Beautiful appartment, 15 minutes away from the center, with great facilities

Location, architecture style (beautiful bowindow), cleanliness, the panini maker, the laundry room was a big plus,

The heating worked only for a couple hours a day, i’d preferred it if it was up to me to decide

A great Family holiday had in Edinburgh, with the well located apartment a good base.

Easy Bus Transport links to the City. Outstanding views. Good local Restaurant’s. Close Supermarket.

It was OK, could be great

The location was brilliant. Close to plenty of restaurants and bus links. It was very clean upon arrival and all instructions from the owner were clear. The place is very spacious.

The beds were really uncomfortable and quite small considering the large rooms. The water in the shower fluctuated between hot and cold and the moldy shower curtain made the bathroom experience poor.. Many of the plates and glasses were chipped. Feels like it needs a bit of an update.

Not an issue for us but flat is on top floor - may be problematic for some particularly if you have any mobility issues or just have heavy suitcases..

Great location,

Location was excellent Traditional tenement flat so you know what to expect (if you've stayed in them or lived in the city before) Good space, able to accomodate all of our guests Quiet stairwell Wifi worked well, smart TV was a nice extra to have The team that manage the property were very responsive to messages

Particularly for Edinburgh prices, some of the fittings and fixtures could have done with updating / more maintenance as they are aging or damaged compared to what is shown in the photos. For example, in the bathroom the shower curtain was dirty and the rail feels far more precarious than what is shown , one towel rail is missing entirely and the other is hanging out of the wall and can't be used. In the bedrooms, the bedding was clean but the pillows could do to be replaced as they are very flat. Overall, the property is good and we'd stay again but it could be better with a bit of a refresh to make things a bit more comfortable and ensure value for money.

Cute apartment 15 minutes from centre by car

Huge apartment - extremely clean and very cosy :) Has a smart TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime ect which was a nice touch. Provided toiletries which saved us a trip. Waitrose and Dominos round the corner!

The double beds were small, just about fit us both in but nonetheless comfy. The apartment is located on the third floor so quite a climb! Located about 10-15 minutes drive from Edinburgh centre (Princess Street)

Lots of light, space and good heating

Free parking was a 20 minute brisk walk (beyond the permit only zone). It is on the 3rd floor so not appropriate if you have mobility problems or have cardiac/respiratory problems.

Casa súper amplia, éramos 5 y estuvimos súper cómodas. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario y más!! La casa está impecable y muy buen trato con el propietario. Hay que subir 3 pisos por escalera. Está situada a 20-30min del centro pero es un barrio muy bonito y el paseo es súper llevadero.
