Convenient location for both tram and bus stops.
The property was clean and very well equipped.
The mattress in the front bedroom was very firm and also the sofa/sofa bed in the living room was very firm so both not very comfortable to sit/sleep on.

We liked that it was close to the tram station. We stayed so that we could go to the Christmas market. It was ideal for that. We’d potential stay again for the was of getting into Edinburgh. Plenty of in street parking.
Every effort has been made to make the place look presentable but you had to be careful that drawers weren’t pulled out too far in the kitchen or pull the curtains closed too quickly as the pole in the living area slides out of the anchor point. Oh and the smell of ‘weed’ being smoked in the flat above was of putting as we were leaving at 10am.

* literies de basse qualités, oreillers inutiles
* morceaux de bois qui retiennent le sommier
* cabine de douche ridicule
* poignée d’une porte de chambre hs obligé de mettre le verrou
* scotch qui retiennent les tringles à rideaux …
