Very nice little apartment, just to the side of the Castle. Great location and comfy bed. Having a separate kitchen/ dinning space is great, as it allows for healthier eating. Having luggage storage all day on check out day is a big plus

This was the perfect place in Edinburgh! It was close to all of the transport but also easy to walk around to everything we wanted to do. The place was clean, tidy and perfect size!

The flat was in a quiet area just a few blocks from Grassmarket Square which has lots of pubs and restaraunts. We were here for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the flat was a short walk to most of the venues. Just around the corner from the flat on Spittal St is the Blue Blazer (a lovely neighbourhood pub for a night cap), and The Source Coffee to get you going in the morning. We would definately stay here again.

I wanted to be close to our tour departure the next day and this was the perfect place! An 11 minute walk got us up the hill easily with no steps! It’s a beautiful place and really clean. This is my first experience with a place where you let yourself in, and being a novice, it took me a bit to figure it out, but once we did, we loved it!

Good location,near to castle and shops, fair price. lovely touches, nice tea, coffee and biscuits, also nice toiletries. One hob was not working, shower tray filled up with water when shower was on powerful setting. Hole in bed sheet. Bleach stained towel.quite noisy from neighbours above. Parking is limited and very expensive. Electric keypad for entry, great idea

Excellent location - step out of the front door for an eyeful of Castle, look out of the window for a view of garden. We had a problem (the dishwasher beeps like a smoke alarm about to go off!) and the property manager explained it - and was ready to come over immediately if it persisted. We had two comfortable and pleasant days here.

Check in was easy. I was provided a code to get in a few days before my arrival. Kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, cups etc. location was very handy for the usher hall and near an ncp car park. A couple of lightbulbs needed changing and the fridge was off and warm when we arrived. Enjoyed our stay and would use again in the future.

This is a lovely apartment, well positioned. The decor is new and the luggage store was a bonus. Bed was very comfy. The kitchen equipment was very basic so no sieve to drain pasta & no grater so not a ‘long stay’ choice. Slight staining on sofa & a broken blind which needs attention but overall very good value for money.

Great location and cleanliness. Blind Cord In the bedroom was broken when we arrived So couldn’t be pulled down, meaning that it let in lots of light. We used towels to block out the light for sleeping and privacy. Overall good stay.

Our stay was fantastic. A great value room in a fantastic location. I stay here every year as my school has their annual concert at the Usher Hall. Always very clean and comfortable - always love the xmas tree each year. Will be booking again for next year!

The apartment location wise was perfect, full kitchen was amazing and the bathroom was lovely (heated floors and towel warmer were fantastic since it was cold and rainy when we visited). The shower gel, shampoo, conditioner smelt amazing as well. Only issue was that the heater in the kitchen (we turned up heat by 2° when we arrived) had a smell as if something had preciously fallen in it. We couldnt see anything but had to open the window to air it out.

Very nice clean room, great bathroom, hard bed for some but ok for me, only gripe was no iron in the room, there was one in the luggage storage which was handy but would just be better in the room, would stay here again though.

The location is absolutely perfect to walk to the castle, get on the On-Off bus and/or to stroll down Royal Mile. Buy the two day OnOff and get free entrance to the Royal Yacht Britannia, castle, and Holyrood house—all three worth every minute. After deducting these from the price of the bus pass it only cost us $15. All three venues were awesome and everything else we did was free. Pubs, Saint Giles and Parliament. Awesome city! Great apartment!!

There is no reception or staff at this apart hotel and entry is by PIN code. This worked well on entry we found a well appointed, comfortable one bed apartment. Modern fittings worked well. The only issue was the hot water which seemed to need a boost 30 minutes before wanting a shower or bath. If there was a way to avoid this I never found it. Location behind the Castle was good and only 10 minutes from the main city centre. Decent place if you dont need the service of a proper hotel.

Great host. Provided in shower mat which was kind of him. Could have done with a soft pillow option. Only suggestion would be a towel rail in bathroom to dry towels. Fantastic location. Very hi tech equipment.
