A quiet, sunny and convenient top floor penthouse apartment. Newly renovated - modern vintage, with a massive shower & heated bathroom floors with hardwood floors throughout the rest of the flat.

Located just 5 minutes walk from Haymarket Train Station and central to the vibrant Dalry restaurant scene. Very convenient to town - a short walk to the Castle or Meadows.

Comes with a large double bed in the bedroom and also includes a comfortable double sofa bed in the beautiful living room.

The apartment is lovely. Its in a very quiet neighborhood, conveniently away from tourists. There is a bus stop just around the corner, so you can easily get to the highlights of the city in a few minutes. The place is comfortable, it was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated, the Wi-Fi works Ok, the kitchen is well equiped for a short stay. There is a supermarket around the corner, and you can find lot of stores and restaurants near by.Radek and Marine are great hosts, very quick with their responses so the communication with them was excellent. They gave us in advance all the necessary instructions for the check in and many tips for restaurants and bars around the city. This was very helpful.We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Edinburgh.

We had a great 4 night visit to Glasgow. The property is easily accessible by Uber and is slightly uphill if coming from the Queen or Central Stations. My wife and I chose to walk. The check-in instructions were simple and easy to follow and the property is on the first floor. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area are all good size and the Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable. The views of the city from the living area are excellent and the property is pretty central to everything. Communication with the host was also excellent. Highly recommend this property.

Convenient and a lovely spot. Really enjoyed the bed linens and multiple pillows. Sleeps 4 but 2 on the fold out couch would be a squeeze. Remodeled kitchen and bath were really nice. Friendly host.

Really clean flat on a great spot. One bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is well equiped. Approx. 30 min walk to Edinburgh Castle. À lot of restaurants and bars around the place. A grocery store right at the corner if you want to cook. Radek and Marine are great hosts. They gave us all the details we need to get in and many tips for restaurants and bars around the city. Apartment was clean with updated bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen was basic but adequate for simple meal preparation. Bed was cozy for two but there is the option of converting the couch into a bed if you let the hosts know ahead of time. The bathroom was well appointed with clean towels and toiletries provided. This was a great flat for us during our stay. The newly renovated bathroom was quite nice. The dining room chairs need a little love (as the legs seemed a little loose); but that was minor. The host was very helpful with some recommendations of local eateries, etc. therefore I would stay here again!

My trip was part business / part holiday. This location was perfect for me. It's in a quiet neighborhood and lot's of coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores near by. Princes Street was a easy 10 minute walk. The other aspect for me was being away from the tourists, definitely more of locals area. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here to see Taylor Swift. The location was great and accessible to the stadium, bus and tram stops. The stay was cozy and just what we needed after two weeks of traveling. We were able to visit a few neighborhood restaurant suggested by our hosts and had some of the best food of our entire trip! Would recommend!

We did not end up staying yet were charged the FULL rental fee, and the experience has not been good, kind or ok. This was the last 2 nights of our month long trip where we have stayed in lots of doubles, but this bed being too small for us to sleep ok. I was willing to sleep on the little sofa bed but when i pulled it out it was not just stained everywhere with lots and different stains it was also super dirty. Thankfully We hadn’t even brought our luggage up the 3 slights of stairs, and we really tried to see how we could make this work but it was not ok. We have been VRBO hosts for 20 years, and understand sometimes a situation is not a match and we always work with our visitors to find a solution or do a significant refund regardless of the policy. We contacted Radek immediately and from that moment on he was full of words and impossibilities but unwilling to find a kind and workable solution that worked for both. My experience tells me his priority was just the money and not the customer experience. As a VRBO host, this is NOT what I would recommend to any travelers. As a VRBO visitor Your time, your money and your experience is important- however that is not the values of this host from our experience. There are lots of other better places for your money and time.

The apartment was exactly like the pictures and reviews....clean and spacious! Check-in was simple and communication with the owners was fantastic. For example, we requested extra bedding for the sofa bed at the last minute, and they provided it quickly. Just a heads up: the apartment is on the top floor without an elevator. I don't consider this a negative in any way, but I just want others to be aware that it could be difficult for less capable people. The only unexpected part was the distance to the center of town. The other reviews were correct that it's about a ten-minute drive, AND once we left, we were out and about for the day. However, we had to wait a while for Ubers to arrive and they would cancel the pick up often. Taxis didn't come by often and cost much more than Ubers.

An ideal flat to rest your head after being out all day. You can quickly walk to Haymarket Station and not too much further to Princes Street. Comfortable bed and good, very spacious shower. The host is a dream to deal with. Clear instructions and extremely good communication.

Very convenient

Renting this property couldn’t have been easier. It was in a very convenient location for visiting our newborn grandchild and we only used it to sleep in at night. The bathroom was fabulous and has the best shower of any rental property we stayed in. My husband has had a knee replacement and found going up several flights of stairs challenging so we don’t plan to return.

The property is very bright with high ceilings. The kitchen and bathroom are basically brand new, though we did have a problem with temperature regulation in the oven. The kitchen was also well equipped. The shower was a really nice size! As the fridge is small, there's only a freezer tray and as the flat is on the smaller side, I would recommend this as a good base for couples. There is free parking 5-10 min walk away and it was quite busy, but there is metered parking available outside the flat. There are good food shops nearby and the meadows were around a 30 min walk away. Radek and Marine were very accommodating and attentive hosts and were very quick with their responses.
