door. Little bit of spot cleaning needed in dining room on carpet.

Excellent place to stay with family, had all the necessary equipment and very clean and spacious, host was very helpful, informative and prompt in responding. Highly recommended for any tour or work trip stay

Nothing , all good , just one bit of suggestions before winter comes - the main door bottom part in not sealed - so in winter may have cold wind come in - for us it was not an issue at n September , hence no dislike from us 😇

Very spacious, convenient, fully stacked house. Every utility that you could think of is available in this place! Short drive away from the city centre! Hassle free check-in and communication was crisp and clear.

The House was amazing!! Parking a car is bit tricky. We faced a little bit of issue. Other than that rating it a 10/10!

Toilet in bedroom not flushing downstairs no heating it was freezing tried to contact someone with the number provided no one has got back to us yet also tv not working to pay £700 and not warm was not good

There was an ensuite for each bedroom. This is a very comfortable apartment. It had parking facilities. it had very comfortable beds even in the twin room and spacious bedrooms. it had a very small but serviceable kitchen.

no coffee machine. dining room only seated 4 people. otherwise extremely comfortable apartment

Large very comfortable annexe. Location ideal for short commute to central attractions. Off street parking.

Kitchen utensils were very few for a self- catering family, and dining table only seats four, which doesn't work for a five person family.

المنزل نظيف ومرتب وفيه هدوء ممتاز ، دورات المياه نظيفة وفيها جميع مستلزماتها والغرف نظيفة ومرتبة والأسرة مريحة ونظيفة المطبخ أيضاً نظيف ويوجد فيه كل المستلزمات ، وأعجبني أنهم وضعوا مكان مخصص لبقايا الطعام غير عن مكان النفايات المضيف متعاون لآخر لحظة للوصول يتواصل بالرسائل والاتصال حتى يتأكد من وقت تواجدنا ويشرح لنا طريقة الوصول

مكان المنزل يحتاج سيارة للوصول إلى سينتر إدنبرة سيكون صعب التنقل إلا إذا كنت ترغب أن يكون آخر محطة لك قبل السفر لتسترخي في المنطقة حيث أنه بجانب السكن حديقة كبيرة جميلة جداً ايضاً لايوجد بالقرب من السكن أي سوبرماركت ولا أي شيء قريب الأفضل ان تشتري احتياجاتك وتحضرها معك ،

Nie spodziewałem się takiego komfortu przy takiej cenie . Pokoje czyste każdy z własną łazienką . Niedaleko centrum ale jak masz swój samochód . Wygodne luzka tv w każdym pokoju, jedyne co to tv w salonie był nie do końca sprawny ale dało się żyć Max gwiazdek na 100%

Para repetir sin duda.

Esta ubicado en una zona residencial a unos 10 minutos andando de zonas comerciales, cafeterías, bus y a unos 35 minutos de la OldTown, ademas puedes coger el Bus por unas 5Libras con viajes ilimitados durante todo el día. La casa tiene todas las comodidades necesarias, habitaciones grandes todas con baño y tiene también lavavajillas aunque no lo indica en la web. Los dueños muy pendientes y amables con comunicación por Whatsapp cosa que puede facilitar la comunicación en caso de no tener un ingles fluido. A unos 25 minutos del aeropuerto, cogimos un Bolt XL por unas 35 libras

Todo fue bien nos gusto la casa, la ubicación, trato y por poner algún punto de mejora una cafetera de capsulas estaría bien.

Gute Lage in einem Villenviertel. Wohnung in einem Anbau einer großen Villa. 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder, neu renoviert. Küche mit guter Ausstattung , sehr bemühtes Personal. Netter Eigentümer.
