Easy access into Edinburgh
We liked that it was close to the tram station. We stayed so that we could go to the Christmas market. It was ideal for that. We’d potential stay again for the was of getting into Edinburgh. Plenty of in street parking.
Every effort has been made to make the place look presentable but you had to be careful that drawers weren’t pulled out too far in the kitchen or pull the curtains closed too quickly as the pole in the living area slides out of the anchor point. Oh and the smell of ‘weed’ being smoked in the flat above was of putting as we were leaving at 10am.

Great location for going to Murrayfield, Haymarket and the West End! Warm, comfortable with a small functional kitchen! Parking outside the front door. Jinwin is a very communicative and reliable host.
The shower was hot with good pressure, but quite small.

Honest tidy place, lovely cookies tea milk. clean kitchen and bathroom. Bedding very comfy and soft, slept like a log. Excellent value for money. Close to Murrayfield stadium (14 min walk) shop and tram to centre in 20 min.
